We planned my daughter's NYE wedding in four months! Mindy & Jayme were outstanding helping us with the flowers, DJ, video, cake. The food was amazing! The menu choices were perfect & very very reasonable. We looked at other venues & they did not come close to what the Tiffany Ballroom provided. Having a room block and able to accommodate people arriving a day before the event was perfect! We celebrated NYE with the ball drop on two big screens & a champagne toast at midnight! The hotel goes all out with the holiday decorations. Our pictures were beautiful! My daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect! Four Points Norwood is the best place to have a wedding! Many of our guests have told us that our wedding was one of the best they have attended.

We are so grateful that we booked with the Tiffany Ballroom. Please let us rave for a bit.

We had looked at several hotel venues and were not impressed. They didn't feel private, because other hotel patrons could generally walk right by the wedding spaces, or even watch. And some of the hotel carpeting was honestly deal-breaking 😆 We actually started looking at country clubs and golf courses -- which was definitely NOT our vibe.

We weren't even going to check out the Tiffany, but they were hosting a Showcase event with lots of their preferred vendors, and we decided to go just to talk with vendors, since we figured we wouldn't be interested in the hotel venue.

We had some great conversations with vendors (even used a bunch!). When we exited the ballroom to debrief, we looked at each other and were like, "Did we just find our venue???"

The space is NOT in the middle of the hotel. It is attached on the side, so it is extremely private. They redid the carpeting a few years ago and it is literally gorgeous. Unlike just about every other venue we'd seen, they had three separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception -- no flipping. And somehow, it was one of the least expensive we'd seen!

We wanted an entirely indoor wedding, and the Tiffany has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. So we took photos outside by the pavilion (also available to guests who wanted some air), as well as the little waterfall, bridge, and lots of wooded and curated areas.

But enough about the space -- let us tell you about the staff. Mindy and Jayme are the "Catering Team" managers, but they are so much more. We worked with Mindy as our Venue/Day-Of Coordinator and we can't sing her praises enough.

We considered hiring a day-of coordinator, because we'd heard from other couples and vendors that the venue coordinator prioritizes the venue, not the couple. Mindy assured us that it was not necessary, and that one of her roles was our Day-Of Coordinator. Oh boy, was she amazing at it.

She was incredibly responsive in all our email communications, answering every little question. She is kind, resourceful, and -- very importantly to us -- non-judgmental. Not to mention, she is organized and has years of experience, so she really knows what she's doing.

On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was set up how we wanted. She made sure things got moved from one place to another on time. And when it became clear that we had messed up our escort cards, so guests were all going to the wrong tables, she quickly rounded up the event staff to make sure every guest got their correct meal with allergies accounted for. We were barely 10 minutes behind schedule.

Once we were settled into the reception, she handed us off to Eddie, who took care of us the rest of the night. We loved Eddie! The man has such good energy and is clearly good people.

At the end of the night, Eddie and the staff gathered up all of our things. They made sure everything we needed came home with us, that the cake was saved and fridged, that the flowers were picked up for donation the next day... Every detail cared for.

And of course, our complementary suite was roomy and comfy, and the breakfast the next morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had (and many of our guests said the same!). There was an omelette bar, waffle bar, AND smoothie bar!!

Seriously, we cannot thank Mindy and her team enough. It was an amazing experience, and we recommend it to everybody.

Cannot recommend the Four Points enough! We had the most stress free year planning our wedding with Jayme! We loved the four points because they offer a few options for all inclusive packages which is an incredible value and makes the process so much easier. Our DJ, cake, and florals were all included in our package and the vendors were exceptional and because they work with the four points regularly, all we had to do was make a few design decisions and they handled the rest! We chose this venue because not only is the ballroom beautiful, we loved that they had the hotel on site and the One Bistro restaurant for our after party. We stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding and the night before and truly felt like we had all we needed at the hotel, everything was taken care of and we were treated like royalty while knowing our guests were comfortable and having a blast! So many people who came to our wedding said it was one of the best they’d ever been to. From the food, the service, the ambiance, the DJ, cake, all the little details, it was beyond our wildest expectations! Booking with the four points was the best decision we made while wedding planning and cannot recommend them enough!

From the very start of communication setting up a time to view the venue to the morning after the wedding, working with Mindy at the Tiffany Ballroom at Four Points was an absolute dream. Mindy was beyond kind and patient even when I would email her with what felt like the silliest questions- that was all the time, and it felt very natural working with her. She was beyond detail oriented and helped ensure our dream wedding truly came to life. The packages available also made it such an easy process for planning and were very flexible to what we were looking for- with our package we worked with the florist they partner with along with the bakery and both were amazing. We also ended up having our rehearsal dinner there the night before as well and Mindy and the entire team over there was absolutely fabulous. We used the Four Points in Norwood for our wedding weekend in November 2024. Jayme helped us coordinate from start to finish!
The ballroom is a neutral space where we were able to personalize with our theme and colors, comfortably fit 180 people, and have a big dance floor!
We utilized the guest rooms/hotel block, conference rooms for getting ready, junior ballroom for wedding party suite, Tiffany Ballroom for the large reception, and even One Bistro for an after party and Zachariah's for breakfast the next morning!
Jayme was incredibly responsive and reliable, answering emails within the same day (often the same hour), and providing options and ideas from her experience, including with Jewish weddings. The bride was injured just before the wedding, and Jayme even coordinated for a couch to follow from room to room so she always had a comfortable place to rest.
As far as the ceremony and reception went, food was EXCELLENT. Many options that catered to specific diet restrictions and kept everyone full through the night. The flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was flawless, as we never saw anything being set up or broken down.
The wedding packages that the Four Points provides made it very easy to coordinate with vendors, stay within a budget, and have consistency and communication as the team often works together. The contracted vendors were wonderful to work with, and they also recommended fantastic photographers, hair/makeup artists, and musicians outside of these contracts.
We have had numerous guests comment on the food, staff, and ease of using the Four Points and Tiffany Ballroom as an all-in venue for the entire weekend!

We worked with Jayme and she was so amazing! She was patient, answered all questions, and truly worked with us on every detail. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and worked with us when I told her I have a dairy allergy and when we decided we wanted to have Jamaican patties as our late night snack. Also, Anne and Eddy were assigned to us during our wedding day to ensure we had everything we needed and they went above and beyond! They were unbelievable and every time we needed something they were always there! Everyone at the Tiffany Ballroom ensured that our day was truly special!
