Anyone getting married at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons, or in the Tysons area should go here. My bridal party and I all got our hair done from here, and were easily able to walk to our hotel from the salon. The location couldn't have been better. We were all running slightly late, they didn't not mind, and everyone was so happy with their updos and blowouts. I'll be going back to get my haircut from them soon! And they definitely used the best products.

Eclip's is the best place to get your hair & makeup done for your wedding. I've been going here since I was child, and I also go here for facials and waxing (ask for Shahin!) I brought my entire bridal party and the mothers to get hair and makeup the morning of the wedding. Linda is the best at hair! You can give her a picture from Pinterest and she will copy it exactly. Olivia does the best makeup! She also takes a picture and transforms you. I would recommend getting fake eyelashes for the big day too. It makes such a difference in pictures. Literally everyone who works at Eclips is amazing and will do a great job.

Erika was absolutely amazing as my wedding hair and makeup artist! I was diligent about finding someone who would be able to enhance my features without making me look like someone I wasn't. Erika did that and more - she did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup, my 5 bridesmaids, and mom. She was efficient, but didn't rush and make us all look fabulous! She was also so easy going and calm that it made the day much better - and made me much more relaxed! I cannot recommend Erika highly enough.

With all the stress that goes along with planning a beautiful and memorable wedding, the last thing a bride, mother of the bride, or even the bridesmaids should worry about is their hair. And because of Gina Ferrell, owner and head hairstylist of Prima Salon and Spa, this was made possible. There were a couple of pre-wedding sessions to settle on the best hairstyle for each bride and mother. And since this wedding consisted of two brides, two mothers of the brides, and 12 bridesmaids, on the day of the wedding Gina brought Barbara Mills and an assistant who specializes in wedding hairdos. All three hairstylists came to our hotel the morning of the wedding promptly with their equipment and products, set up their stations in what I would described as a very small space, but never voiced an objection, and for several hours, without a brake, worked their magic on these women. Gina focused on the brides and mothers of the brides, the most complicated hairdos of all, and Barbara and her assistant worked on the bridesmaids. The end result was absolutely stunning. You can see for yourself, because Andrea and Nicole's picture appears in the latest issue of the Washingtonian Bride and Groom magazine on page 146, and also on Prima's Facebook page. Thank you Gina for making us look our best on this very special and important occasion. You get my highest and unqualified recommendation.

We went to Elements McLean for all our event hair. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and did amazing work. They were also very accommodating so me and my two bridesmaids could get our hair done more or less at the same time. They use organic hair products that smells great doesn't leave that nasty film that regular hairspray does. Jyll did my bridal updo and she did an amazing job. She does have a bit of an attitude though so watch out for that, but she knows her stuff. As far as prices go, they were cheaper--$75 for the bridesmaids and I believe $100 for bridal hair--so it was totally worth it. If I lived closer to McLean, I'd get my hair done there regularly.

Laurén is hands down the best hairstylist and make up artist in this area. I'm pretty easygoing about my hair, but was nervous about having my make up done professionally and she knocked it out of the park. We did a trial beforehand, and I felt like she really took the time to understand the look I was going for. Day of the wedding it was somehow even better, and no joke that was the most beautiful I've ever felt in my life. Both my hair and makeup lasted all night and was comfortable, no hair pins were hurting and my makeup didnt feel heavy or cakey at all. 1000/10 will recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to feel beautiful. Also, shes just super genuine and pleasant to be around. Definitely the energy you want around you on your big day.

This little lady laid out the red carpet and created a lasting memory for me that I will never forget. Brooke pulled the perfect dresses and accessories to match. Because of her service and the amazing value of these BEAUTIFUL dresses, I said YES TO THE DRESS. My dress looks like it would have cost $10,000 in NY with all the beading and detail and it cost me a fraction of the cost and checked boxes that I didn’t even knew I had. Enough good things cannot be said about Custom Kinetics. As the name suggests, it is a customized way to lose weight. Geoff & Tim are so great. They help you set a goal and work with you to achieve it. The awesome part is, it is just you in the entire gym, so it really is catered to only you & you don't have to feel self conscious. They will make you do various activities based on what you feel comfortable and slowly correct exercises that you have been doing (but have not been effective because you are doing it incorrectly). As a recently engaged bride, I can tell you that I definitely do have a date in mind, by which I would like to achieve my goals. It really helps to know that I have that I have customized attention to help reach it.

The reviews on several sites were raving, so I figured why not give it a shot?! I was pleased to find parking, as well as good instructions to get me to the right floor. (It's located in an area of townhouses turned office space.) The first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked, and smelled. Andrea was very welcoming and put my nerves at ease. Since this was my first facial, and my first time at Skinbarre, Andrea and I discussed my skin concerns and needs. I appreciated that I was given tips and advice, but did not feel pressured to purchase additional services. I was excited to see how improved my skin would be. The facial massage itself was so relaxing. Andrea made sure to explain each cream/scrub/etc she was putting on my face, how it would feel, and what it would do to my skin before applying. The while experience was comfortable and relaxing. I have been twice so far, and have at least one more appointment scheduled. I have seen visible results in how my skin feels and looks. I am sure that Andrea will have me looking and feeling my very best come wedding time! Less than 4 months to go!
