One month before the wedding, she took over all communication with our vendors, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. She made sure every single detail was accounted for and ran perfectly—and it did! Mallory was also incredibly helpful with vendor recommendations, timeline planning, and (maybe most importantly) calming us down through the entire process. Her presence is grounding, reassuring, and exactly what every couple needs leading up to and on their wedding day.
We also have to shout out her two assistants—wow! Not only were they professional and on top of everything, they were SO much fun to have around. They brought such great energy to the day and made everything feel seamless and joyful.
Mallory and her team made our day absolutely perfect. If you’re even considering working with her—do it. You won’t regret it for a second.
Best coordinator around
For her day of coordination, Mallory took my visions to life. Truly I had such specific plans for my decor and I was so stressed I couldn’t set it up on my own, but Mallory took my inspiration and ran with it to make the venue a magical space. It was truly better than I could have imagined. Mallory also coordinated all of the vendors, stuck to the timeline, made sure we ate (!!!! so amazing to have all of our cocktail hour aps in our bridal room!!) and truly made the day so perfect. I said I wanted to “shut my brain” off on our wedding day and Mallory truly made sure I was able to soak in the moment and not get swept away.
