I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with Simply Chic Events. Jamie, wedding planner, went above and beyond the call of duty for every detail of our wedding. She has exceptional ideas, is extremely organized, and handled everything in a timely manner. No task was too big or small, as Jamie handled everything calm and professional manner. She was able to work well with my budget. Whatever expectations I had for both a wedding planner and my wedding vision was exceeded thanks to Jamie. It would be my pleasure to recommend Jamie Sears, Simply Chic Events, to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Jamie is amazing and so sweet!! I can't say enough about working with her. I was able to meet Jamie for the initial consultation that same evening that I contacted her (extremely responsive!!). It was "love" at first sight. I felt like I made a new best friend immediately. Her style is impeccable, as is her professionalism. She took the time to join me at almost every one of my vendor interviews (this was extremely important for me since my husband and I were long distance during our engagement). She handled all the logistics and scheduling of meetings, which was helpful given my busy work and travel schedule. Jamie even took care of all the catering vendor search/logistics, even though I actually asked her to take this out of our original contract. Day-of, everything ran very smoothly. It was gorgeous and absolutely perfect.
She was my planner, friend, and therapist (when I needed unload my stress, be it wedding-related or not). She went above and beyond. My recommendation: hire her!!

Not only is Jamie exceptionally friendly and likable, she is professional, punctual, organized and detailed oriented. She recommend excellent vendors and she was always available to answer questions or assist in any way we needed. Our wedding day went very smoothly and we were able to enjoy every moment knowing that she was overseeing the details. In short, she is worth her weight in GOLD!!!

Jamie is incredibly sweet and skilled at planning weddings. She made our day go flawlessly, we didn't have to worry about one little detail, we just enjoyed our special day. She puts a lot of planning into the day, organizes all vendors and takes all the stress she can out of the day. Above and beyond being excellent at her job, Jamie is a wonderful person. To sum it up in one word. WOW! I hired Jaime a few months prior to my wedding to take over the last month or so of my planning to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything and to help me tie up any loose ends. From the first time I spoke with Jaime, I knew she was someone I could totally depend on and someone who would take care of things so that I could enjoy the day - she is VERY orgainized. Jaime went above and beyond to make sure things for my big day went smoothly. She helped me in so many ways that I could never thank her enough for...tent, dj issues, you name it, she was on top of it and far exceeded my expectations. I swear she was the other half of my brain for about 2 months. Words can not express my greatest admiration for Jaime and the work she does. She is PERFECT!

I knew that Jamie was always on my side. She stood up to vendors for me when they were not acting as responsive and professionally as they should have been. I knew that she was there to make sure my day (and the months we spent planning it) were as stress free and smooth as possible.

Well then keep reading because I am going to talk about Jamie from Simply Chic Events. From the beginning to the end, Jamie is there for you with all your wedding and personal needs. She goes out of her way to help you make your decisions, and she recommends great tips from her own personal experiences. She was extremely accomodating to us, and her flexibility proved to be the icing on the cake (or cupcakes) as our plans changed.
One of the best memories we will take away from our wedding day is the lack of stress. Her planning methods, both in person and on paper, proved to be one of her greatest tools. Our wedding day went by without us knowing of any hitches. Many people talk about their wedding day and have stories of how they had to direct the show. When we talk about ours we get to talk about all the fun we had and all the good times we shared with our guests. Jamie really did her job well.

The best decision we made was hiring Jamie. We were lucky to find her early on in our planning and immediately knew that she was a great fit for us. She made fantastic vendor recommendations that fit our style and price perfectly. She also offered a very experienced and sensible perspective that helped us make pratical decisions. "Simply Chic" very much describes her approach and she helped us put together what our guests have described as very elegant but not overdone events. Jamie is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and a friendly, positive person. She handled the one vendor issue we had in a very firm, but professional way and got a great result for us. She's an incredible advocate for her clients. Jamie also shined during the wedding day coordination, where many family and friends remarked how calm, professional and pleasant she was. Everything ran so smoothly and I enjoyed every minute without worry. My husband and I can't thank Jamie enough and now consider her a good friend!

Jamie is incredibly easy to work with. She is energetic, organized, and creative. Though we booked her petite package and thus she was our "day of" planner, she met with me multiple times in the months and weeks before our wedding. Also, she went out of her way to help me find trolleys for our guests. I'd looked everywhere and couldn't find a trolley service that was available on our wedding day, and within 24 hours, Jamie found one that could help us, contacted them, and then got back to me. I highly recommend Jamie Sears and Simply Chic Events.
