I am very happy with the services I received for myself and my bridesmaids at Sagittarius on my wedding day. My bridal package ($350) included hair, airbrush makeup, and a trial for both). Yes, the price is a little much, but here I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. My hair stayed great all day and so did my makeup. I highly-recommend the airbrush makeup because it did not come off all night (or the next day!). My bridesmaids and Moms paid $90 each and had an updo and makeup (which is pretty reasonable based on my research). Everybody looked great - it was exactly what I had in mind. Additionally, Sagittarius has a little balcony room area with a bathroom where we were able to set up champagne and cookies and whatnot while we got ready. I really have nothing but good things to say about Sagittarius: I thought they were very helpful and nice and we all looked awesome!

Bella Salon (specifically Bettina and Bella) did a great job on my and my wedding party’s hair. I’m not from the area and was a bit nervous about not having had a trial, but Bettina took my inspiration, made sure she understood specifically what I liked about it, and did a beautiful job. I didn’t have to think about my hair all night. Bella did a great job with the wedding party’s hair and was very lovely and patient with my 3-year-old niece as well. They were warm and professional, and kept us on schedule. Additionally, Hope from the salon was easy to communicate with in the lead up to the wedding. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Poetically Brushed for our wedding! From the very beginning, Kim went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and comfortable. Before we even booked, she took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood what to expect, and that same level of communication continued throughout the entire planning process and leading up to our wedding day. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Kim was how comfortable she made me feel communicating exactly what I wanted. After my trial, there were a few things I decided I wanted to change for the wedding day, and I never once felt awkward or difficult bringing those changes to her. On the wedding morning, the whole team was wonderful. They did a great job listening to each person and helping their visions come to life. We had a ton of fun chatting with them as well! Most importantly, I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day while still feeling like myself, which was exactly what I wanted. I am so grateful to Kim and the entire Poetically Brushed team for being part of our day! If you’re looking for a hair and makeup team that is talented, professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and confident, I cannot recommend Poetically Brushed enough. Thank you, Kim, for everything! 💛
