I would highly recommend Moments that Matter!! From start to finish Mallory was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. She was always quick to respond and is a great communicator. She kept myself and our vendors in the loop leading up to the wedding. Her recommended schedule was spot on and she kept the night moving flawlessly. She handled any issues that came up without difficulty, which was essential in having a stress free night! Mallory was a great advocate for us throughout the planning process, making sure we got what we wanted from all of our vendors. Her advice and insight was incredibly helpful. I could not recommend Mallory and her team enough. From connecting over the phone, her advice when requested to coordinating with vendors Mal made her planning process truly so seamless.

For her day of coordination, Mallory took my visions to life. Truly I had such specific plans for my decor and I was so stressed I couldn’t set it up on my own, but Mallory took my inspiration and ran with it to make the venue a magical space. It was truly better than I could have imagined. Mallory also coordinated all of the vendors, stuck to the timeline, made sure we ate (!!!! so amazing to have all of our cocktail hour aps in our bridal room!!) and truly made the day so perfect. I said I wanted to “shut my brain” off on our wedding day and Mallory truly made sure I was able to soak in the moment and not get swept away.

After lots of research and filtering, we finally decided to go with Mallory as our day of coordinator (though she was very much involved in planning well before the big day). From our first meeting, she was so sweet and friendly and made sure all our questions and concerns were laid to rest. She has the insight and experience to know what needed to be done and exactly how to go about doing it. I'm very particular and knew how I envisioned our wedding, and thankfully Mal was there to help us bring everything together. Though our wedding was intimate (30 guests) there was a lot to get done and she worked with us studiously every step of the way. She was especially understanding in terms of working around our busy schedules (we are both in dental school so we never had any real time off) and helped keep us on track with the big items that needed to be established early on vs the smaller details that we could decide on later. Mal worked flawlessly with our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page and if there were ever any real hiccups during the wedding, they were completely unbeknown to us. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as you wish, and I think the sweetest part was when she kept reminding us throughout the evening to make sure we ate. Such a lovely and genuine person and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding, she's your lady. Please do yourself a favor and book her!
