Riegle Events

We had our wedding in Charlottesville and the day could not have gone better. Phoebe was there the entire way; from helping with designing and setting up the ceremony to corralling our younger cousins for family photos. We really could not have done it without her.

When me and my husband started planning our wedding, we had no idea where to start and were quickly overwhelmed anytime we attempted to make decisions. Bringing on Phoebe early in the process was the best decision we made! From choosing a suitable venue, to picking a color scheme, to making vision boards, and everything in between, Phoebe was there every step of the way and helped us transform what started as a very basic idea of our wedding vision, into the most beautiful day of our lives. She was extremely organized and intentional with our time together, always making sure we had an agenda to follow and a list of to-do’s to focus on at specified time points in the planning process. For any hiccups that occurred with our vendors, Phoebe helped us navigate them with ease and reassured us every step of the way that our day was going to go as planned. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and Phoebe arrived early to help get last minute details in order and to make sure both me and my husband (who were getting ready at separate locations!) were both taken care of and stress free. It was an amazing feeling to have confidence in the fact that I didn’t have to worry about the little details the day of, and could instead focus on enjoying the little moments. I could go on and on about Phoebe’s professionalism, confidence, and positive attitude, and it wouldn’t be enough to describe just how wonderful her and the Riegle Events team are! She brings so much experience to the table, and it truly shows. 10/10 would recommend working with her for any of your wedding or event planning needs (we used her for our baby shower as well even though this wasn’t an advertised service of hers!!). She is truly amazing.

Pheobe was absolutely amazing! She made our wedding day beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable. She was organized, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and highly recommend her! I’m African so we had an African wedding and we were nervous at first but she went above and beyond. She will be planning more than just our wedding!

Phoebe is great!
She made the planning process smooth for us to make the big ticket decisions while lining up all the details like vendor contracts behind the scenes.
We had an issue with a vendor the day of the wedding and Phoebe was there to coordinate work arounds and luckily the bride was unaware of any hiccups at the time. Phoebe also followed up with that vendor to see we were compensated for the mistake.

My now husband and I were super impressed with Phoebe and all her help during our planning process and how great she was on our wedding day. We didn't hire Phoebe until around two months before our wedding and I am so glad we did, there are so many things we as brides don't even begin to think about while you're in the whirlwind of wedding planning, let alone on wedding day. It's so nice to be able to trust a professional with those tasks and to be able to let those stressors go on such a big day! Phoebe really took the time to listen to us during our meetings and make sure our day was ours.
If you're thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it. (Phoebe specifically!) You will not regret it!
