Frequently Asked Questions
How many planners do you work with? BlancaVon has two primary planners and a number of assistants. The planners will work closely with you and make sure that the planning process runs smoothly and all of the details of your event are to your satisfaction. Both planners will be available the day of the event and at least one assistant.
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning? All of our services are customized to fit any style, vision or budget.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? Although we are able to accommodate an event of any size, our average wedding in the last 6 months has been approximately 200 guests.
Which venues have you worked at that you are familiar with? Oxon Hill Manor, Newton White Mansion, Mt. Airy Mansion, Hyatt Arlington, Clarendon Ballroom, Seqouia's Restaurant and many more
Tips and Advice
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! Send out save-the-date notifications at least 6 months prior to your wedding. They come in a variety of options: magnets, cards, dvd, etc. You don't want any of your closest friends or relatives to miss your big day.
