Ashley came highly recommended by Glen Manor House, and from our very first conversation, we understood why. She immediately made us feel at ease.
In the lead-up to the wedding, Ashley proactively connected with all of our vendors, ensuring every detail was aligned. Her communication was consistent, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. On the day of the wedding, her calm and confident presence was exactly what we needed. She has a natural ability to step in with support at just the right moments, making everything feel effortless.
Ashley went above and beyond. She personally picked up all of our décor and executed the reception setup beautifully. She also helped coordinate the ceremony and worked seamlessly with the venue team. Every detail was brought to life exactly as I had envisioned, and she handled everything with such professionalism.
As an event coordinator myself, it was not easy to hand over control, but trusting Ashley allowed me to be fully present and enjoy our day. Without a doubt, having her there was one of the best investments we made for our wedding.
Renee was also such a wonderful addition. Her calm, supportive presence and expertise (especially with candles!) made a huge difference. Together, they were an incredibly organized, knowledgeable team who handled everything without ever showing stress.
We had quite a few last-minute changes, including moving our ceremony outdoors just the day before, and Ashley managed it all flawlessly. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect. -

Basically, JUST HIRE HER. Us brides are so tired of endlessly reading reviews trying to make the perfect decision. Just stop seriously. She will make your life infinitely easier, TRUST ME. If get a divorce, I’ll be calling Ashley!
Working with Ashley was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. Let’s face it, the hubby wasn’t really doing much so Ashley & I planned this wedding! We worked together for well over a year (almost two), & from our very first call, I remember thinking how genuine & bubbly she was & that stayed true throughout the entire process. It felt like talking to a friend. Ashley wasn’t the first call I had with a planner but right after I spoke to her, I knew my decision & it wasn’t hard.
She is incredibly organized & deeply knowledgeable about the Rhode Island wedding industry. I had a hard time verbalizing my vision & what I wanted. I do not know HOW she found the perfect vendors with the nonsense I described to her, but she did. So many times I thought I wanted something b/c it looked great online, & she would gently guide me in another direction based on her experience & let me tell ya, she was right every single time. Every vendor I ended up with was from her suggestion. One time I had a tasting with a vendor I found & NOPE. I learned my lesson. TRUST ASHLEY. She knows what she is doing & she didn’t even say “told you so”, which would have killed me if I was in her shoes. She has such strong relationships with vendors, & it’s clear people genuinely enjoy working with her. Every time I met with someone, they would gush about Ashley. She loves what she does so much & you can tell from all the work she puts in & how she talks about it.
If I was stressed about something, she would immediately schedule a call to help & never made me feel like she was too busy or I was inconveniencing her. As a bride, you literally can’t help being stressed about every little thing. But whenever I needed that reassurance from Ashley, she would always make me feel better. If I thought of anything, I only ever heard “on it”. Her confidence & decisiveness was really helpful. I am more of a type B & she was a great anchor. She talked things out with me & was realistic about expectations (she could make anything happen) but was honest about everything.
The week of our wedding, there was ongoing uncertainty about whether our ceremony would be outside because of concerns about the grass/weather (March wedding after the snow…but as a bride, IDC respectfully lol), & I was stressed about it. Ashley let me know she was my biggest advocate & that I didn’t need to worry about handling those conversations with the venue because she would take care of it. She did exactly that & protected my peace during what could have been Bridezilla’s season 15. & guess what...ceremony was outside
On wedding day, she is literally THE person. I wasn’t worried about anything. She reminded me to have water, eat, & actually take in the day. After 9pm (yes, she is still ON IT) I had a dress change & it was MISSING & you already know Ashley looked for it & found it right in time. I felt like a celeb the whole day because I didn’t do a thing, I got used to the royal treatment REAL fast thanks to Ashley. She directly talked to vendors so I was bypassed. She handled countless behind the scenes moving parts that I will never fully know about. None of my vendors went hungry that day because of her LOL.
What stands out most was her smile radiating. The ENTIRE day, cheesing! No matter what, you could not see an ounce of stress on her face. I didn’t process it at the time but having your planner emit such positive energy is so reassuring & a silent reminder of how smooth & perfect the day is. She made me feel like I was the only client she has ever had even though I know she has multiple weddings a weekend. She handled things that I never even saw & that’s exactly what makes her exceptional. If you’re getting married in Rhode Island, especially Newport, hire Ashley. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her.

Adrianna was an absolutely incredible day-of coordinator, and I truly cannot imagine my wedding day without her. She helped my day run seamlessly from start to finish—setting up decorations beautifully, keeping everyone on schedule, coordinating with staff, and even helping transport items I needed throughout the day.
She constantly checked in on me, always making sure I had a drink in my hand and plenty of food, which allowed me to actually relax and enjoy my wedding. Her work ethic, care, and genuine kindness made my day so much less stressful. She treated my wedding as if it were just as important as if I were her own family.
When I first saw the decorations she set up, I cried—they were done so perfectly and with so much attention to detail. My wedding day went better than I could have ever imagined, and that is absolutely because of Adrianna’s expertise, dedication, and heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough. -

If you are looking for exceptional wedding coordination, look no further! Adrianna was our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past December. From start to finish, she was amazing to work with! Where do I even begin with Ashley Lynn Events and the incredible Adrianna?! She was truly our wedding day angel. Adrianna is organized, deeply considerate, smart, and incredibly detail-oriented. I used to think I was organized, and then I met Ashley!!!!! I cannot thank her enough for all her help planning our May 2025 wedding. She was incredibly responsive, had the best advice and gave us incredible feedback and expertise to make our day run smoothly. I never had to worry because Ashley and team cared for planning, our timeline and our vendors. Not only that but her amazing reputation proceeds her in the wedding planning world - all of our vendors also raved about her organization,. professionalism and authenticity even before our big day happened. The day of our wedding we had a slight issue with the best man's tux - I literally never even found out about it because Ashley took care of it so I did not have to worry! Adrianna was our day of coordinator and we never had to worry about the timeline, decor or anything because she was always there with a smile to help us. But the most important thing was we felt comfortable with Ashley - her demeanor, organization and authenticity just make you feel immediately at easy. We used Ashley as our day of coordinator this past weekend for my daughter’s wedding. Ashley and her team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. My daughter’s ceremony was held at a different location than the reception, which made it more challenging to coordinate. Ashley set up both locations, The South County Museum and The Towers in Narragansett, RI. She ensured our busses were full, and continuously checked in with us throughout the night. She even had two drinks and appetizers waiting for my husband and I when we got to the reception, because she knew the cocktail hour would almost be over. She was professional, detail oriented, calm, and a pleasant person to work with. At the end of the night she loaded our car up with all the decor and gifts so we could enjoy the end of our evening. We would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs an event coordinator, and wants a stress free, smooth wedding. -

Ashley Lynn was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding. While we hired her for day-of coordination, her support began months in advance and was truly above and beyond.
On the wedding day itself, she and her team were always ten steps ahead, ensuring every minute detail was perfect. They were on top of everything—from fixing a groomsman's button that popped off right before the ceremony to finding a missing pocket square—and handled it all discreetly and efficiently. If any other issues arose, we never knew about them. Her incredible attention to detail allowed us to simply feel like guests at our own celebration. She even took care of transporting my dress, which was a huge help!
Long before the wedding, Ashley was incredibly responsive and organized. She provided fantastic recommendations for everything we asked—from the best way to steam a gown to last-minute beard trimming services. Her expertise and timely answers to our many questions were invaluable. We cannot recommend her enough! -

Ashley, Adrianna, and Sorai at Ashley Lynn Events were absolutely a dream to work with! Our wedding planner that we had been working with for a year unexpectedly became no longer available to work our wedding, so with just several months until the wedding date, we were searching for a new planning team. Ashley Lynn Events came highly recommended from several of our other vendors, and we immediately saw why! They jumped in to pick up where our previous planner left off, were SO quick to answer any of our questions, and got in touch with all of our other vendors (most of whom they had working relationships with already!). On the wedding day, they took care of all of the details from set up to clean up, so that we could simply just enjoy the day. We used Ashley Lynn Events for day of coordinator services for our wedding. Getting a coordinator was more of a last minute decision and I'm not sure how we would have gotten through the day without it! If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, do it! I didn't have to think of pretty much anything on wedding day and I was able to just enjoy each moment. Adrianna and Renee were our coordinators and they were fantastic. I had several meetings with Adrianna leading up to wedding day, she was very thorough and made sure all details were covered, details I would have never even thought of! Highly recommend!! -

We hired Ashley Lynn events day-of coordinator services because we wanted to be sure we would have a stress free week leading up to our wedding and a flawlessly run wedding day. She and her team did exactly that for us. She took over communicating with and coordinating all of our vendors the week of the wedding, she worked with our venue to ensure no details were missed, and Katie was so helpful to us during the wedding itself. She reserved us desserts and late night snacks so we wouldn't miss out while we were with friends and family, she always made sure my wife and I had a drink in hand, and kept track of all our belongings (shoes, pens, MOH speech etc) and made sure we never had to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. We were so thrilled to have them for our wedding day and would highly recommend them for any event, but especially a wedding. -

Ashley planned our Sept 2024 wedding, both the wedding and a post wedding event. She is extremely warm and empathetic in addition to being great at execution. She always responded super quickly to our emails and texts and checked in with us regularly live.
She has worked with a lot of great vendors and I found it particularly helpful to get her recommendations and takes on various vendors, especially photography and florals. She helped us find our florist who was INCREDIBLE creatively and process-wise and also offered better value than the most well known prestige florists in the area. I will never get over those flowers and credit Ashley a lot for introducing me to the florist. She also helped us make final decisions on venue and photography. The fact that she knew our photographer and DJ already also meant that they were a great team day of and they all worked together to hype us up for our wedding day. The week of my wedding, Ashley checked her super detailed timeline with me and she had nailed all the timing and everything was perfectly organized to run through any last open questions. She also managed the RSVP and guest list for our post wedding event which had a fixed capacity, taking the stress of communication, confirmation, and potentially tricky waitlist/cutoff situation off our hands which saved me a boatload of anxiety.
I trusted Ashley’s recs so much that when it came to hiring extra two vendors within the last month, I hired them sight unseen / without really talking to them and both were amazing.
The day of the wedding, Ashley’s team was with me from 12:30 to midnight. Her assistant Renee helped manage our shuttle pickup and was so kind throughout the day. Ashley was a rock during my actual wedding day. Whenever I worried about something, I would ask Ashley and she just would either solve it or allay my fears. At one point when I was feeling extra anxious, I found myself just wanting to stand closer to her because she was so calming. At the end of the night, everything was perfectly packed up in our room, there was food and some florals and sentimental touches saved in the suite. Also when we got back to our house the next day the entire kitchen and getting ready area had been cleaned up and organized, and my bridesmaid told me Renee had taken care of it before she left.
It is no surprise that Ashley Lynn Events is so in demand and has started winning awards despite getting started a few years ago. Ashley has insane hustle, truly cares about her couples, and works so hard. Anyone would be so lucky to work with her. -

Hiring Ashley Lynn Events for our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. She was recommended to us by our photographer, Laura Ink, and I will recommend Ashley and her team to every engaged couple I know going forward. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley and I spoke over the phone and she was extremely organized, helpful, and thorough. Like any bride, I was stressed and anxious the week of the wedding and she and her team eased so much of that anxiety. We were so lucky to have Jen and Renee as our coordinators for our amazing and special day! Renee coordinated our rehearsal as well and helped make everything go so smoothly and perfect. The day of, they seriously couldn't have been more helpful and wonderful. Last minute, I needed someone to pick up our cake from the bakery (which was very close to our venue) and they took care of it for us. I had some bustle issues after the ceremony, and they helped us with that too, and so much more. We got married on June 29th of this year and almost three months later, we have daily discussions about how magical and perfect our wedding day was. Thank you to Ashley, Jen, and Renee for everything! You simply will not regret hiring this incredible team of event planners and coordinators! -

We are so immensely grateful for Ashley and all of her assistance over the past year!! She was the very first vendor we hired as we began the wedding planning process (before we even secured our venue!) and I am so thankful that we did! Ashley's attention to details, the multi tabbed spreadsheet, and check in calls helped me/us to keep track of everything. It was so nice to feel like there was someone to reach out to who not only is an expert in the field & super organized, but who also felt like she was a friend. On the day of the wedding, Ashley and Sarai were incredible - they were so kind & calm & always asking if we needed anything (if they were stressed you'd never know it). Together they took care of every little thing on our wedding day - including helping us eat or getting us drinks, which made it so enjoyable for us! I was told (often) by people leading up to the wedding to"be prepared that something will likely happen/go wrong on your wedding day" and to "expect the unexpected" - but we truly do not know if there were any behind the scene mishaps, because Ashley and Sarai took care of everything. We wouldn't have been able to have the easy/fun/love filled day we did without Ashley Lynn Events! If we were doing it all over again, I'd still make sure Ashley was the first vendor we hire! -

If you are looking for a first class wedding planner LOOK NO FURTHER! Ashley Lynn was exceptional from the moment we reached out to her until the very last hour of our wedding. I am so grateful we connected. I would not have pulled off such an incredible event without her. She provided the most helpful spreadsheets to help keep organized as well as check points leading up to the wedding. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond and gave her honest feedback which was always greatly appreciated. She helped lean into thinking outside the box where need be why also helping us keep our wedding, beautiful elegant and timeless. The day of the wedding she was hands down THE MOST HELPFUL HUMAN! Anytime I needed something (q tip, lip gloss, tissue, holding the rings, vow books, ceremony readings, running around for me - dropping off paperwork, signage, finishing touches for the cake, I mean you name and SHE DOES IT ALL FOLKS) she was SO ON IT and CALM!!!!! I was utterly impressed! I could not have asked for anyone better. She has a great aura and so helpful! After being a part of so many weddings as a bridesmaid and seeing family stress I wish everyone could have had Ashley Lynn as there planner to help ease the burden. It was an absolute pleasure having Ashley Lynn coordinate my wedding day. She scheduled calls the month leading up to the wedding to discuss details to ensure the day would run smoothly. She also sent across helpful resources and guides prior to the wedding.
The day of my wedding, Ashley helped keep us on track with our timeline. She helped steam my wedding dress while I was getting my makeup touched up. We got carried away during the first look photo session and Ashley kindly reminded us to do our private vows. Ashley's assistant Renee who is a florist also helped place the flowers onto our cake beautifully.
We encountered a few minor hiccups with the florist and candles, but Ashley and Renee checked in with us and took care of it immediately. They made sure we had candles on all the tables before dinner began.
Everyone, including our wedding party, family, and friends felt so comfortable around Ashley and Renee. They exude friendly, calm, and positive energy. Everything was taken care of and the day ran seamlessly. Even all of our belongings and decor were packed away for us before the end of the night.
It felt amazing to not have to worry about anything the day of our wedding besides enjoying ourselves. My wedding was everything I imagined and more and I contribute that to the amazing work and effort of Ashley and her team. I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough! -

From the moment I spoke with Ashley about potentially coordinating our wedding day, I knew she was the one. We hit it off immediately. Cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough to execute on the perfect wedding day! My husband and I hired Ashley ~10 months before our wedding to help with day of coordination. From the beginning, Ashley was extremely attentive and was extremely knowledgable in all things Newport weddings, answering our questions and helping the overall process feel relaxed. About 1 month out from the wedding Ashley worked with us to put together a perfect schedule for the day of the wedding and even took into consideration the tiny details- like picking up and delivering lunch. Our wedding was executed perfectly because of Ashley and her team and they not only handled everything to make sure the night ran perfectly, but also went above and beyond- capturing videos during little moments throughout the night and rearranging flowers between the reception and ceremony. Hiring Ashley is one of the easiest decisions you can make in your wedding planning process! -

I can not begin to tell you how incredible Ashley, Adrianna, and her entire team were. My husband and I had a long 2 year engagement and Ashley Lynn was there every step of the way helping to guide us. She is a consummate professional, aways prepared and organized. She never hesitated to jump on a call with me or ease my nerves if I was feeling stressed.
What really impressed me was her ability to always have an answer (and a vendor) to almost any question I had. When I wanted a flower preservation specialist, she had one. When we were running out of options for a baker, she found the perfect one available. When I needed a DJ with a certain vibe, she delivered. Her repertoire of vendors is incredible and the relationships she holds with those vendors is a testament to how amazing she is. Everyone loves working on an Ashley Lynn Event (and attending one too!)
On the actual day of the wedding, she was cool and calm, always anticipating my needs, keeping things on time, and dealing with small hiccups without me ever knowing. My wedding was literally perfect and that was thanks to Ashley Lynn.
I can not recommend her enough.

Perfect wedding day team for a DIY bride
We loved working with Ashley and her team for our wedding in September 2023! We planned our own wedding - hiring all of the vendors and creating décor - at a non-traditional wedding venue so we had to bring everything in ourselves. We did a lot of the DIY legwork in advance, but we knew we wanted a day-of Coordinator so that we could enjoy our big day stress-free. Ashley and her team did just that for us! And more!
We communicated with Ashley in the lead up to our wedding. On our wedding day Katie and Sarai, two of her team members, were our on-site Coordinators.
In advance of our wedding Ashley helped us organize a wedding day timeline and vendor arrival/departure schedule. She provided helpful guidance for our timeline based off of her event expertise. She was extremely responsive via email and always on-time to our scheduled calls, which is super appreciated when working with tons of vendors! Whenever we had a unique request she would find a solution.
On the day of our wedding Katie and Sarai were an amazing team. We provided them with our décor for each dinner table, welcome tables, and bars. It was so helpful to have them setup these elements and breakdown/pack everything up at the end of the night. We sent Katie and Sarai several pictures in advance of how we wanted things to look and they executed it perfectly! We did not use a florist and instead had garland wreaths as centerpieces, so there was no florist to get those on each table and looking nice. Katie and Sarai set up the wreaths on each table and interspersed flowers throughout. So beautiful!
On top of executing our décor requests flawlessly, Katie and Sarai were a delight to have during the reception. They consistently checked in with us to ensure we were doing well and if we needed anything. They also ensured we had fresh drinks throughout the night, a level of service I didn't even expect! I did not have to go to the bar or wait on a drink once, which is such an underrated service - I was on the dancefloor and enjoying time with my guests all night! Even during dinner Sarai got me a new glass of champagne even though mine was still half full. It was an outside event in 80 degrees so the champagne had warmed. She said, "it's your wedding day, you should only have cold champagne!"
We can't recommend Ashley Lynn Events enough! As a DIY bride their day-of services were exactly what we needed. -

Ashley, Adrianna and Sarai were absolutely incredible. Ashley and her attention to detail helped make the process stress-free and she asked things I would’ve never even thought of! Adrianna and Sarai were UNBELIEVABLE the day of our wedding and made sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. They made sure we had water, snacks and drinks at all times. They checked in with us constantly and ran the SHOW. 10/10 would recommend Ashley Lynn and her team. They were a huge part in making our day so special, regardless of the rain. -

I cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough! I put my heart and soul into planning my micro wedding for 1.5 years but Ashley and Renee were the true reason I could enjoy it all and be 100% in the moment on my special day. This to me is absolutely priceless. They were by far the best investment we could have made in our entire wedding process.
From our first conversations I knew I found the right match in Ashley. She is caring, passionate and an expert in her field. My expectations were high but I was truly blown away by the level of attentiveness and care we were provided on our special day.
Renee was my personal fairy Godmother and by the end of the night was a part of our family. I have never felt more at ease, taken care of and understood than I did that day and I feel so blessed to have that support on my wedding day. If there were more stars to give I would! Hiring Ashley Lynn Events was the best thing I could have done when planning my wedding. Her punctuality and professionalism goes above and beyond. It's like she can tap into your mind and know exactly what your wedding vison is and she legit brings it to life. Me being a nervous wreck was worried about the overall look of how the ballroom was going to look. Ashley said she had it covered and to give her whatever I had for decor/rentals and she and her assistant would do the rest. My husband and I did a 1st look of the reception before guests came in and we both cried because she blew it out of the park!!! She transformed the "mehh" ballroom into the real celebrity, whimsical, fantasy that I envisioned but BETTER!!!!!
Not only that but Ashley was also aware of certain things that could have potentially disturbed the wedding and she was on damage control like no other. If something went wrong I didn't have a clue because Ashley is basically a professional ninja.
The meetings and phone calls with Ashley always left me feeling relieved and happy to know she had it all under control. She even came to the dress store after I asked at the last minute to help with the 8 bridesmaids dresses that needed to be rush ordered. (Can you say Angel!) Also, Ashley's assistant Sarai is amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all her help. Oh and Ashley's husband who came in clutch putting on chair covers during our rehearsal dinner. lol :)
Mind you she helped me plan a 200 person wedding in 6 months after only finding out what are venue was in April.

From multiple calls, zoom meetings and emails over the course of a year, Ashley blew us away with her consistent communication, artistic ideas and her calming demeanor (which I needed). We wanted to give Ashley and her team a BIG shoutout for all their help and assistance in making our wedding day dreams come true! Ashley is truly a gem who can handle it all with a smile on her face and allows the bride/groom the ability to be fully immersed in the party with their guests while checking-in at the perfect moments to grab us anything. We were really late in the process to get a day of coordinator (literally hired Ashley 2 weeks before our wedding) as we juggled mixed feelings about whether we needed someone to help us out and needless to say our only regret is not hiring Ashley earlier! For all the brides and grooms out there we highly suggest getting a day of coordinator and you better make it Ashley. She is prompt, experienced, excellent communicator, organized, offers helpful handouts, excel wizard, and works with your vision. More importantly, Ashley has an enthusiastic personality and easy-going spirit which is comforting with the wedding planning chaos. She guides you in making decisions that feel best (ex. timeline assistance) and overall allowed us to be stress-free as well as helped our families in this department who were both involved in planning our epic wedding. Professional, Personable, Organized and Committed!
Ashley is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and made me feel like I was her top priority at all times. I hired Ashley to create an elaborate picnic proposal on Block Island and everything came out stunning. I gave her some inspiration photos and she brought it to life! She helped plan everything from color coordination, to purchasing and storage, scheduling and picking up materials and food, to transporting all the stuff in boxes on the ferry & setting up on the beach after a long walk down a cliff side. She even handmade some snacks and fruit water for us which were amazing. I don’t even have the words to describe how thankful I am for the amount of work she put in to make our day feel so special, and to be able to rely on her to coordinate everything so I could enjoy the day was priceless. We will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know! -

When planning your wedding everyone always wants someone who communicates and is dedicated to bring your vision to life. Ashley and her assistant did just that and more. Both went above our expectations and felt like they were family. There was never a moment that Ashley was not by our side making sure we were taken care of in anyway possible. From our first phone call to the last she kept me calm and knew exactly what was needed to be done from our timeline, setting up and breaking down and keeping vendors on the same page. I found Ashley Lynn pretty last minute and I cannot imagine our day without Ashley Lynn and Lindsey. They are the sweetest humans and helped our day get off without a hitch. They decorated our venue flawlessly and everything was so beautiful. They set up our favors so our guests wouldn't miss them on the way out. I had 2 calls with Ashley Lynn before the big day and I felt so at ease. At one point in the evening, Ashley Lynn & Lindsey were even on the dance floor helping get more of our guests on the dance floor. We were so lucky to have them and cannot recommend them enough. -
