Katherine and her team showed exceptional grace, professionalism, and an acute attention to detail throughout the entire planning process. Her positivity was truly refreshing because at no point did we ever feel pressured into decisions that did not fit with our wedding vision. Instead, she offered thoughtful suggestions, especially when we were experiencing decision fatigue, helping guide us with clarity and confidence.

My husband and I agree that Katherine and the Best Wishes team were the real MVPs of our big day. As a day-of-coordinator, she was instrumental in keeping things running on time, directing people where to go, and being the calm, friendly face my parents and bridal party could go to with questions. Our service technically started eight weeks out, but the team sent me recommendations for needed vendors before then. The really have your best interests at heart.

I couldn’t decide if we needed a coordinator for our small ceremony, but I knew we should hire Stevie as soon as we chatted! Leading up to our big day, she was so helpful & offered great advice as we talked through the details, and she even had experience with our venues. On our rainy wedding day, Stevie saved the day as she helped pivot our outdoor decorations to our backup tented area so that it looked like it was planned to be in the tent all along! We’re so glad we had Stevie there to coordinate with vendors, move decor to our reception location, and ensure everything went smoothly!

Stevie allowed us to have the most enjoyable weekend and wedding day! From the minute I met Stevie, she instantly felt like a friend! She was honest and educated. I booked her for partial planning service but she went above and beyond in every aspect! From communication with vendors to helping to plan my vision, by the time it was the wedding day Stevie knew the vision so intimately that she was able to execute everything perfectly without coming to me for anything. Stevie was the best addition to my big day that I could have asked for. She was essentially my best friend throughout the planning process. She was responsive to all my questions, detail-oriented, and made sure all my dreams came true. On our big day, she was reassuring and worked so incredibly hard to ensure that it was exactly what we wanted all while keeping everyone in line. Stevie and her team are worth every penny!

We hired Stevie as our day-of-coordinator one month before our wedding and it was soooo worth it. I was on the fence about getting a coordinator because I had planned every little detail and wanted to save money. I don't know what I would have done without her and 1000% recommend her and her team! She truly is a bride's best friend!! We went through every detail so that she understood my vision and then she carried it out flawlesslv. I didn't even realize anything went wrong until the next day when we debriefed! The communication for the entire time leading up to the wedding and especially with everyone the actual day, was amazing (which is not easy with our families).
