Working with Ashley was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. Let’s face it, the hubby wasn’t really doing much so Ashley & I planned this wedding! We worked together for well over a year (almost two), & from our very first call, I remember thinking how genuine & bubbly she was & that stayed true throughout the entire process. It felt like talking to a friend. Ashley wasn’t the first call I had with a planner but right after I spoke to her, I knew my decision & it wasn’t hard.

She is incredibly organized & deeply knowledgeable about the Rhode Island wedding industry. I had a hard time verbalizing my vision & what I wanted. I do not know HOW she found the perfect vendors with the nonsense I described to her, but she did. So many times I thought I wanted something b/c it looked great online, & she would gently guide me in another direction based on her experience & let me tell ya, she was right every single time. Every vendor I ended up with was from her suggestion. One time I had a tasting with a vendor I found & NOPE. I learned my lesson. TRUST ASHLEY. She knows what she is doing & she didn’t even say “told you so”, which would have killed me if I was in her shoes. She has such strong relationships with vendors, & it’s clear people genuinely enjoy working with her. Every time I met with someone, they would gush about Ashley. She loves what she does so much & you can tell from all the work she puts in & how she talks about it.

If I was stressed about something, she would immediately schedule a call to help & never made me feel like she was too busy or I was inconveniencing her. As a bride, you literally can’t help being stressed about every little thing. But whenever I needed that reassurance from Ashley, she would always make me feel better. If I thought of anything, I only ever heard “on it”. Her confidence & decisiveness was really helpful. I am more of a type B & she was a great anchor. She talked things out with me & was realistic about expectations (she could make anything happen) but was honest about everything.

The week of our wedding, there was ongoing uncertainty about whether our ceremony would be outside because of concerns about the grass/weather (March wedding after the snow…but as a bride, IDC respectfully lol), & I was stressed about it. Ashley let me know she was my biggest advocate & that I didn’t need to worry about handling those conversations with the venue because she would take care of it. She did exactly that & protected my peace during what could have been Bridezilla’s season 15. & guess what...ceremony was outside 
On wedding day, she is literally THE person. I wasn’t worried about anything. She reminded me to have water, eat, & actually take in the day. After 9pm (yes, she is still ON IT) I had a dress change & it was MISSING & you already know Ashley looked for it & found it right in time. I felt like a celeb the whole day because I didn’t do a thing, I got used to the royal treatment REAL fast thanks to Ashley. She directly talked to vendors so I was bypassed. She handled countless behind the scenes moving parts that I will never fully know about. None of my vendors went hungry that day because of her LOL.

What stands out most was her smile radiating. The ENTIRE day, cheesing! No matter what, you could not see an ounce of stress on her face. I didn’t process it at the time but having your planner emit such positive energy is so reassuring & a silent reminder of how smooth & perfect the day is. She made me feel like I was the only client she has ever had even though I know she has multiple weddings a weekend. She handled things that I never even saw & that’s exactly what makes her exceptional. If you’re getting married in Rhode Island, especially Newport, hire Ashley. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her.

On the wedding day itself, they coordinated all of our vendors, kept the schedule running smoothly, and managed behind-the-scenes details without needing to involve us. Because of them, we were able to fully relax without worrying about logistics.

Adrianna was an absolutely incredible day-of coordinator, and I truly cannot imagine my wedding day without her. She helped my day run seamlessly from start to finish—setting up decorations beautifully, keeping everyone on schedule, coordinating with staff, and even helping transport items I needed throughout the day.

She constantly checked in on me, always making sure I had a drink in my hand and plenty of food, which allowed me to actually relax and enjoy my wedding. Her work ethic, care, and genuine kindness made my day so much less stressful. She treated my wedding as if it were just as important as if I were her own family.

When I first saw the decorations she set up, I cried—they were done so perfectly and with so much attention to detail. My wedding day went better than I could have ever imagined, and that is absolutely because of Adrianna’s expertise, dedication, and heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
