We worked with Kristy and could not have been more happy that we did! She was absolutely amazing to work with - was so responsive, organized, and helpful. She was also so easy and fun to talk to and plan with! From preparation, timeline, vendor coordination, and the final details meeting to the day of from start to finish, Kristy truly went above and beyond. She gave me ideas, thought of little details that I never would have, and truly just listened to my goals/desires for the night to make my dream come to life. She also absolutely crushed the set up and breakdown of our decorations which was a large task. I couldn’t get over how beautiful everything turned out. She took so much weight off my shoulders with just her presence alone and knowing that I had her by my side when needed. I feel so lucky to have had her because my wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly! And not only that, but I felt so at ease which was a dream and largely thanks to her. If you are even considering hiring a planner, look no further! 10/10 recommend, she’s amazing!!!

Without Casual Elegance I would never have had the beautiful wedding that I had. My mom lives in Virginia and Joyce was like a second mom to me. She and Sarah were available 24/7 for all my wedding needs. They organized and ran my bridal shower and also my bachelorette party. They held my hand through all of the planning decisions and negotiated with all the vendors to get me not just the best deals but also made certain that the services I received were exactly what I wanted. When we arrived at our rehearsal dinner we were surprised by two touching photo collages of my husband and myself throughout our lives. The morning of my wedding not only did they organize everyone's hair appointments but they also provided breakfast for everyone at the salon. After making certain everyone had the correct flowers and after getting the wedding party organized and properly down the aisle, they went directly to the reception site and made certain it was perfect. When I arrived at the reception I was astonished at how beautiful everything was. When it came time for the garter ceremony my mother and I realized that we had forgotten it at my grandmothers home, I thought it was spoiled until Sarah came to my rescue. She drove to Davids Bridal and somehow convinced them to open up 1/2 hour after they had closed for the night to sell her a garter. The garter ceremony was saved. My entire wedding was carefree for myself and my parents because of Joyce, Sarah and Casual Elegance.

Kristin was awesome to work with! My wife and I had a lot of coordination with guests coming from out of town and guests coming from all over the country. On top of that, we decided to do a cross country move a few months before our wedding. Even with all of that, we were able to enjoy our day with no stress over the details on the day of with the incredible help and detail that Kristin provided. She made our Newport wedding a day we will never forget!

Hiring Shannon was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process! We hired her for day-of coordination and some help with details, and she was a powerhouse throughout the whole process. She was super professional, always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and genuinely made us feel so taken care of. She was also incredibly fun to work with! My biggest regret was not hiring her to do even more - she truly made the process so seamless and stress free. We had the absolute best wedding day and I credit most of that to Shannon! She totally took over all of our vendor communication, helped everyone stay on track, and helped put out fires that, frankly, I didn't even know about until after the fact (she's that good). All we had to do was get married and enjoy ourselves! Thank you again, Shannon & the entire team for everything!
