Amy did my hair for my wedding and I absolutely loved it! She was able to take the picture I brought in and turn it into a style that was totally me. My hair looked great the entire night, and stayed in place through hours of running around and dancing. Tamera is a fabulous makeup artist -- while I decided to do my own makeup for my wedding, my trial run with Tamera was excellent, and my MOH is already thinking of hiring Tamera for her own wedding. Especially if you're getting married at the Kentlands Mansion, take a look at O'Hair!

My husband and I live in TX but were planning our wedding in MD (we lived there prior to TX) so I was very fortunate to be able to go to a stylist I already knew and trusted for my hair. Rania, co-owner of Alliage, is an incredibly talented and professional stylist and she did a gorgeous job on my hair! She does some of the best up-dos I have ever seen!! I also had my make-up done by Aly Cohen, an artist that Alliage will contact for you. Though I did not know Aly prior to my move to TX, she was wonderful during my make-up trial and even better the day of. She is also one of the funniest people I have ever met! (which is helpful when you're a bundle of nerves!!). To add to how amazing they are, they not only did my hair and make up that day but also my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law as well in as little as 3 hours (after making an hour drive to the venue for 8am on a Sunday morning)!!! I would also be remiss to not mention the esthetician and nail services of Rena (other co-owner) and nail services of Christina (she did my mom and mother-in-law's nails the day before the wedding).

I had such a wonderful experience working with Jaime, April, and the rest of the team at Salon Haven! They were so responsive, professional, and flexible with me and my bridesmaids. I got married on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, a time when they are normally closed. However, they were so gracious to come in just for us and spend their Sunday morning getting us all ready. They played fun music, provided snacks and coffee, and made us all very comfortable. I loved my hair and so did all of my bridesmaids. I would highly recommend them for any event!
