Victoria helped plan my wedding through her sunflower package and I could honestly write an essay on why you should choose her as your wedding planner. Before choosing Victoria, I was considering doing everything on my own, but I was losing my mind doing that.
She made things so much less overwhelming, it felt like all I really had to do was know what I wanted and she would make it happen. She has such a calm presence, she is incredibly knowledgeable on all thing’s weddings and events, and her extensive experience and professionalism show through everything she does. She is also very kind, gives great advice, and is super organized and punctual.
Something that I think is so important in a wedding planner is how they deal with the unexpected. Victoria deals with mishaps in a way that you don’t even realize they’re happening, with grace and composure. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were supposed to be outside, but it started to rain a couple hours before, so everything had to be moved inside. The transition was completely seamless, and everything still looked beautiful, thanks to Victoria and her assistant! My husband also forgot to pick up our little cake on the day of, and Victoria and her assistant took care of it without us even noticing.
Victoria took my vision and made everything look just how I imagined it, and I believe that is because of how much she genuinely cares about you having your perfect day and her impeccable attention to detail. I truly cannot recommend Victoria enough and I am so grateful to have had such a caring, resourceful, creative, and trustworthy planner for our day!Wildflower Weddings's reply:

After my first meeting with Victoria, I instantly knew our wedding was in the best hands! She brought our dream vision to life while keeping our budget a top priority. Throughout the entire process, I felt truly heard and supported. Her consistent communication eased every bit of stress, and her seamless management of our vendors allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Victoria handled every single detail flawlessly. From beautifully executing our decor and seating charts to bringing us drinks and snacks right after the ceremony, nothing was overlooked. Because of her, my husband and I were fully present and able to soak in every moment. Words truly cannot express how incredible she is as a planner, and now, as a dear friend. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wildflower Weddings, specifically Vic and her assistant, Peyton were amazing! From the very beginning, Vic was incredibly involved, organized, and attentive to every detail. She worked closely with all of our vendors to the point that we genuinely did not have to worry about anything. Knowing that she was communicating with everyone and keeping everything on track gave us complete confidence throughout the entire planning process.
Vic took the time to really get to know us and understand exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. She had multiple meetings with us, asked thoughtful and thorough questions, and walked through every part of the day in detail. She made sure no moment or detail was overlooked, and we always felt like she truly understood our vision.
On the wedding day, Vic and Peyton were absolutely incredible. They kept everything running smoothly, coordinated with our vendors, handled the little details behind the scenes, and made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. Because of them, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics.
Beyond how incredibly talented and organized they are, Vic and Peyton brought such great energy to the entire process. They were kind, warm, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with. I am endlessly grateful for everything Vic did to make our wedding day so special and stress-free.

Our wedding simply would not have been possible without Victoria!! She is such an energetic, engaging, and knowledgeable person to have in your corner. From the first day, Victoria jumped into vendor coordination- ensuring timelines, personnel, and resources were all aligned. Her communication, organization, and thoroughness are genuinely unmatched. I was feeling overwhelmed but after working with Victoria, every concern I had just melted away. We met consistently and every little detail was taken care of. It felt so easy working with her. On the big day, Victoria waited on us hand & foot while somehow also successfully executing everything we had planned together. Not a single thing went wrong- and that's pretty unheard of! Working with Victoria Healy of Wildflower Weddings was an absolute joy from start to finish. As the photographer, I truly appreciated how organized and intentional every aspect of the day was. Her communication leading up to the wedding was prompt, clear, and thoughtful, making it easy for every vendor to arrive prepared and confident.
On the wedding day, Victoria's attention to detail was exceptional. She anticipated the couple's needs before they even had to ask—making sure they had cold drinks waiting before they left the vineyard on an incredibly hot June day was just one of the many thoughtful touches that reflected how deeply she cares for her couples.

Victoria is an AMAZING coordinator!
My husband and I HIGHLY recommend hiring Victoria as your day-of- coordinator! She is so organized, a great communicator, and kept our best interest in mind! Planning Panic? Victoria’s Got You Covered!
As a Type A planner, I thought I could handle everything—but hiring Victoria was the best decision I made!
When I started planning my wedding, I quickly realized that I didn’t have all the insider knowledge or time to manage every detail. That’s when Victoria stepped in and truly saved the day. She tied up all the loose ends I hadn’t even noticed and handled behind-the-scenes issues before I even knew they existed.
From our very first meeting, she was so kind, calm, and communicative that my partner and I immediately felt a huge sense of relief. On the big day, she managed everything flawlessly and kept me on track without ever making me feel rushed or stressed.
I was especially impressed with how gracefully she handled some of my more “hands-on” family members—she kept everything running smoothly while making everyone feel heard and included.
I’ve already passed her card along to another bride who was feeling overwhelmed, and I’ll keep recommending her to anyone planning a wedding. If I had to do it all over again, I’d hire Victoria in a heartbeat!

Victoria was wonderful in every way. We met with her on the phone, and communicated through emails. We also had a couple on-site visits with her at the venue. She is professional and super organized. She called all the vendors and made sure we had everything we needed. She kept up with the inventory for all the rentals the day of the wedding. She organized all the set ups and she organized all the wedding party. We could not have done this without her. She had a master plan based on our needs, and she handed that to everybody in the wedding party. We all knew where we were supposed to be, and at what time. I. as the mother of the bride. highly recommend Victoria I would give her 10 stars if I could. By the end of the wedding, she felt like part of the family.❤️❤️❤️Wildflower Weddings's reply:

I truly cannot say enough good things about Victoria! She was the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for! As a very Type A bride who had planned every little detail out, I was worried about being present on my wedding—but Victoria made it so easy. We had multiple calls before the wedding day, and she always came prepared with ideas and advice to make the day more enjoyable and ways to help the day run smoother. She was always one step ahead, completely understood our vision, and made sure everything ran smoothly so that my husband and I could be present and enjoy our wedding.
Victoria brought amazing and honestly really practical ideas, gave constant support, and handled every little detail with professionalism, calm, and grace. No matter what came up, she was on it before I even had to ask. It started to rain after the ceremony and she managed to move everything inside and rearrange it after the rain.
If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your day—someone who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and brings a sense of calm to the chaos— hire Victoria!!

Victoria was a Godsend when planning my wedding! My fiancé and I had an idea of what we wanted but had no clue how to get started. She took all my ideas and requirements for vendors and was able to provide detailed, personalized, presentations to help me choose as well as created timelines and checklists. The consideration she puts into every portion of wedding planning makes it obvious that she loves what she does. I have already recommended Victoria to a number of friends and will continue to do so! -

Budget Wedding of Our Dreams
Victoria was incredibly helpful while planning our wedding. She has so much experience, and it showed every step of the way! We were on a super tight budget, and she had recommendations on how to save money at every turn without compromising our vision. The planning process was so easy and straightforward, and the questionnaire she designed kept all of us on track and on the same page. We were also tight on time (only six months between our engagement and wedding), but we got everything done in plenty of time. I did not feel rushed or pressured once during our time with Victoria. She is so kind and patient, and her presence was such a gift on our big day. I would 1000% recommend Victoria to help make your dream wedding come true! -
