I don't think we could ever write a review that adequately summarizes how incredible this venue is. We worked with Janet throughout the process, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. On wedding day, everyone was so sweet and got everything so seamlessly done for us. The day went perfectly and that is largely due to Lake Pearl's incredible staff. From the appetizers set aside for my husband and I to enjoy before entering the reception to the golf cart service to the constant check ins, Lake Pearl is without a doubt the best. Everyone keeps raving about our food and all the incredible staff members!

If you’re considering Lake Pearl as your wedding venue, don’t hesitate—just book it! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets Lake Pearl apart is the incredible staff who made our day unforgettable.

Our wedding planner, Janet, was an absolute dream to work with throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel seamless and stress-free, and her support meant the world to us. On the day of our wedding, we were lucky to have Julie as our coordinator, Marlene as our attendant, and Julianna as the manager on-site—and they were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and they truly treated us like family.

One of the things that meant the most to us was how lovingly they cared for our 8-month-old baby girl throughout the day. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing she was in such good hands.

Our guests are still raving about the food—it was absolutely delicious! Every single part of the day exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Lake Pearl gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we will forever be thankful for the love, care, and professionalism that went into making it all happen.

Jessica specifically was always there for us along the planning journey. She was able to answer all our questions and made us feel reassured that things were in good hands. The day of coordinator kept everything running on time and without a hitch. The food was delicious. No complaints here!

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am that we went with Lake Pearl! They are incredibly professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. We had looked at several other venues before coming to Lake Pearl. Our first tour was with Gina, who we liked instantly. Right away, we knew this venue was different because she actually sat down with us and reviewed the prices and options. No other venue we looked at had done that. Midway through our planning, Gina got another job, and Janet became our new point person. I was nervous because we had liked Gina so much, but Janet stepped right in and did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food, and several people commented on how organized the whole operation was. Everyone you interact with at Lake Pearl from the management team to the bridal attendant are professional and know what they are doing. Lake Pearl is incredible because it has several options to choose from. We wanted a smaller wedding under 100, so we were married in the Treetop Room. Most venues have average options for small weddings, but not Lake Pearl. We were so impressed by the views of the lake and the lovely outdoor newly renovated area. There are also places to get ready all day on property, which is a huge bonus. I should also mention that because I was on property all day getting ready, I saw multiple events happen at the venue. In the morning, they hosted a high school event , a baby shower, and a third event that I can't recall. I could not believe they were able to flip our room so quickly! During our wedding, there was another wedding going at the same time. We only found that out when we went down to the beach to take pictures and saw other people on the other side of the building. We would have never known if we had not gone outside because they do a great job at keeping events separate. Seriously, this venue is so organized, eager to make you happy, and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Lake Pearl really does a fantastic job. Their team is friendly, welcoming and make it easy to plan the wedding. They were very helpful in shifting our dates around due to the pandemic as well!

Lake Pearl really hit a home run on our wedding day, and all the madness planning up to it. We worked with Jessica to plan everything out and she was very helpful and patient as we asked and went through our thousand questions and concerns. Working with Lake Pearl made things so much easier as their packages included centerpieces and the wedding cake from a selection of high quality vendors. This made Lake Pearl more like a one-stop shop to the planning and took so much stress off of finding these things on our own. On the day of the wedding Heather, our wedding attendant, went above and beyond to guide us before, during, and after the ceremony. She served us food and drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. The day went so smoothly and Lake Pearl really made us feel important on this special day. I highly recommend Lake Pearl, especially if you are stressed out with all the options available when planning a wedding.

Janet Mosco was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially chose to get married on March 20, 2021 (which we booked before COVID) and had to move our date in January 2021 to a date in the summer in order to have an outside wedding with more than 25 guests. Lake Pearl accommodated us at no additional charge to a Friday night in July under their grand tent. Janet kept us informed throughout the entire process whenever COVID regulations changed and she was always totally transparent. At our rehearsal, we realized that the weather for our Wedding would not be good for an outdoor wedding, but thankfully the interior of the venue was available to us, and we moved the whole thing indoors at the last minute. Colleen and Juliana (the day-of coordinators) were amazing to work with all day. Everything ran smoothly, and the venue was truly gorgeous for both the ceremony in the Tree Top Room and the Reception in the West Ballroom. Juliana even carted us around in the rain to the Boathouse for some gorgeous outdoor photos on the beach. The food was great, and the vendors we chose for our cake/dessert station (Nancy's Bakery) and flowers (Golden Gate Florists) also did an exceptional job. 10/10 would recommend!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at Lake Pearl! Janet was with us every step of the way to answer all of our questions as regulations changed throughout the past year. She worked with us to plan a day that not only was so incredibly special to us, but also one that we felt safe and comfortable with. The spaces on-site to get ready were amazing and the food was incredible! Juliana, Sandra, Brian, Josh, and Jake were so good to us and to our guests and made everything run perfectly day-of. So grateful to the entire staff at Lake Pearl for all of their dedication and care during such a hard year!

I am not sure where to start but I can say that Lake Pearl has made my fairy tale wedding come to life. Working with Gina was one of greatest things in the world. She always answered all my questions which were millions due to the pandemic. The attentiveness given to my guests on the day of the wedding was impeccable. Everyone kept saying the venue, service, food was top notch. To all the staff at Lake Pearl, thank you for being so amazing!

It has taken almost 6 months to write this review but we are still so grateful for Lake Pearl and everything they did for us during our wedding. We started planning pre-pandemic and had about 80% of our wedding planning done 2 months after we got engaged, thanks to Lake Pearl and their amazing staff. Once the pandemic kicked off, we decided to cancel the wedding, so as not to put our friends, family and Lake Pearl's staff at risk, but Janet and Lake Pearl came to rescue and allowed us to see our wedding for what it could be, using the money we already spent! We all decided to have a full-blown wedding, but just the two of us! We had out photographer and videographer for the entire day, and Lake Pearl was so accommodating with them to get the dream shots we needed for our pictures and video. I got ready with my amazing make-up artist (https://www.travelingbeautytoyou.com/) at the beach house and my husband got ready in a separate suit. They gave us both food and drinks to enjoy while we took our time getting ready. We had our ceremony at the trellis, decorated to our specifications and stunning as ever. They set up a reception for us with our cake set up, a delicious dinner we chose after their bridal expo, and we even had time for dancing in the boathouse! We had 2 bridal attendants who helped everything go so smoothly day of, with all decorations set up, taken down and packed away without us having to worry at all. We got to enjoy all 8 hours of our wedding day, just the two of us. No guests, no fuss, just love. We are forever grateful to Janet and the amazing staff at Lake Pearl for helping us re-imagine our dream wedding during a pandemic, but make it something we could never forget!
