This lady almost ruined my wedding. First she hounded me a week prior to my wedding for her balance, then after the balance was paid, i sent her an email to inform her where i will be getting ready..etc. she did not return my email. Then, 2 days before my wedding my planner informed me that she was out of the country when she called her to confirm details and that will will not be doing my makeup. She was so cold, no apologies whatsover. I was so stressed 2 days prior to my wedding trying to find another makeup artist who she referred us to. Her plan was to pay the new makeup artist whom she usually works with and retain my deposit. I spoke to the new makeup artist who insisted i pay her for a trial. She did a phone conference with Kebra, and she refused to reimburse me my money and she insisted i pay the new makeup artist as well. I was in tears on the phone with her but the tone of her voice was so mean and cold, she did not care at all about me as a client, all she cared was about the money. She immediately refunded me my money through paypal minus the trial fee that i paid her. Please, please..do not use this company..it wasn't even about the money, it was her bad attitude. She is not a nice person at all and i found her very unprofessional.

Elan Image Consulting provided makeup services for my wedding, and I can't say enough about how wonderful Kebra is to work with. Her friendly demeanor, as well as her high level of professionalism and responsiveness put me at ease from our very first correspondence. During my trial with her, she asked questions and listened very carefully to understand the look I desired. On my wedding day, she did a terrific job of creating a naturally stunning look that photographed beautifully, and lasted through a full night of dancing! I think Kebra is great, and I enthusiastically recommend her to brides looking for that special "glow" on their wedding day!

Kebra is an amazingly talented makeup artist. I am VERY particular about my makeup and have never been particuarly impressed by the work of other makeup artists that I've seen. Kebra, however, blew me away. She knows exactly what she is doing and is able to achieve the look that YOU tell her you want. I have had Kebra do my makeup three times now, including for my wedding, and she also did one of my bridesmaids' makeup, and every look that she creates is flawless, particularly because Kebra is so skilled at the airbrush technique. On top of her talent, Kebra is professional and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Kebra to others and definitely plan on using her again myself in the future.

Working with Kebra was simple and fun. The make up trial went smoothly. She was patient and accommodating to make sure I received the look I hoped for. The day of my wedding she and her assistants worked quickly yet precisely. Both mothers and all my bridesmaids were thrilled with their make up. Despite their early nervousness about looking "too done up" everyone felt beautiful and completely natural. I highly recommend the airbrush make up. As someone who doesn't normally wear foundation I loved that it gave me the flawless finish for pictures but felt like I had nothing on.

Kebra and Elan Image Consulting did an amazing job with the makeup for my wedding. I've never seen my mother, sister, and friends look as beautiful as they did that day! Even those who don't normally wear makeup felt comfortable with the process and felt the makeup just enhanced their own natural beauty. I loved my makeup as well both for the wedding day and on my trial for our engagement photos. Kebra listened and accented the features I wanted to make more dramatic.

Kebra was extremely responsive leading up to the day and always returned emails right away. The only reason I did not give her a perfect score on responsiveness is that two of the artists were late on the day of the wedding. We ended up having enough time but it did make me a little nervous. But again, I loved the makeup and the photos turned out beautifully! Kebra was a pleasure to work with.

She did an awesome job, not only did I look spectacular, but I got a friend out of it as well.

Working with Kebra and her staff was a delight. On a day that I wanted to look like a queen, Elan Image Consulting made my dream come true, not only for me but for my entire wedding party.
