Sarah was the reason why our daughter’s wedding (which was a destination wedding) went off without a hitch. I felt guilty not helping as much with the planning! Let me tell you how amazing a job she did. Every detail was taken care off. Flawless execution!

Sarah was my wedding planner and brought my dream day to life and made it so easy!! We seriously would not have had the perfect day without her. My husband and I live in Denver, CO and got married in Newport, RI and would have been lost without Sarah. The amount of time I spent trying to find a venue and a planner was crazy and I couldn’t have done it for all the other vendors for my day. As soon as I booked with Sarah, I was at ease. She found every single perfect vendor for our day and made planning stress free. On the day of our wedding she had the perfect timeline and made sure everything went smoothly. She truly brought our dream day to life and is everything you would want out of a wedding planner! We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful, organized, professional, kind and caring planner for our day! Thank you Sarah for putting us at ease and making our day the best one ever.

When we started our wedding planning process we had no idea what to expect. We decided it was the best decision for us to hire a wedding planner because we wanted the process to be seamless and knew we would benefit greatly from someone guiding us through all the big and small decisions. We did a fair amount of research on who would be the best wedding planner for us and we were quickly over whelmed becasue there are a lot of different planners to pick from. Upon our enitial call with Sara we knew that she was the best choice. She is truely salt of the earth. She is patient, knowledgable and kind and it was clear that she was respected and loved by all the vendors we worked with as well. She even scored us a couple deals along the way! Her passion for wedding planning and attention to detial is clear and our day would not have gone as seemlessly without her. She knew when to stear us away from a poor decision and when to give us the important nudge that we needed to make sure that we were in the best hands when the day came. We ended up getting married on one of the rainiest and windiest days in September. Although we had hoped to get married under the september skies, Sarah was able to make last minute arrangments to the initior of our tent to make it one of the most magical ceremonies. We heard from nurmous guests that it was the best wedding they had attended. I’m sure many people say that about their weddings but we were flooded with emails after our wedding asking about our vendors, and the itinerary of the evening. Not only did our vision come to life in ways we didn’t know were possible, and looked like a something out of a magazine, but the entire structure of the wedding was different than most weddings we have attended. The evening was broken up with toasts, food and dancing, in such a way that our guests were up and moving all night. Sara was amazing from start to finish and you would be remiss to not include her in your special day. No matter your, budget, timeline of vision there is no person more eqquiped to make your day unforgettable.

Sarah was so incredibly helpful and delightful to work with. We were planning an American wedding from within the UK so her help really made the experience all the more enjoyable. She is so kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond on many occasions. Working with her really allowed us to enjoy a beautiful day and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner - she’s incredible!

Sarah helped us plan a beautiful late August wedding on the coast of RI in 2023. For an intimate wedding with personalized details in a glam location- we really cannot recommend her enough. Sarah is so personable and easy-going - and really understood how to work with us in crafting a wedding we were happy with. She helped us sharpen the specific details that were needed from the beginning of the process to the execution, gave invaluable feedback about standards/norms, and broke things down simply in what would otherwise be an overwhelming endeavor. She also worked seamlessly with our other local vendors to iron out details, and took away a ton of the logistical stress and planning involved in getting married!

What also impressed us is Sarah's creative/artistic background. Based on our vision and specific things we wished to incorporate, Sarah designed for us personalized wedding menu cards, name cards, napkins with our cat on them, table cards - you name it! This streamlined the process and instead of having to identify new people to design, print, etc - we were able to rely on Sarah for everything.

The day of the wedding ran smoothly with Sarah and her assistant setting up and running things behind the scenes. She was conscientious about checking in with us throughout the evening without being overbearing. She took initiative to do many things during the wedding and after that made our lives so much easier! We were both so grateful to have her calming/bright presence there.

If you are on the fence, let us say that Sarah is definitely your lady for a fantastic wedding experience and you cannot go wrong.

Sarah was an amazing planner. She was took so much stress away from us in planning our wedding, especially with us living in another state. Sarah gave us fantastic references on vendors and made sure everything was setup exactly how we wanted. Sarah is amazing. My husband and I didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator, but after postponing our wedding because of Covid and getting overwhelmed by all of the moving parts and planning a honeymoon for right after our wedding, we hired her. It was the best decision. She was especially key for us having a church ceremony, 3 hour gap and then reception 15 minutes away from the church (at Oceancliff). We really wanted someone to keep us and our bridal party on schedule throughout the day without us needing to worry if we were running late and fitting everything in.

Months before our wedding, Sarah recommended vendors we hadn't booked yet and answered any questions that came up as we were planning. About 45 days before our wedding, Sarah reached out to start gathering info on our vendors and put together a proposed timeline. She made any edits we requested very quickly and answered tons of questions we had. She also proposed ideas we hadn't even thought of, like fitting in our meal with enough time to get sunset photos. Our other vendors let us know that she was great to work with and so organized the week of the wedding.

Sarah went above and beyond by helping with our final details meeting at our venue and our church rehearsal. Since our church didn't have a coordinator at rehearsals, Sarah stepped in and helped run the rehearsal. She was also so helpful with handling our day-of items (church programs, vendor tips, etc.)

We were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day without any worries thanks to Sarah. More importantly, she's a kind person and someone you want to work with. My bridesmaids and parents loved her. She works with many couples, but we could genuinely feel how excited she was for us and that she cared that we had an amazing wedding. We can't recommend her enough!

We had a DIY wedding and were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator since we figured we could manage it ourselves. Boy, were we wrong. As the details piled up, we needed help with managing all of the vendors, and found ourselves underwater. In a panic, we hired Sarah as our day of coordinator. Let me tell you that this was the best decision we made for our wedding. Sarah was absolutely incredible and brought to the table years of knowledge and experience to help guide us through "checking off all the boxes" while still brilliantly executing our vision. On our wedding day, she kept us and our vendors all on track, following the wedding timeline she expertly put together in the month before. When we had questions, she was always available to answer them in the time leading up to the wedding. She even saved our day by sending someone to pick up our cake when it was discovered that it was not delivered. We couldn't have imagined having to deal with that ourselves and are truly grateful Sarah was there looking over all the details. She guaranteed that we could truly enjoy our special day.
