Wedding Rentals in Providence

I researched any and every local tent company for my September 2017 wedding. I had my eyes on a sail cloth tent which many companies did not have as an option. Of those that did, the price quoted by ABC rent-a-tent could not be beat. Larger tent companies quoted the same kind and size of tent at thousands more! Not only did ABC offer the best price, the customer service provided by Don was world class. He was very responsive throughout the process and made sure to explain different options and address all my questions. Don even coordinated the dance floor, staging, lighting company and chair rental for me, which was also priced equal or better to separate vendors quotes I received. Don’s team on-site was also great. They arrived on time, worked diligently to set up the tent and were very respectful of the county club property and regulations. I highly recommend ABC rent-a-tent, not only for the high quality and beautiful tent, but also for their professionalism and service. Thank you Don and team!!

A month later, and friends and family are still complimenting everything from the entry table, to the guest tables, to the main table, to the candy table, and everything in between. Quality Rental was perfect. Knowledgable, professional, understanding and all around great people. Easily reduced the stress of planning my son's rehearsal dinner outdoors and having to make weather related decisions at the last minute. They are every bit as good as the other big name rental company, but half the price and much more reasonable and flexible on deposits and last minute changes. I'm booking them again for my daughter.

Our daughters wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID pandemic. Newport Tent opted to return 100% of our deposit without hesitation. We were so grateful that they chose to do the right thing, unlike the band we hired - Sugar- who chose to keep our $2500 deposit. I would highly recommend bringing your business to the vendors that opted NOT to take advantage during a global crisis. Thank you Newport Tent!

Ruth was a joy to work with! The Olivia wall was stunning and made the perfect photo backdrop for our June 2023 wedding. She even set up our light-up sign just as I asked. So kind, professional, and thoughtful.

Cristina completed a floral bar for my bridal shower that was above and beyond what I asked for and my guests had so much fun! from beginning to end, Sweet Blooms was easy to work with and was in constant communication with me! Highly recommend!

We hired Live Earth for our restroom trailer rental. First, the restroom trailer was AMAZING!! It was clean & beautiful inside!! Our other vendors all requested info about the trailer because they all loved it!! Second, their customer service is incomparable. Everyone we spoke to was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!! They were awesome!!

HIGHLY recommend! Bathrooms were so nice, super clean & the booking process was easy with Roger. They communicated in advance when they would drop off the week of the wedding. When they came to deliver, it was a pretty awkward and tight space, but Brad was kind enough to maneuver the trailer to exactly where we wanted it! Great communication coordinating pickup as well, highly recommend for any events! 10/10 would use again
