My brother had originally brought me to Mullen Bros to pick out and buy his engagement ring around 5 years ago. My *now* husband and I had decided after years of dating that we would go to pick out styles so he had an idea of what I would like once he decided to pop the question. They remembered me from my BROTHERS visit years prior. We used Mullen Bros for our wedding bands as well and every time I walk in, they greet me by name; and I don't go there often since its not exactly close. Their customer service is the best around and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks for a jeweler.

My grandparents were married in 1949, it was a true post war love story that last a lifetime. As a little girl I remember dreaming of someday have a ring like my grandma’s. After her passing in December 2019, we wanted to find a way to honor their memory and carry on their love into our marriage. When looking to adapt grandmother’s wedding ring to be able to safely wear daily, we immediately reached out to Patti & Mullen Brothers Jewelers. The people at Mullen Brothers were fantastic to work with. It's a family owned business and you can tell that they really care about helping you find the right thing. My fiancee bought my engagement ring here. He was planning to propose while we were on vacation. The ring got to the jeweler on time but my fiancee wasn't sure he would be able to get to the jeweler again before we left and they offered to drop it off where he worked (which was over an hour away). We went back and purchased both our wedding bands here. Again, they were very helpful and re-dipped my engagement ring and engraved our bands for free. Would highly recommend them!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Mullen Brothers. He said that his experience from start to finish was great. He was able to talk with the jewelers in a relaxed manner and did not feel pressured to buy anything. He even received text messages from the owner with updates about the progress of the ring. We also had the same experience when we picked out our wedding bands and getting our groomsmen gifts engraved. Everyone was relaxed and pleasant and made the experience seem easy.

Mullen Brothers created both of our engagement rings and wedding rings. We wanted unique engagement rings and on a tight budget and Bob Mullen III was able to give us exactly what we wanted for the price we could pay. He was extremely respectful and accommodating. When my wife didn't find what she wanted in his many cases, he pulled out books and they spent as much time as was needed finding the perfect style. Buying a ring as a woman for another woman can be an intimidating process but Bob helped her feel comfortable and showed a great deal of respect and compassion. He also had the wonderful idea to set the rings with matching diamonds that were cut from the same stone - it was such a touching idea that we will remember forever. We came back to him for our wedding bands because of our great first experience. Bob again was extremely helpful, finding bands that wrapped to our engagement rings, and when they came in and weren't fitted perfectly he worked his magic and got them ready and back to us in time for the wedding. We would recommend Mullen Brothers to anyone who thinks they can't afford what they want, believe us, they will do everything they can to find it for you!

I provided my mother's diamond to add to an engagement band. They did a great job of adding the ring and the band looks exceptional. I get compliments all the time. The only thing I didn't like is they charged us an additional $40 for the appraisal although it was printed on our receipt that there was no charge. I will not be back to purchase the matching wedding band because of this.
