Andi and her assistant Chloe are absolute magic. Hiring Andi Jennings Events Co. as our day-of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding, and we quite literally could not have done it without them.

She is exceptionally attentive and professional, scheduling thorough, extensive meetings ahead of time to truly understand our vision down to the last detail. Planning can be overwhelming, but Andi’s calm, reassuring demeanor put us at ease every single time we spoke. She never once complained and handled every detail with absolute grace.
On the wedding day itself, Andi and Chloe were an unstoppable powerhouse. They swooped in and set everything up even better than we ever could have imagined. Andi's professionalism is unmatched, she came to the table with 110%. I frequently told people throughout the process she treated our wedding like it was her own. She carefully considered each and every detail for the day. Our planning sessions leading up to the day-of were extremely helpful, even as someone who had a pretty firm grasp on how I wanted the day to look, Andi helped my big picture vision play out through all the details. Day of, she and her assistant wiped down every single chair from an earlier rain. Even when the sun came out later and warmed everyone up, she came over to me with a fan & a drink to make sure I was comfortable. She felt so much less like a planner and more like a friend through the whole process. She took so much pressure off me as a bride leading up to the day, I could always take a deep breath and say "Andi has that handled." I was so thankful for her expertise and would recommend her a thousand times over to any couple looking for a planner + coordinator.

Andrea is such a delight. Her attention to detail when decorating turned an ordinary space into an unforgettable evening! I appreciated her clear communication about event expectations. To quote my husband “I felt like I was in a Rom Com”. I cant Wait to work with her again in the future!
