We cannot say enough amazing things about Mallory! From the moment we met her, we knew we were in the best hands. She is truly one of the sweetest, most helpful, and organized people we’ve ever met. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond in every possible way.
One month before the wedding, she took over all communication with our vendors, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. She made sure every single detail was accounted for and ran perfectly—and it did! Mallory was also incredibly helpful with vendor recommendations, timeline planning, and (maybe most importantly) calming us down through the entire process. Her presence is grounding, reassuring, and exactly what every couple needs leading up to and on their wedding day.
We also have to shout out her two assistants—wow! Not only were they professional and on top of everything, they were SO much fun to have around. They brought such great energy to the day and made everything feel seamless and joyful.

For her day of coordination, Mallory took my visions to life. Truly I had such specific plans for my decor and I was so stressed I couldn’t set it up on my own, but Mallory took my inspiration and ran with it to make the venue a magical space. It was truly better than I could have imagined. Mallory also coordinated all of the vendors, stuck to the timeline, made sure we ate (!!!! so amazing to have all of our cocktail hour aps in our bridal room!!) and truly made the day so perfect. I said I wanted to “shut my brain” off on our wedding day and Mallory truly made sure I was able to soak in the moment and not get swept away.

After lots of research and filtering, we finally decided to go with Mallory as our day of coordinator (though she was very much involved in planning well before the big day). From our first meeting, she was so sweet and friendly and made sure all our questions and concerns were laid to rest. She has the insight and experience to know what needed to be done and exactly how to go about doing it. I'm very particular and knew how I envisioned our wedding, and thankfully Mal was there to help us bring everything together. Though our wedding was intimate (30 guests) there was a lot to get done and she worked with us studiously every step of the way. She was especially understanding in terms of working around our busy schedules (we are both in dental school so we never had any real time off) and helped keep us on track with the big items that needed to be established early on vs the smaller details that we could decide on later. Mal worked flawlessly with our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page and if there were ever any real hiccups during the wedding, they were completely unbeknown to us. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as you wish, and I think the sweetest part was when she kept reminding us throughout the evening to make sure we ate. Such a lovely and genuine person and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding, she's your lady. Please do yourself a favor and book her!
