I had the privilege of hosting my wedding at the Umass Club in June and I was truly blown away! It was the best night of my and my husband's life and our guests can't stop raving about the venue, the food, the views, all of it! Working with Paige was an absolute dream and she made the process so incredibly seamless with her responsiveness, advice, feedback, etc. If you have the chance to look at this venue for your dream Boston wedding, I HIGHLY recommend!

Thank you so much to the entire Lakeview Pavilion team for making our wedding day something truly out of a fairytale! It was a dream come true from start to finish. Michelle, Rashiba, Patty, and Anastasia — you are absolute stars. You made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. I had originally checked out The Lakeview Pavilion after a friend of mine had gotten married there. She had given them a wonderful review, her pictures were absolutely gorgeous, and she said that the food was outstanding! I had to tour the place and see for myself. I met Michelle, who was my tour guide, and we had an instant connection! Michelle was so warm and welcoming we had a conversation, and I felt like I had known this girl forever! I thought “this is the person I want to be in charge of my wedding day!” Not only was Michelle friendly and personable she was extremely accommodating. When going over pricing she was able to work with our budget and dates so that we could start planning the wedding of our dreams! From the moment we locked in our date to the day we said our “I do’s” every detail was handled with such care and love, and I can’t thank you enough for how smoothly everything ran. The food tasting felt like a fine dining experience and accommodated four of us and a baby! When it came time for the rehearsal I was a little scared because more than half of our wedding party could not make it. The Lakeview staff assured us that everything would go just fine on our special day and boy did they deliver! Our wedding party did not miss a beat; it was like we had practiced walking down the aisle a thousand times before! There isn’t a single thing that I would have changed… except maybe being able to do it all over again a million times. Your team went above and beyond — knowing our family members by name after only meeting them once, keeping tissues and safety pins at the ready, and making sure we never had to worry about a single thing. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking — even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Anastasia, thank you for coordinating so many of the fine details behind the scenes — you truly made the magic happen. To the entire Lakeview Pavilion staff: thank you for turning our vision into reality and giving us memories we’ll cherish forever.

We are so grateful that we booked with the Tiffany Ballroom. Please let us rave for a bit. We had looked at several hotel venues and were not impressed. They didn't feel private, because other hotel patrons could generally walk right by the wedding spaces, or even watch. And some of the hotel carpeting was honestly deal-breaking 😆 We actually started looking at country clubs and golf courses -- which was definitely NOT our vibe. We weren't even going to check out the Tiffany, but they were hosting a Showcase event with lots of their preferred vendors, and we decided to go just to talk with vendors, since we figured we wouldn't be interested in the hotel venue. We had some great conversations with vendors (even used a bunch!). When we exited the ballroom to debrief, we looked at each other and were like, "Did we just find our venue???" The space is NOT in the middle of the hotel. It is attached on the side, so it is extremely private. They redid the carpeting a few years ago and it is literally gorgeous. Unlike just about every other venue we'd seen, they had three separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception -- no flipping. And somehow, it was one of the least expensive we'd seen! We wanted an entirely indoor wedding, and the Tiffany has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. So we took photos outside by the pavilion (also available to guests who wanted some air), as well as the little waterfall, bridge, and lots of wooded and curated areas. But enough about the space -- let us tell you about the staff. Mindy and Jayme are the "Catering Team" managers, but they are so much more. We worked with Mindy as our Venue/Day-Of Coordinator and we can't sing her praises enough. We considered hiring a day-of coordinator, because we'd heard from other couples and vendors that the venue coordinator prioritizes the venue, not the couple. Mindy assured us that it was not necessary, and that one of her roles was our Day-Of Coordinator. Oh boy, was she amazing at it. She was incredibly responsive in all our email communications, answering every little question. She is kind, resourceful, and -- very importantly to us -- non-judgmental. Not to mention, she is organized and has years of experience, so she really knows what she's doing. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was set up how we wanted. She made sure things got moved from one place to another on time. And when it became clear that we had messed up our escort cards, so guests were all going to the wrong tables, she quickly rounded up the event staff to make sure every guest got their correct meal with allergies accounted for. We were barely 10 minutes behind schedule. Once we were settled into the reception, she handed us off to Eddie, who took care of us the rest of the night. We loved Eddie! The man has such good energy and is clearly good people. At the end of the night, Eddie and the staff gathered up all of our things. They made sure everything we needed came home with us, that the cake was saved and fridged, that the flowers were picked up for donation the next day... Every detail cared for. And of course, our complementary suite was roomy and comfy, and the breakfast the next morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had (and many of our guests said the same!). There was an omelette bar, waffle bar, AND smoothie bar!! Seriously, we cannot thank Mindy and her team enough. It was an amazing experience, and we recommend it to everybody.

The day was fantastic. Wamesit was so attentive to every detail, really made it a special day for all especially the bride and groom. The combination of delicious appetizers/main courses and desserts was absolute perfection. Every single guest enjoyed themselves from dancing to the bowling! The tent was beautiful with exceptional touches of elegance. As a family we had so many compliments about the venue/food and ambiance of the outside and inside!

This venue was amazing! Miriam was our coordinator for the wedding day and she went above and beyond. She made our vision come to life and all of the details fell into place with her help. We met with her in-person twice before the day to go over all of the details and timelines. From the moment we started planning, she was incredibly organized, attentive, and reassuring. She guided us through a rehearsal for the ceremony and coordinated with the bridal parties the day of. On our wedding day, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment because we knew she had everything under control. She was always in the background but never in the way. There was a few times my husband looked around the room, in need of something, and all of a sudden she appeared! It really showed how much she cared about making our day flow perfectly. The set up of the venue was exactly what we had talked about and she really made my vision come to life. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, kind, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making your day special, then definitely book with Cruiseport and ask for Miriam!

From start to finish, working with Venezia (and specifically Jen McGuire) was an absolute joy! Our December, 2024 wedding reception was everything we dreamed of and we could not be happier! From our very first meeting, Jen took the stress out of wedding planning and put us at ease right away. With her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, she reassured us that everything would come together in the way we imagined. We felt so secure during the whole planning process knowing that we were in great hands with Jen and the Venezia team. This was true even though the new upper mezzanine space was still being built when we booked the venue! We never felt worried, and the new space was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us! I sent Jen so many long emails with endless questions and she always got right back to me with helpful information that truly made the process fun and as easy as possible. On the day of, Venezia delivered the night of our lives! We had two attendants who took amazing care of us the whole night making sure we got a chance to eat and had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. The food was incredible, and our guests have continued to tell us how much they loved it! Everyone had a blast with the hot cocoa bar and espresso martini ice luge too! The service was top-notch and made us feel so special. We could not recommend Venezia highly enough! We are so grateful to have such wonderful memories of our wedding day that we will always cherish.

From the moment I started corresponding with Catherine at EAST MEETS WEST to get an estimate last spring, she was responsive, professional and accommodating with what we wanted. I was planning the wedding from out of town, but in 7 months of planning, never had one moment of doubt. We arranged to pick out our decor and have our tasting on the same day last summer and absolutely everything was superb. Catherine also really helped us achieve the look we wanted (which was a bit different from the usual “white wedding” look). The week of the wedding was no exception. I had many changes to my seating chart (due to a few guests with Covid) and she was always available, reassuring, responsive to my concerns. I went to the set up and of course she was there and had the whole team humming at an organized pace. On the day, everything was PERFECT. I live in Los Angeles and many of my LA and NY friends are still raving about the food and saying it was the best food they had ever had at any wedding. The servers were all so professional, friendly and delightful, as were the two women running the event (of course, Catherine was there to make sure everything went off without as much as a bump in the road). If you are getting married in Boston, you must hire EAST MEETS WEST. I have very high standards, but again, it was SPECTACULAR.

Look no further - this is the place! From the moment we started touring wedding venues, we fell in love with the Oceanview of Nahant. We started looking back in February and March of 2024. When we first visited, we met Allison. She was so professional and made us feel so welcomed immediately. We knew we had to get married here and decided on October 17, 2025. Throughout those months leading up to the wedding, Oceanview kept us regularly updated with helpful tips. In December, we got to experience their Grand Tasting Event which was a great preview of their delicious food and drink options. We got matched to Claire as our coordinator. She was so great to work with, quick to answer any questions that came up and so accommodating! We also so appreciated her recommendations for transportation, especially when our initial vendor fell through - one of Claire’s recs was able to supply us with transportation at the last minute! All of the vendors recommended by Oceanview were incredible - we worked with Chris from 26 North Studios and Erica at Blooms of Boston, we would highly recommend both. We also loved our DJ, Peter from NuImage Entertainment - again, highly recommend! The wedding itself was a dream come true. We felt supported every step of the way and truly had nothing to worry about. Claire and Ralph were our day-of coordinators and ensured everything ran smoothly. We truly got to enjoy our day. Everyone who works here is a professional and will make sure you feel well taken care of. We both said over and over how it was the best day ever. I wish we could relive it again and again. Our guests were equally impressed by the venue - between the absolutely breathtaking beach terrace where we had our ceremony, to the stunning ballroom inside, to the back patio where we had our last dance - every inch here is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I hope I get to come back to this venue as a guest because it is truly the best place to get married - and we’ve been to a LOT of weddings!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Mechanics Hall and especially Olivia, who was such a steady and thoughtful guide throughout our planning process. From the start, we were drawn to the hall’s stunning architecture and rich history. My husband really wanted our wedding to take place somewhere with meaning and character. He had his heart set on a historic venue, and being able to get married in Worcester, where so much of our story has taken place, made it even more special. Mechanics Hall completely lived up to that dream and then some. Planning a wedding is no small task, and to be honest, we were overwhelmed more often than not. That’s where Olivia came in. She was kind, patient, incredibly organized, and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even when we didn’t. She helped us stay grounded, made great suggestions, and worked so hard to bring our (sometimes scattered) ideas together into something cohesive and beautiful. It truly felt like she was in our corner every step of the way. The day itself was everything we hoped it would be. The hall looked absolutely breathtaking - grand and elegant, yet warm and full of heart. Everything flowed so smoothly, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew we were in such good hands. We had high hopes for this venue, and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a place that’s as meaningful as it is beautiful, with a team that really cares, Mechanics Hall is it. We’ll be forever grateful to Olivia and everyone there for helping make our wedding feel like us.

Booking our wedding at The Tirrell Room was the best decision my husband & I made. We worked with Amy who helped us plan our entire wedding and stay in check with what we needed to do throughout the process. The entire staff is personable yet professional, and I felt like every one of my guests were well taken care of. The venue itself is gorgeous and they had the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding. The Tirrell Room had so many options and choices for packages, meal choices and other wedding options, and I genuinely feel that everything was so cost effective. My favorite part about working with Amy was that she always let us know different choices couples could make, but she never attempted to push anything on us! She genuinely just wanted us to be happy and to help us plan the wedding we wanted!
