Blessed Events & weddings is passionate about weddings and has high regard for wedding planning, weddings, and the wedding planning business. BEW works with your budget and provides good feedback about your decisions and choices regarding your vision for your wedding and your budget. However the lines between healthy feedback about your decisions and BEW personal preferences often become blurred. BEW is very personable and spiritual, thus welcoming prayer and religious customs into the planning process and ultimately in the wedding and reception. The personable care and compassion showed by BEW makes the bride feel like family. Although the "family" like care was pleasureable, the relationsip between the bride and the wedding coordinator felt more like a parent-daughter relationship rather than a coordinator and client at times. Therefore crossing a boundary that made it a little uncomfortable when the bride and the wedding coordinator were not on the same page. However I found BEW kind, considerate and genuine. BEW worked hard to make your wedding what you envisioned it to be. BEW strived to make the bride and groom's special day both blessed and memorable. Overall I recommend BEW to anyone wanting a lovely wedding with only a few reservations.

You were wonderful. When I told you I was getting married, there wasn't much time to plan and prepare. However, you were brilliant in negotiating with the vendors resulting in me obtaining excellent service and quality products in a short time span. You had an extensive vendor list to select from, whom you had established working relationships. As a result of this and your tenacious and gracious planning and coordination skills, I had a beautiful wedding day.

My consultant was a valuable resource. She listened to my wants and provided me with multiple options. She helped me make the best choices for my special day. I don't know what I'd done if she had not been part of my planning. Her service was an expense that I did not mind paying since her input and assistance made my day a beautiful one.
