Additional Questions and Answers
1. How do you refer vendors?
A vendor must do three events for Events By Simone, without complaints, before we add them to our list of preferred vendors.
2. Why would I choose a historical site over a hotel ballroom?
Although hotels offer lovely spaces to host your reception, that tends not to be the case for your ceremony. A site that has gardens, patios, art, large grounds and space, offer a wedding client endless options for a ceremony site, tenting, views, photos and parking.
3. Why do you charge by the hour?
I have found over the years that package rates are not the best value for my clients. Clients have more control over their event budgets when they are billed by the hour. Most wedding planners that offer package rates, charge between $3,500.00 and $5,000.00 to plan and coordinate a simple wedding. Most of my clients pay between $2,500.00 and $3,500.00 for complete wedding planning services, to include myself and one of my personal assistants the day of their wedding.
