Dana and Andrew's Wedding

Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming; however, Jayme did an absolutely phenomenal job supporting us every step of the way and making the process as easy as possible! Jayme was prompt in all of her responses and had great recommendations. The wedding packages and preferred vendors made the process significantly easier. It was less stressful having everything in one place. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and venue. Dana and I knew we wanted to get married at the Four Points by Sheraton as soon as we saw the stunning outdoor space. It was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our friends and family told us after the wedding how great the space was, as well as the staff, food, and drink! We are so grateful we chose them!

My daughter Jaclyn's Wedding

We planned my daughter's NYE wedding in four months! Mindy & Jayme were outstanding helping us with the flowers, DJ, video, cake. The food was amazing! The menu choices were perfect & very very reasonable. We looked at other venues & they did not come close to what the Tiffany Ballroom provided. Having a room block and able to accommodate people arriving a day before the event was perfect! We celebrated NYE with the ball drop on two big screens & a champagne toast at midnight! The hotel goes all out with the holiday decorations. Our pictures were beautiful! My daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect! Four Points Norwood is the best place to have a wedding! Many of our guests have told us that our wedding was one of the best they have attended.

Incredible venue and team

We are so grateful that we booked with the Tiffany Ballroom. Please let us rave for a bit.

We had looked at several hotel venues and were not impressed. They didn't feel private, because other hotel patrons could generally walk right by the wedding spaces, or even watch. And some of the hotel carpeting was honestly deal-breaking 😆 We actually started looking at country clubs and golf courses -- which was definitely NOT our vibe.

We weren't even going to check out the Tiffany, but they were hosting a Showcase event with lots of their preferred vendors, and we decided to go just to talk with vendors, since we figured we wouldn't be interested in the hotel venue.

We had some great conversations with vendors (even used a bunch!). When we exited the ballroom to debrief, we looked at each other and were like, "Did we just find our venue???"

The space is NOT in the middle of the hotel. It is attached on the side, so it is extremely private. They redid the carpeting a few years ago and it is literally gorgeous. Unlike just about every other venue we'd seen, they had three separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception -- no flipping. And somehow, it was one of the least expensive we'd seen!

We wanted an entirely indoor wedding, and the Tiffany has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. So we took photos outside by the pavilion (also available to guests who wanted some air), as well as the little waterfall, bridge, and lots of wooded and curated areas.

But enough about the space -- let us tell you about the staff. Mindy and Jayme are the "Catering Team" managers, but they are so much more. We worked with Mindy as our Venue/Day-Of Coordinator and we can't sing her praises enough.

We considered hiring a day-of coordinator, because we'd heard from other couples and vendors that the venue coordinator prioritizes the venue, not the couple. Mindy assured us that it was not necessary, and that one of her roles was our Day-Of Coordinator. Oh boy, was she amazing at it.

She was incredibly responsive in all our email communications, answering every little question. She is kind, resourceful, and -- very importantly to us -- non-judgmental. Not to mention, she is organized and has years of experience, so she really knows what she's doing.

On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was set up how we wanted. She made sure things got moved from one place to another on time. And when it became clear that we had messed up our escort cards, so guests were all going to the wrong tables, she quickly rounded up the event staff to make sure every guest got their correct meal with allergies accounted for. We were barely 10 minutes behind schedule.

Once we were settled into the reception, she handed us off to Eddie, who took care of us the rest of the night. We loved Eddie! The man has such good energy and is clearly good people.

At the end of the night, Eddie and the staff gathered up all of our things. They made sure everything we needed came home with us, that the cake was saved and fridged, that the flowers were picked up for donation the next day... Every detail cared for.

And of course, our complementary suite was roomy and comfy, and the breakfast the next morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had (and many of our guests said the same!). There was an omelette bar, waffle bar, AND smoothie bar!!

Seriously, we cannot thank Mindy and her team enough. It was an amazing experience, and we recommend it to everybody.

Highly Recommend!

Cannot recommend the Four Points enough! We had the most stress free year planning our wedding with Jayme! We loved the four points because they offer a few options for all inclusive packages which is an incredible value and makes the process so much easier. Our DJ, cake, and florals were all included in our package and the vendors were exceptional and because they work with the four points regularly, all we had to do was make a few design decisions and they handled the rest! We chose this venue because not only is the ballroom beautiful, we loved that they had the hotel on site and the One Bistro restaurant for our after party. We stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding and the night before and truly felt like we had all we needed at the hotel, everything was taken care of and we were treated like royalty while knowing our guests were comfortable and having a blast! So many people who came to our wedding said it was one of the best they’d ever been to. From the food, the service, the ambiance, the DJ, cake, all the little details, it was beyond our wildest expectations! Booking with the four points was the best decision we made while wedding planning and cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely Amazing

From the very start of communication setting up a time to view the venue to the morning after the wedding, working with Mindy at the Tiffany Ballroom at Four Points was an absolute dream. Mindy was beyond kind and patient even when I would email her with what felt like the silliest questions- that was all the time, and it felt very natural working with her. She was beyond detail oriented and helped ensure our dream wedding truly came to life. The packages available also made it such an easy process for planning and were very flexible to what we were looking for- with our package we worked with the florist they partner with along with the bakery and both were amazing. We also ended up having our rehearsal dinner there the night before as well and Mindy and the entire team over there was absolutely fabulous. Working with Mindy and her team truly was one of the best experiences, you can tell that their team truly cares about . I can not recommend them enough

What a Dream Weekend!

We used the Four Points in Norwood for our wedding weekend in November 2024. Jayme helped us coordinate from start to finish!
The ballroom is a neutral space where we were able to personalize with our theme and colors, comfortably fit 180 people, and have a big dance floor!
We utilized the guest rooms/hotel block, conference rooms for getting ready, junior ballroom for wedding party suite, Tiffany Ballroom for the large reception, and even One Bistro for an after party and Zachariah's for breakfast the next morning!
Jayme was incredibly responsive and reliable, answering emails within the same day (often the same hour), and providing options and ideas from her experience, including with Jewish weddings. The bride was injured just before the wedding, and Jayme even coordinated for a couch to follow from room to room so she always had a comfortable place to rest.
As far as the ceremony and reception went, food was EXCELLENT. Many options that catered to specific diet restrictions and kept everyone full through the night. The flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was flawless, as we never saw anything being set up or broken down.
The wedding packages that the Four Points provides made it very easy to coordinate with vendors, stay within a budget, and have consistency and communication as the team often works together. The contracted vendors were wonderful to work with, and they also recommended fantastic photographers, hair/makeup artists, and musicians outside of these contracts.
We have had numerous guests comment on the food, staff, and ease of using the Four Points and Tiffany Ballroom as an all-in venue for the entire weekend!

Definitely recommend!

We worked with Jayme and she was so amazing! She was patient, answered all questions, and truly worked with us on every detail. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and worked with us when I told her I have a dairy allergy and when we decided we wanted to have Jamaican patties as our late night snack. Also, Anne and Eddy were assigned to us during our wedding day to ensure we had everything we needed and they went above and beyond! They were unbelievable and every time we needed something they were always there! Everyone at the Tiffany Ballroom ensured that our day was truly special!

Exceptional Wedding Experience!

We booked the Tiffany Ballroom for our September 2024 wedding and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We worked with wedding coordinator Jayme Dalipovic throughout the whole process. Jayme was quick to respond to all of our questions and was always happy to give suggestions when we needed them. She was super flexible and was even able to make changes up until the week of the wedding for us! We had a lot of out of town guests and it was great to have a room block right there on-site. It was so convenient for everyone to come and stay over without the need to plan for transportation! Tiffany Ballroom also made the planning process SO easy with their all-inclusive model and their contracted vendors. All of them work seamlessly together on the day of to deliver. You do not need to worry about ANYTHING. They literally do all of the work for you. The food, drinks, and service were all top notch as well. Family and friends continue to compliment us on both! I was amazed that at the end of the night their team informed us everything was all packed up and ready to go for us. We did not have to lift a finger or even THINK about it! Thank you to Jayme and team for a wonderful night!

Outstanding experience!

My husband and I were interested in getting married outside of Boston and this venue was absolutely perfect! With 250 guests there, they made everyone feel so welcomed! From the cocktail hour, to the dinner, to the reception everything was so well executed! We cannot thank the Tiffany Ballroom enough for everything they did to make our day so special!

Tiffany Ballroom- Fourpoints Sheraton

This wedding venue is perfect for your big day. Jayme handled all of our questions and requests during the planning process, she was quick, knowledgeable and flexible even as I made adjustments the day of the wedding. The staff runs a smooth operation and everything fell right into place on our wedding day. Its a beautiful location with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony location and perfectly transitions into cocktail hour and reception, it even has a perfect bar area for an afterparty gathering. Highlight recommend.

Fabulous second family wedding

Both of our daughters got married at the Tiffany Ballroom. I loved both of our experiences with Jayme the function coordinator. She is amazing to work with. She is so responsive and always gets back to you with any questions or concerns you have.

Incredible Service on All Fronts!

Mindy and her entire team at the Tiffany Ballroom were incredible to work with. What really sold us on the Tiffany Ballroom was how inclusive their packages are- we chose the Platinum package which included our DJ, flowers AND wedding cake. We met with each of those vendors separately, and they were incredible. The working relationship the hotel has with each of these local businesses is incredible.
Mindy is an expert in her field and made the planning & decision making process so easy for us from start to finish. To round out the entire experience, every single team member (servers, bartenders, hotel staff, etc.) treated us and our guests like gold ever step of the way. I highly recommend the Tiffany Ballroom and Four Points in Norwood for your big day!!

Professional and Stress Free Wedding

Everyone at the Four Points was incredibly professional and make our wedding perfect. Jayme was always in contact and precise with all planning from the first day of preparation to the day of. All the vendors who worked with the Four Points worked so well together from flowers to cake to the photography and videography which were all referrals from the venue. We couldn’t have asked for a better package deal that made everything so easy and stress free. We would not have changed a thing and couldn’t be more grateful.

We chose the Sheraton Four Points in Norwood as our wedding venue approximately 18 months before the event and right from the beginning, we knew we made the right decision. Our wedding coordinator, Jayme D., assisted us every step of the way. She was responsive to all our questions and communicated regularly to keep our planning on track.
Because our package included flowers, cake and the DJ, it made things less stressful while still allowing us lots of individual choices to make our day special. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were professional and responsive. The ballroom and photo areas were beautiful and unique. And the guest rooms were well maintained and clean.
Again, we cannot not say enough wonderful things about Jayme and the entire experience at the Sheraton Four Points in Norwood. Our day was perfect, everything we hoped it would be!

Everything was fantastic!! The venue, staff & day was just amazing! Everything was not stressful since Jayme handled everything and the rest of the staff were super helpful on the day as well! Even packed up and took to our room the night of!

Four Points provided us with exceptional services and the utmost professional care. Our wedding coordinator Jayme has been by our side since before the pandemic started. There was always constant communication and the packages they provided met so many of our needs. Truly Remarkable Experience !

The Tiffany Ballroom at the Four Points was truly an amazing venue for our wedding! We got the privilege of having Jayme as our go-to person for everything leading up to our special day. Jayme was truly, without a doubt, outstanding. Everything from her communication, personality, experience and dedication, we knew Four Points and having Jayme as our go to girl, it was the perfect fit for us. Jayme made everything as simple and fun as possible for us and helped us every step of the way.
The food, the DJ (we hired the DJ Four Points typically uses), the coordination, staff and everything was beyond our expectations. The venue itself is impeccable from the ballroom, bathrooms to the outdoor patio. We could not have been happier with the dedication, support and experience we had here. I highly recommend them as a venue for any and every event you may have.

Jayme was the most amazing coordinator i have ever met. She never let us down, she was so patient with us and there was never a dull moment when meeting her. Highly Recommend

Originally my husband and I were going to have our wedding at our house. The pandemic had so many weddings pushed out and vendors just weren't making it easy for us to work with them. My husband found the Four Points in Norwood and suggested we add them to our list of venues to check out. I'm so glad we did!

First off, Jayme is amazing! Having her as our wedding coordinator was essential to making our day perfect. We used the recommended florist and bakery that came with our package and they did an absolutely gorgeous job. I'm lactose intolerant and was able to have a lactose free wedding cake (I know some hate this word but I have to point out that it was moist :-) ) Jayme helped with making sure that my cake was made properly. Jayme responded to all emails/calls within 24-48 hours and was always very clear with her answers. She's great with suggestions and very personable.

The catering and service staff for our wedding day made us feel like royalty. They were so attentive. Our server seemed to be at the right place at the right time in every moment. It was as if she could read our minds because she would already have whatever was going to be asked. Needless to say, everyone fell in love with her.

I 110% recommend this venue for your wedding and Jayme as your coordinator. The process was so smooth and took off so much stress.

Also, there was no surprise with billing. We paid our full bill a few days before the wedding and that was it. I've heard horror stories of other venues charging extra the day of, that was not the case here.

A Wonderful Wedding and Venue!

Highly recommend the Four Points and Tiffany Ballroom! The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely, the food and cake were delicious, and the guests spoke so highly of staying at the hotel. Working with Mindy was fabulous. She made the planning so easy, and we felt so taken care of and like she was on top of everything. Most of all, we appreciated that the chef and venue went out of their way to make everything gluten-free for my daughter's needs. We felt special and taken care of, and had a wonderful, wonderful wedding and weekend!

Exceptional! Book your wedding here!

The full package! I had been to two weddings at Four Points in Norwood and was hesitant to "copy" the same venue. I wanted a hotel that could accommodate a big wedding and was convenient to Boston. I am SO glad I went with Four Points. Both brides I knew recommended them highly, and as a guest I had a great experience. As a bride, I can not rave about them enough. From our initial meeting to the late night after party, the staff at Four Points was incredible. Jayme was our planner and she had answers to every one of my questions. She is professional, accommodating, and just wonderful to work with. We had a 250+ wedding and even with this size, our guests were raving about the service and food. The menu options (both cocktail hour and dinner) are amazing. The head table had a dedicated server who took exceptional care of us and made sure my husband and I had enough food, water, and drinks. I definitely recommend working with their preferred vendor list, as the teams all work seamlessly together. I didn't have to think about a thing the day of the wedding. There were scattered showers on our day so we ended up moving cocktail hour from the patio to the hotel hallway, which worked out great. Once the rain stopped, guests mingled on the patio and we took all of our group shots out there. It is also a HUGE bonus to have the outdoor "bridge" behind the hotel to take bridal portraits at. It doesn't look like anything grand in person, but photographs beautifully. My photographer loved it. I really cannot recommend Four Points Sheraton enough! So smooth, easiest decision! Book them!

We had our wedding reception at Zachariahs at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood and absolutely loved it!

We loved this venue for our wedding reception and the food was delicious! Mindy was amazing and went above and beyond from the first email we sent her through the entire process. She answered all our questions and they took care of everything! We didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend having your wedding or function there!

The Best Wedding Ever

We had the most AMAZING wedding day at Tiffany Ballroom. Jayme was our coordinator and made the process from beginning to end so easy and stress-free. We were able to work through anything that came up, and she was a phenomenal resource for any questions we had. The team at the Four Points kept us and our guests happy the whole weekend. Seriously couldn’t have had a better team, and cannot say enough amazing things about them.

Amazing day

We worked with Jayme and she was the best!!!! The entire staff at the Tiffany Ballroom was great! Very attentive and they really have this down to a science. They all worked hard to be sure everything ran smoothly for our special day. We had so many compliments on the food and the beautiful outdoor venue space..... Hidden gem right off busy route 1!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Tiffany ballroom couldn't have been a more perfect choice for our wedding. Planning a wedding through covid was not ideal but our coordinator Jayme made everything so easy for us. She was so understanding about the situation and we never felt overwhelmed. The packages they offer definitely help. They include so much which helps take the stress off of finding every single vendor on your own. The day of our wedding the service was absolutely outstanding. We were taken care of better than we ever have been and I can't stress that enough. If you are looking to have a stress free wedding with amazing food, vendors, staff and location this should 100% be your choice! I will forever recommend the tiffany ballroom to people looking for a venue.

Perfection!

The Four Points was amazing from the moment we reached out to them. We were struggling to find a venue to house 100 people for a baby shower and they came to the rescue. Jayme helped us from day one to make our dream baby shower a reality. We collaborated on what we wanted and she and her team surpassed our expectations. This venue was amazing. We planned our wedding in less than 6 months and they made it so easy to navigate all the vendors and what was needed for the ceremony and reception. Amazing and beautiful wedding!

Alan and I got married on June 13, 2021.

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the outside terrace area which was beautiful and our reception was in the Tiffany ballroom.

Jayme Dalipovic is amazing! She helped us throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions I had until the day of. My mother and I had a lot of questions, and emailed/texted them back and forth so many times. She was both very professional, nice, and easy to talk to. The wedding was amazing and couldn’t have wished for a better turn out.

Perfect Wedding Venue

I am not sure I can properly put into words how much I LOVED this venue. We worked with Mindy and from the first response email I knew she was something special. She always made us comfortable and I swear she was able to to know what I wanted before I knew. The packages that are available are perfect for all price points. Mindy even suggested photographers to us, we used them and have continued to use them for every big family event since. After 13yrs our wedding day still stands out

The venue, the service, the staff and the extra mile. We still hear all these amazing reviews when our wedding reception come up in conversation with our guests. As bride and groom the attentiveness, care and excitement for us from the staff was outstanding. Our guests felt attended to at the tables, bars and by anyone wearing a Tiffany tag! Postponed wedding

While I have not had my wedding here yet. Tiffany ballroom allowed me to postpone until next summer without any problems. They allowed us to transfer our deposit and were accommodating about switching our date. I look forward to having my wedding here next summer.

Great packages, professional staff, always willing to support, great flexibility during COVID-19

I highly recommend people look into this venue for any event, but especially weddings. Our event planner Jayme has gone above and beyond to ensure we have the wedding we envisioned. The hotel recently underwent a renovation and it looks beautiful. The wedding packages were the best we saw and we toured several venues after viewing Four Points, and nothing compared. Given COVID-19, the event coordinators have been so accommodating and flexible. We can't wait to experience all this venue is offering. I suggest folks check out thier website and let the pictures tell the story.

This venue and Mindy Keyes will make your day perfect!

We had a beautiful exciting awesome wedding day. We were treated like royalty from the 1st meeting right through the wedding day. Mindy made our experience easy and stress free. She is a true professional. We never had to wait more than a couple of hours to get a response to any questions we had. She offered us some great advise about things we were unsure of. Their vendors are great also, Jason did or music, the cake was great and the flowers were stunning. We would highly recommend having your wedding here. Don't forget to ask for Mindy!

My experience with this vendor was nothing but outstanding and perfect !

My Husband and I can’t thank Jayme D and the staff of four points enough for helping make our wedding weekend a fairytale! From the first meeting to the last day, they helped make every step of the process so easy. Our wedding day was magical and perfect and we could of not asked for a better day! Fairytale Wedding Success!

Choosing a wedding venue can be nerve wracking and worrisome. How do we choose a place to cater to our needs, offer us the warmth of a family-like atmosphere, and the simple elegance of the fairytale we’d both been dreaming of since the day we got engaged? Luckily, on our first visit to the Four Points by Sheraton we met Catering Sales Manager Jayme Dalipovic. She talked us through all the details, and off the ledge various times (did I mention planning a wedding can be stressful?). Her kindness, patience, and ability to put us at ease were invaluable. She was there to guide us to the best day of our lives. On the day, the weather was iffy, but I think Jayme made a call to someone to get the sun to come out right before the ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch. The support staff catered to our every need. Down to our own personal server Delores, who delivered us everything we needed as the music played, and the cameras flashed. The food was spectacular. The passed apps were delicious, and the main courses were 5-star. Kudos to the chef and the entire kitchen staff. It was a day we’ll never forget, and Jayme and everyone at the Four Points by Sheraton was top notch.

EVERYTHING!! About my experience was AMAZING!! I would consider myself an indecisive, maybe at times difficult bride. However, with the level of professionalism from Jayme and her team you would think I was easy peezy! (LOL) I felt like a princess from the moment I chose this location, till now! The Tiffany Ballroom is amazing!!

Thank you to Mindy and the entire staff at the Tiffany Ballroom for the perfect day!! My husband and I feel like we didn't have to lift a finger to plan our wedding. We were nervous about planning everything in under a year, but their packages made it so easy and the preferred vendors are all incredible. Our guests absolutely loved the food, the staff and the space - the newly renovated ballroom is gorgeous!

Mindy Keyes was a dream to work with - she's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and all of her recommendations were spot-on. And the staff made us feel so special and taken care of during the reception. They even noticed that our videographer was scheduled to leave before our parent dances, so they worked with the DJ to move them up to earlier in the night for us. We are so happy to have those on video and it's amazing that they took that initiative so that we didn't have to worry or think of it in the moment. I cannot recommend the Tiffany Ballroom highly enough! Thank you for everything!!

Simply the BEST!

We are beyond thrilled how everything went for our wedding at The Tiffany Ballroom by Sheraton in Norwood. Each and every single staff member at the venue was warm and professional, the food was remarkable, and the package brought in amazing additional vendors who work together regularly to make a seamless event. Mindy Keyes was a shining star and kept this bride calm and prepared for the days and weeks leading up to the wedding. She was clearly seasoned but also made us feel like this was not routine or standard. Do yourself a favor and book your wedding with these amazing people, your wedding will be perfect and your guest will talk about it non-stop after ... ours have!!!

Spectacular

There are not words to describe how happy my husband and I were with this venue. It was the first one we toured and out of all of the other ones we saw, nothing could beat them. Mindy and her team were so wonderful to work with. Mindy especially made this entire process so easy. On the wedding day, we were never left without a staff member taking care of us. From the cocktail hour to the end of the night, they were there making sure everything was perfect. Our guests raves about it as well. The food, atmosphere, and ambiance were PERFECT!!!

Perfect Location for Wedding

My husband and I got married at the Tiffany ballroom July 2018 and I could not express how perfect the whole experience was for us. We had a large wedding (200 attendees) and Jayme our coordinator took such good care of us. We met with her several times for planning purposes and each time she answered all our questions and maintained communications in between meetings. We met Jayme a few days before the wedding to drop off our things (welcome bags, our seat assignments cards, our photo frames, the photo booth, etc) and she ensured everything was setup where it should be. The day of the wedding she even adjusted my my bustle when when my sisters were running late from the church ceremony. Jayme truly made the day go smoothly and we could not thank her enough for her help! The wait staff were phenomenal, the food was delivered right on time and our maitre d' was so kind and attentive to us. The food was phenomenal, we selected the Parmesan encrusted breast of Chicken with fresh Roma Tomatoes, garlic, Artichoke, Spinach & fresh Herbs finished with White wine sauce and the grilled fresh salmon with orange ginger sauce. The appetizers were very tasty as well (we had cocktail hour outside, I highly recommend this) and many of our guests spoke about the great taste of the food. We worked with vendors that Four Points recommended for flowers and cake and both far exceeded what we expected. I cannot rave enough about Four Points and encourage you to look no further for a location for your reception.

Mindy Keyes, from the Tiffany Ballroom at Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, was amazingly amazing. From the moment we entered the Sheraton to the last hour of our wedding day, Mindy was nothing but professional, friendly, caring, and relaxing. Considering our dilemma at the time (needing a venue 3 weeks prior to the wedding day), Mindy did not try to take advantage of us as many others have tried to do. On the contrary, we had a better deal and not only that, we were serviced with dignity and pride. Mindy made sure that I, the bride, was not stressed out. She coordinated everything and I did not need to have a wedding planner. She was present the entire wedding day to make sure that everything was in place the way we imagined it. It is also important to mention that every single staff member was attentive and mentally present throughout the day. Four Points by Sheraton has a amazing group of people who care and work diligently to support clients and their guests.
Mindy assured us a great day and we had exactly that. Our guests were treated with respect and dignity, something that was important to us. Thanks to Mindy, we now have lasting great memories, something that we were worried about.

The wedding-venue shopping process is an incredibly daunting task. Weekends are spent visiting country clubs, function halls, and hotels where you learn that food options are restrictive, slight alterations involve large fees, and final cost estimates are vague. It’s enough to make anyone’s head spin, let alone a newly-engaged couple trying to plan the biggest day of their lives.

Our final stop on the venue shopping tour was the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood where we met with Mindy Keyes, the Senior Catering Sales Manager. It was like our prayers had been answered. Ms. Keyes immediately understood what we had in mind for our wedding. Four Points’ all-inclusive packages made our lives easier, eliminating the need to interview and hire a baker, caterer, DJ, or florist. We signed that day.

Throughout the planning stages, Ms. Keyes answered countless emails and phone calls not only from us, but from parents too. Time and again, she put minds and nerves at ease.

Our wedding was simply amazing thanks to Ms. Keyes and the staff at Four Points. All of our guests had nothing but compliments on the beautiful space, friendliness and responsiveness of the waitstaff, and quality of the food.

In addition, the staff at Four Points was responsive to our own needs as well. Our wedding day was an incredibly humid 92° day in late June. The staff ensured we were hydrated, provided their air-conditioned vehicle to shuttle the bridal party to and from photo locations on-site, and brought ice packs to cool down body temperatures.

Based upon our experience with Mindy Keyes, we would recommend the Four Points Sheraton without reservation. Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism are unmatched, making our wedding a celebration that exceeded all expectations.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in June at the Tiffany Ballroom and I cannot say enough great things about it! Mindy was amazing to work with- she responds to emails quickly, offers great advice, and answers all of your questions honestly. She was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. People are still raving about how delicious the food and cake was from our wedding and how fun the cocktail hour was on the outdoor pavilion! Our wedding photos came out absolutely gorgeous- there are so many beautiful places onsite at the Sheraton to take photos- the waterfall, bridge, and of course, the ballroom. It is rare to find a place with such an incredible wedding package at such an affordable price. It is stress-free, one- stop shopping which to me, was very valuable when it came to planning a wedding. My mind was at ease knowing Mindy and her staff were doing all they could to make sure my wedding was flawless! These people at the Sheraton are absolute professionals and have everything down to a tee. This is such a great wedding venue and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it! My husband and I had our August 2017 wedding at the Four Points – Sheraton in Norwood and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The venue provided all of the amenities that we could ask for at a very reasonable price! We chose the Platinum Package and it was so helpful to have the flowers, cake, and DJ services included in the package. Each vendor was of extremely high quality and they have worked with Four Points many times in the past. So this freed me from having to coordinate these aspects, which was priceless as the wedding day approached. Also, my husband and I worked closely with Mindy Keyes (Catering Sales Manage) who was professional, approachable, and very responsive to all of our questions. She has worked at Four Points for over ten years and that experience was evident.

There were so many positives of selecting Four Points for our wedding that I can’t list them all. The food was fabulous and the portions were very generous. Not surprisingly, that was one of the top comments from our wedding guests. They also enjoyed the cocktail hour which was held in the recently designed outdoor pavilion. Our out-of-town guests were very pleased with their rooms, which were conveniently located in the same building. More importantly, everything ran seamlessly the day of the wedding. So my husband and I could truly enjoy the day because we knew that everything was being taken care of by the seasoned professionals at Four Points and the affiliated vendors.

My husband and I got married here this past spring and it was the best decision we could have made. We had a fairly large wedding and felt we needed to have it at a hotel. Having it at the Tiffany Ballroom was having the best of both worlds- the ballroom is located in a completely different wing/extension of the hotel so it felt like its own wedding venue but having the hotel there for our guests and getting ready was great! The night was absolutely perfect and everything I could have wanted. The food was great, the room looked beautiful and everyone was so helpful. Multiple guests have called to say it was one of the best they have ever been to!! The manager/planner Mindy was fantastic and had everything covered so it came together easily. I would definitely recommend this venue.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Tiffany Ballroom on 6/3/17 and it was absolutely perfect! As soon as we met with Mindy, we knew that we wanted to work with her throughout the entire planning process. She made everything SO easy and was always more than willing to answer all of our questions and give us advice along the way. We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside at the gorgeous Tiffany Pavilion and our reception inside at the beautifully decorated ballroom. Not only was the staff INCREDIBLY attentive to my husband and myself (we were never without a drink and were always brought over to our seats when a course was served), our guests also had so many nice things to say about the staff, food, and overall presentation of the ballroom and hotel. I would 110% recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to get married and/or have their reception!

Tiffany Ballroom is AMAZING! I knew before we booked the venue that this was where I wanted my dream wedding. From the first meeting with Mindy to the day of the wedding where Kate helped us with bringing our belongings up to our room, everything was perfect! The wedding packages they offer, we did not find with any other venue!

From our first meeting with Jayme Baker (our event coordinator), to the day of our wedding on September 9, 2016, it was perfection. Jayme is so personable, she made us feel as though we were the only couple she was working with! We chose to have our reception in the Tiffany Ballroom and our cocktail hour at the new outside Pavilion. None of the other venues we looked at offered what the Four points Sheraton did. It was a gorgeous setting for our photographs and a perfect evening! It's a location that worked for us and a beautiful venue where our out of town guests could stay afterwards. They include their own first-rate vendors, delicious food and and exceptional customer service. Jayme was in contact with myself and my mother throughout the entire process, checking in from time to time, asking if we had any questions, how we were. She always promptly responded to my emails answering any questions and that took so much stress off of my shoulders. It felt as though I had hired my own personal wedding planner. Our wedding day was perfect. My husband, my parents and I were all assigned personal attendants throughout the evening. We felt like royalty! They took such good care of us and were so gracious. My mother and I had a lovely woman named Ana who was so kind, everyone was. The food was phenomenal! The entire experience was perfect. I would without hesitation recommend The Four Points Sheraton to any couple looking to celebrate the wedding of their dreams.

Having our wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom was the best decision in the wedding process. Mindy was our coordinator and she made me feel that I was the only bride she was working with. The package at the Ballroom was very inclusive and made planning all other aspects of our day a breeze. Mindy made sure that every detail was perfect when planning our day. On the day of, the entire staff at the Ballroom made us feel like royalty. Kate, our attendant, truly made me feel like a princess. The staff was extremely attentive, the decor was absolutely beautiful, and the new pavilion made for a stunning cocktail hour. Our guests are still raving about the food and the service months later. Our guests also loved being able to stay overnight in the same building as our reception. I cannot say enough good things about the Tiffany Ballroom!

Oh my goodness, what a perfect venue! Everything from the the staff, the food, the service, the outdoor pavilion, the ballroom was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were married in June and I cannot say enough wonderful compliments about the perfect execution of our wedding day. Mindy our wedding consultant was amazing, as a bride there are so many in's and out's of planning a wedding that you don't realize until you begin the process however Mindy's knowledge, promptness, and reassurance that our day would be perfect was spot on. The venue and the staff (especially Kate!) were a dream come true, a month later our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was. If you are looking for a venue that offers it all this truly is the place, the new outdoor pavilion is a perfect cocktail space, while the ballroom is warm and inviting! We loved every second of working with everyone here and would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

Didn't have the rehearsal in the Tiffany Ballroom - we had it in Zachariah's Dining Room at the Four Points which was great. It ended up being a little bigger than we needed (my mistake) but the food was delicious from the appetizers to the desserts, the drinks were great, and the staff was awesome. I really can't say enough about them - we worked with Mindy Keyes during the planning process who was great returning emails, giving suggestions, she was so helpful and super nice during the whole process! Michael (don't know his last name!) was the person at the actual dinner and he checked in with us for timing of everything during the event and helped clean up all the decorations we brought. We really didn't need to worry about anything leading up to the event because of Mindy and during the dinner because of Michael, the bartender, and the waitstaff. Michael and the rest of the staff the night of the rehearsal were so friendly! All of our guests loved everything it was a great way to start all the wedding festivities! Didn't experience the Tiffany Ballroom (it actually was already booked for the day we wanted by the time we called) but for the staff alone I would highly recommend the Four Points for any function!

What an incredible experience!

We began our wedding venue search one night on a whim. We lived in Norwood and always drove by the Sheraton Four Points. We decided to take a look. We saw the Tiffany Ballroom and were impressed so we wrote an email to their sales office. Not even an hour passed and our phone rang. It was Mindy Keyes, the Catering Sales Manager. She was very accommodating. She had us return later that day to get a full tour of the facility. From the start, something felt right about the Tiffany Ballroom.

As seen with her fast reply to our first email, Mindy stayed responsive up to our wedding day. Emails and calls were answered immediately. She was friendly. She was flexible. We also had the opportunity to work with Jayme, the Banquets Manager. Another staff member who went above and beyond to make everything right for our wedding weekend.

Our guests who stayed at the hotel had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience with the hotel. Everyone was friendly. Everyone was accommodating. We are still getting compliments on the hotel. We also received constant compliments on the quality of the food. We are both huge fans of One Bistro (one of the restaurants in the hotel). The food at our wedding was excellent as well.

We strongly recommend the Tiffany Ballroom and strongly recommend Mindy Keyes.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Tiffany Ballroom. I had the ceremony and reception at the Four Points and everything was wonderful. My husband and I worked with Donna (Sr. Catering Manager) and she was fabulous! Donna is an expert at what she does and has been doing this for years. She actually gave me some great ideas when I was stumped on what to do for certain aspects of the wedding. Donna is always available (by phone or email). She is very quick to answer when you email her (most of my communication was email, although, even phone contact was great) and always gets to the point and does not "beat around the bush." Whatever the answer is she will let you know and there are no secrets.
When I went for my last wedding detail she let me know that she would not be there because she was on vacation the week I was getting married. Mindy was going to take over and work with me the week of the wedding. Mindy was so helpful and great! They both work so well together and have so much experience between the both of them. Mindy answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were or sounded.
The food was absolutely delicious! Plus, the food portions were actual food portions and not what you would get at other weddings (a 1/4 of half the chicken breast). I had guests ranting and raving about the food all night. The ballroom was everything I had hoped for and more! The wait staff was professional and very nice. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Michael (banquet manager for the night) and Katie (maitre d'). Michael was so helpful and was always smiling and Katie is just the sweetest girl ever. She really wants to make sure you have everything you need that night (food, water, drinks I mean anything!!!!). If I had a question/problem/thought or anything in between Katie was there in a second.
I can't thank the staff enough at the Four Points for making my wedding a night I will never forget. By the way, great vendors too!!!

I have so many great things to say about Four Points Sheraton. My husband Mike and I had our reception in the Zachariah Room and it was everything we could have asked for and more! The food was delicious, the service was great, and everything was set up exactly the way we wanted. The best part of our experience was our Catering Sales Manager, Mindy Keyes. Mindy is extremely organized, helpful, competent, and efficient. I had so many questions throughout our 10 month planning process and Mindy responded to all of my emails immediately. She kept us on track constantly, blocked off our rooms early on, recommended great vendors and organized all our reception details perfectly. We would highly recommend Four Points as a whole, and a special recommendation for Mindy, who was absolutely fabulous!.

Great staff, great food, great hotel, great ballroom. The staff here was amazing! They were so great to us and made sure our day was perfect. At the end of the night, Kate, brought all our gifts up to our room. Mindy, the coordinator, was really great to work with. The Tiffany Ballroom is THE place to host your wedding. Our wedding was March 31st and was perfect from the start of planning (2 years ago!!) to finish at 11pm. Donna Armell has to be the best wedding coordinator ever. She was so very helpful and patient. No question EVER went unanswered. Her advice was always spot on. The facility is gorgeous. Gives the feel of a very high-end Boston venue. Our guests were very impressed with everything. Their wedding packages are affordable for most any budget and I found them to be incredibly flexible. The food was beyon delicious and plentiful. I was treated like a princess on my wedding day. Staff members from the servers to the managers were very professional and accomodating. We wanted for nothing. I HIGHLY recommend the Tiffany Ballroom to anyone planning a function of any size.

We had our July 2011 Wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom and I am so happy we did! From the moment we met with Donna at the ballroom we knew it was the place for us. The staff was so professional and helped us through every step of the way. They listened to our concerns and helped fix any issue that came up. Their all inclusive package is every bride's dream :) I didn't have to worry about anything.

Kate, who was with us on our special day, made sure we were comfortable, ate, and always had a drink. The entire staff at the ballroom treated us like a King and Queen! Kate even brought all of our personal belongings (including gifts, centerpieces, props) right up to our room after the wedding!

The Tiffany Ballroom truly thinks of EVERYTHING! Many of our guests still tell us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The Ballroom really knows how to do weddings! :)

We had heard nothing but great things about this venue, and they managed to exceed our expectations! We worked with Donna, who got back to us quickly every time. Mindy was also a huge help answering questions. The food was incredible, and the service was fantastic! The staff did an amazing job responding to special dietary needs and taking care of not just myself and my husband, but also our parents!

My wedding at the Four Points by Sheraton Tiffany Ballroom was amazing. While we hit some bumps when coordinating the event, everything was worked out amazingly and the staff went out of their way to make sure the day was perfect. The night of the wedding, everyone was there for us. The room was beautiful, service was great, food was amazing, and the overall event was perfect. My package included flowers, DJ, and cake, and all the vendors were amazing!

Absolutely amazing! The Four Points was all around wonderful...Mindy was our wedding coordinator and she made wedding planning very easy. Kate was our food manager for the night, and she made my fiance and I feel so special! She told us exactly what we had to do and was at our beckon call...She even walked us to our room at the end of the night! I have heard nothing but great things from family and friends after the wedding. A few people did mention that the drinks were watered down, but it never affected me because I drank beer all night. Again, I would HIGHLY suggest looking into the Four Points for your wedding. And the price was very reasonable!

I can't say enough about our recent wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom is past August ('09). The entire day/night was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator Mindy was great! She was such a pleasure to work with. She always responded very quickly to emails and phone calls and was able to work out several special requests I wanted. She made the entire planning process pain-free and enjoyable. The day of the wedding was completely stress free. We were taken care of from the second we walked in the door. The entire staff was incredible. We were treated like royalty. I could never image everything running as smoothly as it did. And the food was just OUT OF THIS WORLD! I can't even tell you how many guests were raving about the food. Every tiny detail of the event was taken care of perfectly. And the vendors recommended by the Four Points were amazing as well. It truly was the best night of our lives, with HUGE thanks to all staff members at the Four Points. There literally is not one thing I would change about the night. PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing our wedding was at the Four Points Sheraton Tiffany Ballroom. We were treated like royalty. And the food was unbelievable. The vendors they provided were phenomenal. Everything down to the tiniest details was perfect. The Four Points Sheratan is a wonderful venue for both the ceremony and the reception. It is a great location for guests of the wedding, too. Everyone involved at this venue (from front desk staff to housekeeping, etc.), went out of their way to make the experience a memorable one. Mindy Keyes, the Catering Sales Manager was wonderful to deal with. The wedding was definitely like one out of a fairy tale. The Tiffany Room was decorated so beautifully.

Food was delicious, staff was attentive and professional, site looked beautiful. I wasnt too crazy about Donna at first (shes a little ruff and to the point) but the end result was great. I had a candy buffet that they set up beautifully! I went with the package that included florist, cake and DJ, all these vendors were amazing as well!

Every staff member of the Four Points Norwood was more than helpful. They went out of their way to make sure things were set to our satusfaction at all times. The food was amazing, and 6 months later, our friends and family are STILL commenting on the service they received just as guests at our wedding.

My only advice is: If you are pleasant and treat people with respect, you will get the same in return, ten-fold.

Mindy, Kate & The Tiffany Ballroom Staff,

Our experience with The Tiffany Ballroom was WONDERFUL! The moment we met Mindy we were positive that she would be able to help us create the wedding we wanted. The Ballroom was beautiful and the perfect size for our large wedding. In addition to this the lobby and restroom were elegant and spacious. Everything about the hotel and ballroom was gorgeous. We had a large wedding and at no point did we feel cramped. The service provided was remarkable. Mindy was the BEST, she answered every question we had and was great with responding to our emails so quickly. She made us feel like we were always her top priority. The night of the wedding was spectacular, when we walked into the ballroom it was better than we could have ever envisioned. Kate greeted me as soon as the limo pulled up and stayed close by throughout the night. She even walked us up to our room at the end of the night. Kate was magnificent she helped out with everything. She made sure everyone was taken care of. My family still talks about Kate and how helpful she was the night of the wedding! Having Kate there the night of our wedding was wonderful. She truly made sure our night went better then we could have imagined. Another great feature of the Tiffany Ballroom was allowing our guests the option to stay the night at the hotel. Having the hotel available allowed for our guests to stay longer and not have to worry about driving home. The hotel rooms and rate were great as well as our breakfast buffet the following morning with all of our guests who stayed the night. Mindy and Kate were both so professional and friendly, we loved working with them! Everything about the Tiffany Ballroom was perfect from the room itself to the food and the professional staff. We had the time of our life at our wedding. Mindy and the staff at The Tiffany Ballroom were supportive and helpful from day one. I would HIGHLY recommend The Tiffany Ballroom for anyone who is looking for the perfect place to have your wedding. Everything about our experience with The Tiffany Ballroom was positive. From our first meeting to breakfast the next morning they treated us with respect and supported us in our wedding planning.

I would highly recommend the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood. Daniella Mattera, the Banquet Manager, far exceeded our expectations. She was always available and willing to work with our requests and needs. The best part of all was that we had complete confidence in her to carry out our night just as we dreamed and we didn't have to worry about a thing that day. The waitstaff during the actual reception was good but left a little room for improvement. The staff rushed our guests through dinner and too the tables apart (centerpeices, etc) before the reception was actually over. This was the only thing I would have changed or critiqued. The food was outstanding and Daniela and the chef were more than happy to work with us and make any adjustments needed (they even made a special plate for my mother who did not like either entree that we chose to serve!). This place was just outstanding all around. If I ever have another function of this stature that needs planning, I will certainly look to Daniela, the Sheraton and their team. Our wedding was a couple years ago and they have since built a brand new ballroom which is beautiful. I am not sure what this has done for their pricing but I am certain it is still worth every penny!!

Our event manager, Ms. Mindy Keyes, did an outstanding job! We were well looked after and she made sure to address any of our concerns with prompt attention and better than expected results.

The Tiffany Ballroom is a great space for a large wedding (we had 220+) without being crowded. The cocktail hour area is spacious and let guests mingle without having to slink by others. We would definitely recommend the Four Points in Norwood to our friends and family!

The venue was fantastic! We searched a long time to find the place that was right for us and when we finally decided we were absolutely torn. In the end, we knew we made the right decision. Our coordinator Mindy was excellent! She was great to work with, very knowledgeable and accommodating, and had some great suggestions to help make our wedding come together.

The space itself was perfect. A hallway/lobby area tucked away from the main lobby of the hotel served as the ceremony location, and then we progressed to a side terrace for cocktails before going into the large Tiffany Ballroom for the reception. The room was very large so we had a huge dance floor and lots of rooms for seating, without feeling like we were drowning. I find a lot of venues to be cramped, but this space was very comfortable! It was also a huge plus that we could have all 3 parts of the wedding (ceremony, cocktails and reception) all under one roof and still in 3 different areas for each part. There was also a lovely outdoor bridge/garden that served as a great backdrop for photos.

The food was terrific! Our cocktail hour included 5 passed hors d'oeurves as well as two large displays of cheese, crackers, dips, fruit and antipasto. Everyone raved about the lamb chop lollipops and crab cakes. Our package also included an ice sculpture display, which was custom-designed to my specifications. For dinner we served a Surf & Turf duo entree (Filet and Salmon) with roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. We also had a Late Night Snack station, where the kitchen made mini reubens and grilled cheese sandwiches to order, as well as tomato basil soup shooters. Everything was great and our guests remarked how much they liked the food!

I would absolutely recommend the venue and Mindy as the coordinator. She'll help you put together a great event!

The staff was extremely attentive and professional which made the planning process easy and fun. I found it to be an excellent value for the cost. They have a package deal with a local DJ, Florist, and Bakery. All of the vendors were incredibly professional and we were more than happy with each item. This made the process even easier. I work full time so I didn't want to spend time researching to find a suitable DJ, Florist, and Bakery. We couldn't be happier with each vendor.

It was a great experience at first. Mindy was our coordinator and she was great. Service was unbelievable and very attentive. Place so beautiful and neatly clean. Our guests were throughly pleased with the decorations of the venue and the ability of the staff to make our day very special.The only problem was Jayme Baker, very young banquet manager. Although she try to make our day easy, she was unprofessional in her appearance and obviously didn't represent such place. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton in Norwoood to any bride out there who wants to be stress-free when planning their wedding.

This it's a great place for any kind od function. I had my wedding there and loved everything about it. The staff was very accommodating to my wedding party and my guests. The coordinator was there ib nt wedding day which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for functions that you have.

Mindy the On site Coordinator was fabulous she responded to all my emails and phone calls promptly and really put my mind at ease. Kate who catered to me and my husband's every whim on our wedding day was great from getting our drinks and helping me get to the bathroom. Food was phenomenal highly recommend the signature dish well worth the money.

The night of our wedding reception was wonderful all the major details had come together spectacularly. The woman who attended to us (Kate) was just lovely and did anything I needed all night. All of our guests said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. However, there were a few minor hiccups along the way. I had originally booked Lakeview Pavilion before it burned down. I did not have many options left for a Saturday evening in mid June. Four Points was a hands down winner compared to my other options because of the quality of their food and their reasonable price. The reason I did not pick them originally was because they are a hotel, not strictly a wedding venue. I had certain artistic expectations for my decor that I was eventually able to work into Four Points but getting there - having to explain myself and why I didn't want to do things the way they always did it was kind of frustrating. For example, I'm pretty sure Donna thought my mom and I were nuts for wanting to put bows on the bathroom doors and I definitely know she thought we were nuts when she saw all the things for the elaborate candy bar my mom worked to put together for almost a year. Overall, I feel like the office staff was a little jaded and perhaps overworked. There were some communication issues about things like payments and about what we had to tell them and when. I also would have appreciated a choice in vendors rather than having to go with what they picked. Luckily the only things out of place the night of were the guest book and the tablecloths in the cocktail hour (both could have been avoided if they listened better and weren't stuck in their way of doing things). I don't regret having the party here; like I said it was mostly wonderful. If you like a simple hotel wedding then this venue is perfect, and you likely won't have any of the issues I did. If you want a more elaborate wedding I would pick somewhere else or be prepared to push their boundaries here.
