First let me say this about the company: I spent A LOT of time doing A LOT of research on engagement diamonds. I am very thorough and meticulous when it comes to these types of decisions. I went to countless stores all around new England and even had some calls with people across the US. However, nothing honestly compared to Baxters. Joe and the rest of the staff were incredibly patient and took amazing care of me. They not only helped me make the right decision, but they educated me on what the right thing was to do even if it wasn’t as advantageous to their business. I can tell that they care more about the customer experience and their reputation then what they do about their bottom line. Which more business should do because now I am recommending them to everyone, and I won’t go anywhere else to buy any other jewelry. My only regret about my experience with Baxters was not trusting them sooner. If I could do it all again, I would have forgone going anywhere else and just made the decision to solely work with them from the very beginning. They have the buying power and connections you need to be able to get the diamonds you want at a great price. They also have the infrastructure to be able to execute whatever design you choose and provide the best level of service. To get to the point about the ring: I compared pricing, service, and quality up against all the highly rated locations in the northeast and they won hands down. They got me the best diamonds, at a great price and built me a CUSTOM ring right in the store. I know everyone loves their engagement rings, but this custom ring they made for me is AMAZING. I am not exaggerating when I say my fiancé gets stopped every week from people commenting on it… waitress at the restaurant, store attendant at the airport, people at the gym, yoga instructor, and the list goes on… This is the only review I have ever written about any purchase in my whole life because I am that adamant about my experience with Baxters. This is my way of giving back for the wonder gift I received. Do yourself a favor and go here. Have them build you something uniquely special that you will cherish forever.

Hannoush has done beautiful custom work for us. My husband had a custom made wedding set for me that is so unbelievably beautiful. My husband’s wedding band is particularly special to us. His father passed before he married, and we were gifted his wedding band. It was too small and too thin for my husband to be able to wear daily. Hannoush was able to use it to create that both incorporated his father’s ring as well as create a ring that suited his personal taste. Finally they created a necklace that my husband gifted to me for our wedding day. The quality and level of service that we’ve received is top notch. We’re always greeted as though we’re old friends when we walk into the store. We trust them with all of our jewelry needs.

We found are lovely gold bands at Reliable Gold the day after Christmas. They were the only jewelers open on that day. These estate rings were reasonably priced and Reliable Gold had them re-engraved for us at a surprisingly reasonable fee.

Got my fiance a ring here. They custom made it and it blew her out of the water. They were quick for a custom job and it came out perfect. Its been about 6 months and shes still getting compliments daily. Ive also gotten her other jewerlry from this place let me tell you they blow the chain stores like Kays out of the water. Exceptional quality and service all around.

We originally started coming here first for questions regarding a diamond ring that was purchased elsewhere. We wanted to confirm the rating on a ring. The owner answered any and all questions we had, even offered to clean the ring for us which took only 5 minutes. If you go to a chain jewler, the jewlery needs to be mailed out and takes two weeks to clean. We decided to come back here to purchase our wedding rings. The owner took as much time as we needed to look through rings and ask questions. He is very personable and is very trustworthy which is important in a jewler. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend this place to anyone.

Working with Hegeman & Co has been such a joy! They have a great selection of top quality jewelry, amazing customer service and an extensive knowledge of their craft. We purchased all our rings and my wedding earrings from them. We will being going to them for all our jewelry needs for many years to come!

Charlie and staff at The Gold Lady are great and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and the process goes smoothly. Everything was finished in time even though we had last minute deadlines. The cost was worth the value.

Arthur has been great in helping my fiance design my engagement ring, to creating a perfect match for my wedding band and placing my fiance's dad's wedding band into his own! Arthur has re-sized my ring for me and detected a crack in my setting early enough to fix it before it became loose. I highly recommend him as he is very trustworthy and honest.
