You will work with Jennifer Giuliano, our Director of Catering who is a consummate professional with over 19 years of experience. Jennifer and the Heritage team plan hundreds of unique and diversive events a year. We would be honored to help you plan your wedding and turn it into an event that your loved ones will be talking about for years to come.

Facilities and Capacity - The Heritage Hotel has a few reception rooms options based on the size of your party.

Timbers our most popular reception room can accomodate 200 guests. The minimum varies based on the day of the week and the time of the year. Timbers is rustic with modern amenities and features exposed beams with views and access to the vineyard, an oversized fireplace and huge windows for natural light,

Based on the number of guests we offer our Terrace Room as a complimentary cocktail hour space with access to the terrace patio and vineyard space.

We have two outdoor ceremony options - our stone garden or vineyard. We always have an indoor weather back up space for the ceremony, in the event of inclimate weather.

Our Garden Room, which can host up to 120 guests, is your classic ballroom. The minimum for this space is 50 guests most days of the week. The garden room is typically used as the weather back up space for larger weddings that are having their reception in Timbers

The Heritage Room is perfect for a small intimate wedding. It has a minimum of 25 guests and have comfortable up to 50.

Our wedding packages include access to a hospitality room; five-hour open bar, a champagne toast, house centerpieces, a vineyard for your wedding portraits, a complimentary wedding night KING room for the newlywed couple, chiavari chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, and china and a maitre d.

The Heritage Hotel also offers an extensive list of menu items, drink specials, and other catering services. Food presentation styles include buffet, family style, plated options, and food stations. The venue also makes delicious hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and allows for outside cake. You may also use the venue to host your cocktail reception.
