Ocean State Events

Samantha planned a retirement party for me. Unfortunately, it didn't proceed, due to the corona virus, and I was deeply disappointed. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding! With the planning of a wedding being ever more demanding, I know that she would be able to plan and carry out a day to remember for a lifetime.

Samantha was an exceptional day-of coordinator! Even though she was only physically present for the wedding day, she was incredibly supportive in the weeks leading up to it. While I was frantically finalizing details, she proactively reached out just to check in on me and see how she could help or answer any lingering questions. Just knowing she was a text away, if needed, was a massive weight off my shoulders.

The moment she arrived on-site, she jumped right in to help my friends who were setting up. She didn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves, perfecting the decor, and all the centerpieces, to make sure everything looked professional (and less DIY). Her warm, calming energy was exactly what I needed. Throughout the day, she was completely on top of the schedule with her little clipboard, keeping us all on track. If we were running over or under on timing, she would alert me with total transparency so I always knew exactly what was happening without ever feeling stressed.

She also thought of the smallest details that never would have crossed my mind—like gathering our immediate family’s phones right before the ceremony so we could fully be present in the moment while walking down the aisle.

To top it all off, she was a huge help with the night-of cleanup, meticulously collecting all of our decor, garlands, and DIY items so we didn't have to lift a finger at the end of the night. She is organized, proactive, and truly a joy to work with. I cannot recommend her enough!

Absolutely the best. Very detailed, sweet, professional, organized, and very kind. We couldn't have been happier to have her. She made our day absolutely perfect.
