Hiring Jamie Fisher at RSVP International Events as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was the best money we spent on the wedding. She is efficient, amazingly creative and already had a really good working relationship with many of our vendors....And, she has a wonderful sense of humor and calm demeanor that helped everyone involved in the wedding. Having Jamie and her team at my wedding let me, my mom, and everyone relax and enjoy the day.

Jaime was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and while I'm sure there were a couple of kinks here an there, I was totally unaware b/c Jaime had everything 100% under control. Before the "big" day she made sure to understand exactly what I had envisioned and when I saw everything put together, it was right on target. As a result, both us, in addition our friends and family will always remember the day as just being full of celebration and fun!. Thanks Jaime.

Jamie was amazing! We looked at several wedding planners before selecting Jamie. She immediately understood what we wanted and our complex situation... two single working parents; he was working in Iraq. We had to be comfortable that our planner could pretty much do all the heavy lifting herself since neither of us were really available to devote much time to searching for vendors, venues, attend too many tastings, etc. Our time was extremely limited and valuable.

Jamie made herself available for conference calls from around the world and worked out excellent deals with our vendors. She was easy to talk to and helped us articulate what we wanted even when we ourselves were not completely sure. She was patient and flexible. She was also protective of our modest budget. We still went over that budget, but that was out choice and we never felt pressured to do so.

Jaime helped us find every vendor with the exception of our photographer. And she was helpful in resolving any and every misunderstanding or concern we may have had with any vendor.

Our wedding day was a beautiful event, but not without unexpected surprises. Key guests were late and we could not begin at the time originally scheduled. No problem. While we were stressing, Jamie quickly rearranged some of the events, got the wine flowing for our guests, and kept everything running smoothly. Everything was a huge success thanks to Jamie.

We would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a wedding planner and event coordinator. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie is easy to work with and did a great job with our wedding!

My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was held at a manor that required outside vendors for everything. Jamie made sure that all of the catering, transportation shuttles, limousines, florists, dj and photographer vendor contracts were in order and that everyone was aware of the master timeline that she had worked out with us. She also helped us with smaller details such as directing the rehearsal, advice for the timing for first dance, speeches, late night snack and shuttles for guests. Having Jamie there made such a difference for all of us. We were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that the little details had been looked after and she was there to look after any problems that might arise. Jamie was the first there and the last to leave. At the end of the night, we were so thankful that we had decided to work with Jamie and RSVP International Events.

Hiring RSVP was the best decision I made for my wedding day. Jamie provided "day of" service, but it was so much more than that. She reviewed my contracts, set the timeline, assisted with decorations, rounded up the families for photos, queued the musician and DJ, repaired my dress when the bustle broke, calmed me down before I walked down the aisle to save my make up and basically took over every little thing I would have had to worry about including collecting and transporting all the "stuff" afterwards and delivering it to me after the event. We were able to enjoy our wedding worry free and spend that valuable time with our guests rather than worrying about extra guests or any other snafus that might have interrupted our enjoyment. I cannot recommend her enough. She is friendly, organized, thorough, professional, has superior taste and has years of experience, so there is nothing she hasn't had to deal with before! I'd give more stars if I could!

Jamie was really wonderful. When the restaurant I hired tried to cancel in order to book a bigger client, she called and resolved everything. She kept the event flowing smoothly, took charge without being over-bearing. She even doubled as my photographer (which was above and beyond). I really don't know what I would have done without her there. I had enough to worry about on that day, so it was so worth it to have someone else worry about the little details. Even my father was so impressed that he sent her a thank you note.

Jamie with RSVP International Events was absolutely amazing. She treated us like we were royalty and made our modest budget stretch so that we could accomplish and execute every hope/wish/dream & detail our of wedding to make it perfect. Jamie took the time to get to know us on a personal level, always made herself available no matter the time of day or day of week and truly made us feel like we were her one and only clients. She saved us a ton of money through her professional and personal connections and we certainly valued her expert advice. All of our vendors we picked through Jamie and they did not disappoint. Each and every one of them were just as professional, kind and responsive as Jamie. Our wedding day and the whole entire process leading up to the wedding were completely stress free for us because of Jamie. I would get married again just to have the opportunity to work with Jamie on a wedding again (of course to the same man!). There isn't one thing that I would change about our experience working with Jamie, she was definitely worth the money and we are so happy to have had her serve such a special purpose in our lives.

Jamie is great to work with. Initially, I was not sure I needed a wedding planner but hiring Jamie was the best decision I made. She is very organized, has a lot of great ideas, is very artistic and will give you advice about a lot of great high quality vendors. She also has a lot of experience with working with different cultures. Having Jamie as a wedding planner definitely helps take a lot of stress off. Everything went like clockwork and the wedding was beautiful. Received lots of compliments. Could not have pulled it off on my own. Highly recommended.

Jamie is absolutely wonderful. My husband I were married in a blizzard (literally!); there was 5 ft. of snow on the ground and counting the day of our wedding, and we STILL pulled it off. If Jamie can get that wedding pulled together, she can do anything! She made sure that all of our vendors knew exactly what our plan (and back up plans) were. When our reception had to be delayed by a day (the governor of Va actually declared a state of emergency because of the snow!) Jamie was there with bells on organizing everything as if it was meant to have happened that way all along. She kept me smiling when my day(s) didn't go as planned, and made sure that everything ran smoothly despite the little glitches of snow, vehicles getting stuck, and etc. I can't say enough good things about her. She has an extremely wonderful and caring personality, and she brings such a personal and warm touch to her clients. She felt like family by the time our wedding weekend was over.

Jamie Fisher was my wedding coordinator one week prior to my wedding and the day of my wedding. If I could do it all over again I would have budgeted for a wedding coordinator and hired Jamie the first day I started planning my wedding. When I started my planning and research, I remember reading that the number one regret for brides was making the decision of not having a wedding coordinator/planner. I thought to myself, I don’t need one, what are THEY TALKING about. I can do this myself, IT CANT BE THAT HARD! Well was I totally wrong! Let me say for someone that has been there done that, hire a GOOD wedding coordinator, I will tell you it will save you a whole lot of stress and confusion and you can enjoy the whole planning process! I could of not done it without Jamie's help AND expertise. After doing all the planning and the big stuff, I had been drained and overwhelmed, so my husband and I found Jamie. What struck me about Jamie is that she was ready to dive into my whole mess of stuff last minute! She was so genuine and caring, and bent over backwards to help me with the final details. The day of my wedding was so amazing, and I only can thank her for being there for me though this special time. I think of Jamie not only as a magnificent wedding planner, but someone that is willing to go out of her way to make my day the way that I had envisioned it. Jamie was remarkable, and I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put into my wedding to make it the most enjoyable and memorable event!

Jamie is a wonderful person to work with! She made our wedding day amazing, and both my husband and I were absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out :). She manages our reception venue and went above and beyond helping us set up for the event the day before, and setting up the day of, keeping on top of other vendors, helping me and my husband with anything we needed, etc. She also reviewed our vendor list, timeline and seating arrangements ahead of time to make sure everything flowed nicely, that we ordered the right number of chairs, etc. I don't know what we would've done without her! She kept track of our timeline the day of the wedding and made sure all of the other vendors were on top of things. She's very responsive to calls and emails and is always willing to help out. I highly recommend her if you need a day of coordinator or a full wedding planner!

If I could give RSVP International Events 10 stars, I would! From the signing of our contract until 2AM my wedding day, Jamie was on top of everything!
The little touches were the ones that made the biggest difference - from the tissues and make up saving (weepy bride!) before I walked down the aisle to the set up extras and the bustle she had to sew up three times - all while I chatted with guests - the service was impeccable!
There were a few snafus (there always are) with the wedding itself and I never knew about any of them because Jamie made sure to take care of those and cared only that my husband and I concentrated on having a good time and entertaining our guests.
The service so far exceeded my expectations, I would recommend her to anyone planning an event of any kind. She is organized, friendly, focused, experienced, tasteful, has great advice and is extremely professional.
I had not a care or worry on my wedding day and I owe it all to her!

Jamie was our Month-Of coordinator, but felt like she had been my coordinator from the beginning! I would constantly email questions and she would be very prompt in replying. She also worked my venue before so she really knew how to handle every situation and took her ideas & concerns to heart. My guests loved how she was so nice. My caterer also spoke highly of Jamie. She made sure I was satisfied and I had fun. My bustle kept coming undone and she was right there to adhere it for the night, what a lifesaver!

I gave her all my decorations, she decorated how I had envisioned and she packed everything up for me at the end of the night. Overall, she was a delight to work with!!

We hired Jamie for the day-of coordination for our wedding and I am so glad we did. I would recommend her services to any bride! On your wedding day the last thing you want to worry about is any of the details or anything going wrong- Jamie will take care of everything. It was so nice to have someone in charge and RESPONSIBLE handling the issues that came up. She even helped my bridesmaid get into her dress when the zipper broke- you can't get better service than that!
