Joie is even more amazing than the hair and makeup services she provided! From the moment we met at my trial, we bonded right away with her warm and genuine personality, sharing a heartfelt hug at first sight. During our trial appointment, we shared so many stories that really solidified that bond. There was a moment when I thought I wanted airbrush makeup, but when I saw it, I was not a fan and Joie went above and beyond by immediately recognizing my discomfort and knew exactly how to alter the style to make me feel more comfortable in my own skin.
On my wedding day, she and her assistant were punctual and extremely fun to be around, setting a joyful tone for the day. Joie transformed me into the most beautiful version of myself. Her attention to detail and her creativity were evident in every brushstroke and pin. Joie perfectly executed the trial hair and makeup, adding the hair pieces I had purchased and sent her pictures of and made me feel confident and radiant all day long.
Joie created stunning looks that left my bridal party awestruck when they each saw their makeup and hair. With my wedding's garden theme, she did a fantastic job of giving everyone a soft-glam look to complement the springtime atmosphere. Each look was a perfect blend of elegance and subtlety, enhancing the natural beauty of the bridal party.
Her kindness was evident from the moment we met and hugged at first meeting then on my wedding day, I caught her in that same embrace, excited for the continuation of our beauty journey. Joie's talents are truly extraordinary, and her passion for her craft shines through in her work. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking a skilled and caring hair and makeup artist. Five stars simply don't do her justice!

If I could give Joie one million stars I would! I met her at a wedding I was a part of, and I knew I needed her for my own wedding. As soon as we set a date Joie was my first call, and she was so responsive and helpful from start to finish, even with changes to the bridal party and schedule along the way.  Day of, she and her team were punctual, professional, and brought GREAT vibes to the getting ready room.

The hair and makeup she and Emily did for my crew was beautifully glamorous while still making sure we looked like ourselves. Joie was able to bring my vision to life completely.  I felt like a princess!!

We were also so impressed by the quality of product she uses. We wore our looks all day and well into the night and it stayed put completely, but it also didn’t cause ANY irritation at all. All my bridesmaids are texting me to say they’re shocked at how clear and clean their skin has stayed, when they’re used to breaking out after a heavy make up night. 

If gorgeous, long lasting, quality hair and makeup is a priority for your big day, you have to hire Joie!

I worked with Joie for hair services for my wedding! Joie was so attentive to my hair concerns on the hair preview appointment. She knew what she needed to do and was on top of everything! My hair preview was amazing, and I LOVED my hair, and it's crazy that she made it EVEN BETTER on the wedding day! Hair held up so well! I'm obsessed! My bridesmaids all loved their hair too! They said it was the best hair they've ever had!! Joie is also so sweet, enthusiastic, fun to talk to throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

Joie was incredible! From the consultation to trial to big day, she was friendly & helpful & really knew her stuff. I have limited experience with makeup, and she made me feel super comfortable. I received a ton of compliments on my hair and makeup, especially about how dewy/natural/glowy my makeup looked. It turned out great in photos, too.

My wedding party raved about their hair & makeup (one said it was the best makeup look she’s ever had). Joie brought great energy to the getting-ready room. She also went above and beyond by giving me a complimentary touch-up bag for the day, although I didn’t end up needing to use it because everything stayed on so well (even my lipstick!!). Can’t recommend her services highly enough!

We had some issues scheduling previews, but she was extremely flexible and so willing to make things work. Joie was incredibly professional and kind. On a more personal level, Joie is an absolute joy to be around. She brought so much peace and calmness on my wedding day. I felt so comfortable and validated by her. I felt like I could be myself. Joie truly is team bride. She knows how to support and encourage you. I cant put into words how much I appreciated her being there on my wedding day. Her energy is one in a million and it truly made a world of a difference in chaotic moments.

We hired Joie and her team for an entire weekend for three events of our South Asian wedding. Joie was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She made me (the bride) feel so beautiful, and when I looked in the mirror I still recognized myself. Both my mom and my mother-in-law were so well taken care of by her team— their mature skin was no match for her team’s skill, they looked absolutely flawless! All of my bridesmaids ended up keeping their hair and make up looks for the reception that began nearly 10 hours after some of them got their hair and make up done and it looked just as incredible as it did at the beginning of the day. Joie created three completely unique looks for me throughout the weekend and I loved each one more than the last, I am so grateful she was a part of my team during our wedding weekend!

Joie and Emily absolutely blew us away with how kind, compassionate, and patient they are. The entire experience from our initial consultation, to our previews, to the wedding day was so easy and seamless. We even had to add on makeup for an additional person a couple weeks prior and Joie was nothing but understanding about it.
On the day of our wedding, they took the time to really understand the look us and our bridal party were going for and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Our hair looked flawless and held up perfectly throughout the entire day, and everyones makeup was stunning—natural, yet glamorous, and it photographed beautifully.
