Carissa was so attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and that our day went as planned. I couldn't have asked for a better planner. She was professional and managed to capture everything we imagined.

Hiring Carissa for our day-of wedding coordinator was the BEST investment! She came the day before to help set up the reception space and run through the rehearsal. Carissa had great ideas and was able to help get the timing just right for my walk down the aisle. My wedding day ran so smoothly because of Carissa. She is amazing at keeping things organized and directing family members. Carissa took all the stess away from my husband and I. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and could count on her to take care of the rest. She managed the timeline, vendors, wedding party, guests and clean up . Carissa even made sure to take candid photos for us of the day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it—and hire her! It was the best decision we made for our wedding!! Carissa (Carebear) was extraordinary! I am so thankful we found her. With such short notice she made sure to keep me on track and communicated the whole way through with my vendors and I. I hired CWplanning for day of coordination 2 weeks before my wedding and she was the best! She went above and beyond to make our day special. As soon as we hired her she was so on top of things and from the rehearsal to the big day she exceeded our expectations and helped us every step of the way. I booked CWP for day of coordination. She and her assistant made everything go smoothly. She decorated the venue beautifully! Her and the DJ coordinated together so everything on the timeline got done and on time. I was stress free and had an amazing wedding.

Carissa was the best! She went above and beyond for us. From set up to tear down. She was well prepared with getting all the things we needed such as hair bands to tire pumps and to photos that we wouldn't have gotten without her. Both her and her assistant did a fantastic job.
