Wedding Hair & Makeup in Springfield

I hired Perry and his team to do makeup and hair for my entire bridal party, and he exceeded every expectation. Perry and his team of four worked on about 20 people the day of, including a diverse mix of ethnicities (East Asian, Indian, White) and genders (men, women, and non-binary folks), and everyone looked absolutely stunning. Perry went above and beyond before the wedding, offering an extensive consultation to make sure I’d look and feel my best. He even came by in person to assess the “getting ready” space and plan the setup in advance, which made the wedding morning incredibly smooth. Everyone was ready right on time, and my mom was nearly in tears - she said she hadn’t felt that beautiful in years. Perry has such a warm and calming presence, which made all the difference. On your wedding day, the person doing your hair and makeup is truly the one you spend those intimate, emotional hours before the wedding with - and I was so grateful it was him. He even came along to our photoshoot on the National Mall to keep my makeup and hair perfect, fluff my train, and make sure every shot looked incredible. He stayed by my side until the very moment I walked down the aisle. My makeup stayed flawless from sun up to well past sun down. I don’t know how he does it - the man is a genius. If you’re considering hiring Perry Warren, do it. You won’t regret it.

Being a second time bride, but the first time having a formal ceremony, I didn’t even know what questions to ask. Wendy promptly set up a phone consultation, was clear with regards to her services, the prices and my options. From the very first conversation, I was impressed with her professionalism and patience. She sent over contracts which detailed all the services I would receive and requested pictures of me and my dress so she could be prepared for the type, texture, and length of my hair as well as skin tone and what products she would need to have on hand. When I arrived for the trial session, her studio was quiet with upbeat, but not overwhelming music. It really set the tone. I walked out of our practice session knowing she was going to knock it out of the park on my wedding day. She arrived at the venue early, started on hair first then moved on to everyone’s make up. She engaged in conversation, but was not overwhelming and really set a calm, positive tone for the whole morning. There is absolutely nothing I would’ve changed. My daughter, my friend, and I looked like we were about to attend a Hollywood premiere. It is not an overstatement to say that Wendy provided absolute perfection. If she is available, I will never use anyone else. She really is that good!! (I’ll add photos when I get them back from the photographer).

Oxana is so dedicated and detail-oriented. She really took the time to understand and what me and my bridesmaids wanted and perfect it. She was amazing to work with and I got so many compliments on my hair AND nails!

I felt BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day! Ky and team did an incredible job with me and the wedding party. I first met Ky when she did my sister's wedding makeup and I knew I wanted to feel that beautiful again on my wedding day. She works with all her clients months before the big day to make sure both the canvas (your skin) and makeup are impeccable before and on your big day. Take every recommendation she gives, she knows what she is doing :). Her effervescent character and soothing aura kept me, my bridesmaids, and my mother/mother-in-law all excited and calm before the big day started! If you have a wedding or event in the DMV, run to have Ky be your makeup artist.

I showed Anne pictures of the style I wanted but her execution exceeded my expectations. My sister-in-law's updo was beautiful. Lakesha did an excellent job with my make-up, as well as my mom's. Lan did a wonderful job with my mom and mother-in-law's hair. They did a great job at making everyone look exquisite!

Christina did an amazing job doing my hair for my wedding. She listened to what I wanted and achieved the desired look. She was extremely professional and used high quality products on my hair that looked beautiful and lasted the entire day!

Sonia was amazing to work with. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor will put any bride at ease. She made the entire wedding party look terrific. I feel lucky to have had such a wonderful stylist helping make this one of the best days of my life. THANK YOU Sonia.

Positive Image was wonderful. My hair looked amazing as did my make-up. I would use them again in the future and recommend to friends.

For the last several years I have had the very good fortune to have Diane as my Rodan and Fields consultant. Both Diane and the products are wonderful: my skin looks and feels great and Diane is a fantastic consultant. I truly can’t recommend Katherine enough. She did such an amazing job with my hair on my wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful. I wanted to keep my hair simple (down with curls) and she exceeded my expectations and made me feel incredible. All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in law loved their hair as well! Not only is Katherine amazing with hair, she is so kind, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!!
