I was only in need of day of coordination as we were doing the majority of the work ourselves. So a very important job, but maybe the smallest of jobs for a full time planning company. I surveyed quite literally 30 different companies and have the chart to prove it. With our needs being on the smaller side, they very understandably ask that you not book until 4 months out. This was nerve wracking but I knew they were our number one choice for DOC. I also found that the smaller planners who are just starting their own business were much pricier for what I needed done. Little did I know the value I was getting.
The stars aligned and they were still available for our day when the time came. While the service they were providing was only DOC, we couldn't have done the day without them. The level of care and knowing of what we had to accomplish was absolutely priceless. I thought I had everything planned down to the smallest detail, and they not only proved me wrong they picked up every missing piece.
Short funny story, my dad and I are hidden out of site ready to make our ceremony entrance. Both a little nervous and excited. When my uncle (dad's brother) comes up to the car. Before I lost my cool and told him it wasn't the time, he had a message for us. My dad has unknowingly ripped his fly off his pants! The team at TMW was discreet enough to know how to handle the situation and had my uncle bring him a giant container of safety pins. I will NEVER forget that!!
There are countless other anecdotes of the day, and as a very anxious bride I was able to completely be a guest at my own wedding. I can not thank them enough. -

We worked with Kristy and could not have been more happy that we did! She was absolutely amazing to work with - was so responsive, organized, and helpful. She was also so easy and fun to talk to and plan with! From preparation, timeline, vendor coordination, and the final details meeting to the day of from start to finish, Kristy truly went above and beyond. She gave me ideas, thought of little details that I never would have, and truly just listened to my goals/desires for the night to make my dream come to life. She also absolutely crushed the set up and breakdown of our decorations which was a large task. I couldn’t get over how beautiful everything turned out. She took so much weight off my shoulders with just her presence alone and knowing that I had her by my side when needed. I feel so lucky to have had her because my wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly! And not only that, but I felt so at ease which was a dream and largely thanks to her. If you are even considering hiring a planner, look no further! 10/10 recommend, she’s amazing!!! -

I had my wedding at The Towers in Narragansett, RI on May 10th. Kristy and Patricia were absolutely amazing, helpful and extremely professional. They made sure that the day went smoothly and if anything did go wrong I had no idea about it. Highly recommend! -

We worked with Kristy for nearly 2 years to plan our wedding. She was an amazing resource for finding vendors, keeping us on track with planning, and giving us advice! I'm so glad we had here there to help coordinate vendors, set up and breakdown décor, and handle any bumps that came up. I definitely recommend Kristy and TMW to help your day go smoothly! -

When I was told I needed to hire a Day Of Coordinator at my venue, I thought it was unnecessary. However, I absolutely could not have pulled off my day without Agnes and her team. She helped with so much more than just the day off. We had several meetings leading up to my wedding. Every time we talked, she would do her best to keep me on track and make sure I had everything I needed. She also asked for copies of all of my contracts so that on my day if she had any questions, she had the answers with her and did not have to ask me for anything. She kept my day moving even when the pastor was late and the whole timeline fell behind. It was an absolute blessing to have her and her team there to help with cleanup at the end of the night! Agnes did an amazing job & I highly recommend her for not only day of but full event coordinating! -

Working with Ashley was the most wonderful experience for us. We never would’ve been able to plan this without her. Two years in the making, and tremendous challenges with employee turnover at the venue and many mistakes that they made and Ashley pulled us right through with a smile on her face. She was professional, and understanding to say the least, if she was stressed at all. She never showed it from start to finish. She pulled off this wedding, without leaving a stone unturned their pricing is fantastic and if I happen to do another wedding again with my other daughter, you can count on me calling TMZ!! -

If you want to be as stress free as possible on your wedding day, I would definately engage a wedding planner. From the first meeting with Ashley at TMW Productions, she laid out the framework of what a wedding planner encompasses and then lets you decide what is most important to you, asking good questions and most importanly listening to the client. She was with us every step of the way. We had looked at the cost of many wedding planners and they were exorbitant. I would highly recommend the TMW team to a best friend. Thank you for all the behind the scenes details that are overwhelming when planning an event of such magnitude. You were a pleasure to work with Ashley and my son and daughter-in-laws wedding went off without a hitch. -

Highly Recommend!
TMW Productions was the PERFECT vendor for our wedding planning & day-of coordinator needs. We were so lucky to work with Londyn who was the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and organized planner. She was always there to answer any/all questions leading up to the wedding, and was instrumental in thinking through all the little details as well as the timeline of the day. I felt so comfortable trusting Londyn; she brought my vision to life-- from setup of tables, linens, flowers & decorations, to vendor communication, and day of timeline execution-- everything was truly perfect. I will forever be grateful for all the work she put into making our day a stress-free, dream come true. I highly highly recommend working with TMW Productions! -

We cannot recommend Weddings by TMW enough! They were simply incredible, from the very beginning Agnes was on top of things, able to get a cohesive timeline for all vendors, and was so communicative. We were so nervous the day of that we'd have to help coordinate but were pleasantly surprised to see that Tarah and Zach had everything in complete control. When they say they will make your experience stress-free they mean it! They even took care of things we didn't even think of. The wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful or successful without the amazing skill of TMW, if we ever have another event of any kind they will be the first ones we call! -

Hiring TMW Productions to do day-of coordination for our wedding was one of the absolute BEST decisions we made. We got married on a small farm in Cranston, RI that was dreamy but had no running water or facilities, so there were a lot of vendors and DYI elements to coordinate. Ashely and Londyn were lovely to work with- friendly and responsive and nonjudgmental. We had two meetings before the wedding to discuss plans for the day, including a trip out to the venue to be sure they had the lay of the land. They helped us make sure we thought of every last thing and that they knew who the important players were so we wouldn't have to think about the plan on the day of. It was just such a relief to be able to take all the swirling details in our brains and hand them over to someone we could trust. On the wedding day, Ashley, Londyn and a support staff were terrific. They made sure everyone was where they needed to be and kept the show going without being pushy or overly-involved. They checked in just the right amount and were flexible as things evolved (e.g. Do we want to spend an extra 15 minutes on the cocktail hour before moving inside? Yes.) Very great service for a very reasonable price point. Would absolutely recommend hiring TMW. Thank you all for helping us be present to enjoy our wild, wonderful day. -

We hired TMW Productions to do Day of Coordination for our October 2022 Boston wedding. Christian was our designated coordinator and he was so fantastic to work with! We had two meetings prior to the wedding weekend to discuss details and expectations for the day. Christian was super responsive to any emails and very helpful with any questions we had. He attended our rehearsal and helped make sure we knew the flow for the ceremony. Day of we had Christian and an additional assistant to coordinate all of our vendors at the venue and oversee the set up of decor. Having a day of coordinator made our day much less stressful so we got to fully enjoy everything. They even took all of our decor items back to our hotel room at the end of the night. Their services are very reasonably priced and would 100% hire them again - you really get so much for what you pay for the service. Thank you TMW and Christian for helping to make our big day go off without a hitch! -

We will be forever grateful to Ashley and Agnes and the team at TMW Productions for helping us host the wedding of my dreams. My husband and I both work very busy schedules and having a team behind you helping you through the stress of wedding planning and assuring you that it will all come together was irreplaceable. They were friendly and approachable from the start, listening intently to our vision and providing ideas and recommendations which were wonderful. They helped us find most of our other vendors, coordinated and communicated with them on details, and found us cost saving options which really made a difference. Not only were they outstanding leading up to the wedding with planning but also with logistics leading up to and the day of the wedding. Ashely and her team put together 200 Welcome Bags and Weddings Favors saving us hours of precious time we did not have. We planned our Rhode Island wedding from Virginia and being able to send them items to put together was extremely helpful. Ashley also picked up and delivered our wedding day flowers, and her team set up the decor for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Receptions. Without Ashley and her team, I don't know how our day would have come together. They setup the decor beautifully, broke it down and packed it up for us at the end of the night. Throughout our wedding day Ashely managed our schedule, vendors, guided our guests and ensured everything went smoothly. If issues came up Ashley was there to handle them and we were able to enjoy every second of our day. When we became slightly off schedule, Ashley was there to assure us that everything would work out. We cannot express enough how appreciative we are for TMW's professionalism and expertise. If I plan another event in RI, I will be calling TMW Productions, that is for certain! -

Ashley Harding and the rest of the TMW team were exceptional to say the least. On top of the quality service her team provided, they were great people to work with. Very friendly, responsive, and super helpful. It felt as if we had known Ashley for years. Being a Marine Officer, my expectations for organization were very high (same for my wife, who is a lawyer). Ashley and her team exceeded all of those expectations and enabled us to create memories on our wedding day that we will cherish forever. Enthusiastically recommend Ashley's (and TMW) services to others--particulary service members. They are quality professionals who really know what they are doing and who will keep your focus off the wedding day madness. Could go on and on, but I think you get the point. -

We hired TMW as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in Massachusetts. They worked with us months prior to the wedding, attending walk throughs of the venue and meeting with other vendors. They were always very responsive, understanding and knowledgeable which put me at ease. The team that was coordinating my wedding day was efficient and attentive. It was comforting for us to know that it was more than just one person there to handle our details and timeline, and ensure everything went well. Ashely and her team made our wedding day so much less stressful. They came into our planning toward the end and right when I was feeling the most stressed and overwhelmed. They helped us with planning the schedule for the day, coordinating with vendors, and setting up and taking down our decorations. The only regret I have is not hiring them sooner. I waited until I was overwhelmed with planning to hire them. Ashley and Agnes had really great ideas that I did not think of and added some wonderful touches to décor and other aspects of my wedding day. They also paid for themselves by helping me find great vendors that were more affordable than the ones that I had reached out to previously on my own. They also helped me navigate a complicated shuttle bus schedule (and helped me avoid having to hire another bus). I really wish I hired them sooner. I feel like they helped me fix a lot of my previous mistakes that I would have avoided if I had their advice and guidance in the first place. Ashley and Agnes were always super responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful. I could not have planned my wedding without them. -

Working with Ashley and Agnes made our wedding planning truly stress-free. These women did it all. Ashley and Agnes covered the (far from) basics such as crafting the perfect day-of timeline and contacting and working with our other vendors. They also went above and beyond on our wedding day by coordinating and executing decor pickup and drop-off, expertly bustling the bride's dress, and update the seating chart on the fly when a couple guests had to drop last minute. We hired Agnes and her team about 4 months before our wedding. At first we weren't sure about a day-of coordinator for our Narragansett North Beach Clubhouse wedding because we thought it was something we could manage ourselves, but we 100% recommend Agnes and her team! Throughout the planning process they thought of so many small details we would have overlooked and helped us plan a stress-free wedding day! Agnes even came to our home personally and picked up all our decorations the day before our wedding. On the day of the wedding they organized all the decorations, managed guests, coordinated all our other vendors and checked on me and my husband multiple times throughout the evening to make sure everything was going ok! Without TMW we would have been doing a lot of extra little things and answering questions throughout the night rather than enjoying our wedding. By the end of the night, Agnes had re-packed and loaded our gifts and decorations into our car so we didn't have to worry about anything! Do NOT hesitate to hire them! -

Absolutely incredible!
My husband and I called TMW to plan our elopement from out-of-state 3 months from our decided date- I was nervous. From the moment we spoke with Tarah (who connected us with Agnes) we instantly felt we were in the right hands to plan our dream day.
Agnes was incredible! She eliminated soooooo much stress. She was so kind and attentive, incredibly organized! She and her team ensured our day was everything we wanted- and so much more. There are not enough kind words for Agnes, her team, and all of TMW.
