Where do I begin. Paul is such a wonder event planner and designer, he brought our vision to life and surprised us with such attention to even the smallest detail. From day one, Paul helped us find a venue and vendors, giving us in person tours and in person/zoom meetings on a regular basis. He was always available and always found solutions to any of our problems. Professionalism and timeliness are like second nature to him and you can truly tell that he loves what he does. On the day of our wedding, Paul made sure that everything was stress free. He had a lot of surprises waiting for us once the final look of our venue was revealed, and we couldn't have been happier. My wife and I chose Paul to be our wedding coordinator for our wedding on 10/2022. Working with Paul was a real dream. He made everything seemless. From designing the look of our wedding to negotiating with our vendors. He made everything so easy and our wedding came out so beautifully even with our very tight budget.

He was always ready with questions for any vendors we liked and was always there to talk us though anything we needed or even just to be a calming friend we could talk to. We would hire him again in an instant for any event but we highly highly recommend him for special events like weddings. We didn't really know what to expect but Paul was so friendly, calm, and professional every step of the way. You will not be disappointed. He went above and beyond and we absolutely loved our experience with Paul.

Five stars aren't enough! Out of all the thousands of dollars I spent on my wedding, hiring Paul was the absolute best money I spent. Several of my guests told me that my wedding was the best they'd ever attended, and I have to give most of that credit to Paul. I truly could not have pulled it off without him. So bear with me as I list all of the things I loved about working with him.

Paul is a cool-headed problem solver. Right after I hired him (which was late in the game for hiring a coordinator), he told me, "Give all of your stress to me because I don't get stressed." I don't know what his secret is, but he juggled it all with total calmness. When I woke up on the day of my wedding, I got to just feel excited - not worried - because I knew it was in Paul's capable hands. I've had friends whose wedding coordinators ADDED stress to their day; Paul was the complete opposite of that.

Paul offered so much more than just day-of coordination. He helped me design certain aspects of the ceremony and reception space, drove with me to the venue to see it in person, coordinated with my vendors, and picked up my flowers from a DC-based florist whose delivery radius didn't extend to my venue.

Paul is detail-oriented and an incredible designer. He helped bring some of my ideas to beautiful life, and took others to lengths I could have never imagined. The space for my ceremony and reception were absolutely magical and perfect, thanks to his eye and experience in the industry.

Paul is attentive, funny, and kind. I trusted him immediately because of his warm personality. He was accessible when I needed him and always communicated with me on decisions, usually in a way that made me laugh. My guests loved him, and my other vendors raved about him too. My only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner, because I would have loved to work with him for longer than the two months leading up to my wedding. He felt like a close friend by the end.

tl;dr - HIRE PAUL. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding.
