We went with New England Tent rentals for our tables and a back up tent at an outside ceremony. George was awesome! The chairs were perfect, and the wine barrels and cocktail tables fit our day and venue perfectly. We didn't end up needing the large tent because the weather was beautiful so we didn't end up having to pay for the rest of the tent after our initial deposit which many other places we looked at don't do.

One newer employee of New England Tent called me the day before my wedding (me being the bride) to let me know if anything is damaged I have to pay for it which is obviously stated in the contract. This was definitely unappreciated, but she was new and looking out for her company.

George at New England Tent was a phenomenal, and fun, partner for this adventure called an outdoor wedding. He was great to work with, every step of the way, and his prices were very competitive. We ordered our tables, chairs and two tents from him. In the end, I forgot to add a catering tent and he moved mountains to get me one on a very rainy weekend when everything was sold out! (Pro tip: I recommend hiring a tent valet if you're doing a backyard wedding; it's quite a production on your own and you never know what could go wrong.) Go with George!

I rarely take time out to write a review. The staff at New England tent is the easiest vender i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The price was fair ( we were on a budget). The quality was excellent. Even when we changed things 4 days before the wedding they rolled with the punches. The staff that showed up had the owner running the crew. We booked a year in advance and we were so glad we did. From the customized floor plan to the care they took of my property. The folks at NE Tent rental far exceeded our expectations. From set-up to tear-down, the tent/table rental process was painless. We are lucky to have 3 mothers in our lives… the groom's mom, the bride's mom, and a step mom...one can imagine that the wedding planning process was quite involved. All that involved planning led to many (many) wonderful decorations. With the wedding on a Saturday, and the tent scheduled to be set up that same Saturday morning, it was going to be an impossible feat to get everything up and ready for a 5pm wedding. Fortunately NE Tent stepped up to the plate and set-up our tent the Thursday prior to our wedding day. In fact, they even upgraded our tent from a 40'x60' to a brand spankin' new 40'x70' at no charge. George was beyond accommodating! We were lucky to have amazing vendors help make our wedding day perfect. George and the NE Tent team were a huge part of our wedding's success.

On a side note, 20 years prior to our wedding, in that same backyard we held our wedding, the good folks at NE Tent set-up a tent for my now father-in-law's wedding. It does not get any more romantic than that!

We had our daughters wedding in our summer house in barrington ri. The New England tent staff was great. Start to finnish they are true professionals. My wife and I were concerned about an Oct. wedding on the waterfront in October but The gentleman came through on all the details of his company. They answered all my wife's questions and brought pictures and diagrams. I will not call anyone else to do our family's rentals.

We had our wedding at Mount Hope Farm, Bristol, RI on 7/24/10 and used NE Tent to provide the tent and "hardware" rental for us. Aside from the price being a little more affordable than the competition, their service was fantastic! I am a very detail oriented person and had a lot of questions and follow-up for them, more so during the last 4 months leading up to it. Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and responsive, I felt completely comfortable asking questions. They gave me timely answers, updated me on information they thought I should know, did not charge me until I clearly and verbally said yes to any adjustments. I loved most about them (aside from the beautiful tent and positioning of everything) was their service while I was being a crazy OCD bride getting her ducks in a row to every little detail. They were so patient with me and friendly and also paid close attention to details themselves, so it was a very comforting, easy, and thorough process we went through. I really appreciated that time and effort! Very responsive and professional! The tent was beautiful as well. The whole thing looked perfect and went off without a hitch! And, I can't believe I almost forgot this, it was pouring out and thunder and lightening the 40 min. before it actually started (hot humid and hazy before the 40 min), not a thing was wet under the tent when we got there, the sky cleared up and we had a gorgeous night, full moon and clear sky! Literally the best day of our lives and was the exact outdoor, fun party, relaxed, and beautiful feeling and setting we wanted! Lots of details in a wedding, we were fortunate to have such outstanding experiences with all of our vendors. Would recommend NE Tent to anyone, and am thankful for their quality service on the best day of our lives!

We used George and his company for our wedding this past weekend and as much as I must say he did a reasonable job accommodating us and being responsive in communications, this guy is a complete jerk. Referring to me as "dude" in a very sarcastic/immature tone, calling his staff endless names and threating their jobs during set up AND break down (things that were so rude and vulgar that I won't repeat), to making comments about how WE set up the tent and lights for OUR wedding. Not our fault you brought us the oldest, crappiest Christmas lights around and wooden chairs that were ALL busted, tables that barely stood on their own. We would use this company again merely for the price, but not as long as George is running the show. Spend a little extra, support a local business with an owner that cares about his employees and customers!

This vendor delivered my tent 24 hours later than specified in our contract, causing additional delays and fees from our other vendors. The side walls were never installed, and the delay was blamed on the weather. However, the company never informed me about any weather-related concerns. When I requested compensation for the missing tent walls, which cost $750, they only offered a $200 discount. They also claimed that updating the delivery date on my invoice was their way of communicating the schedule change. Their customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend spending the extra money and avoiding this company.

The products were decent and were on time, only issue was the treatment towards the workers that were putting up the tents. Seems they were getting belittled and called names by George every few minutes.
