I’ve hired her not once but multiple times now! Her talent is unmatched. I’ve had makeup and hair done for me all over the world, she’s unbelievably amazing. Mimi was the best! She was so professional throughout the process- guiding me through the makeup trial, day of wedding schedules, and executing makeup looks on me and my bridesmaids. She is so nice to work with and made the whole experience very pleasant. I was sure my makeup was going to run since it was a hot July day. I was surprised when I didn’t have to touch it up once the whole day! She is one of the best people we worked with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She does an extraordinarily good job and also is so sweet and accommodating! You will be so happy to have her and her team with you on the day of your wedding.

Juliana was great! I did a makeup trial with her where she came to my home. It was super helpful to have an idea what I liked for my big day! She made all the adjustments I mentioned and my makeup turned out perfect for my wedding! Her and Yardie traveled to Shenandoah, VA and worked on all of my bridesmaids all morning! They worked great together and were efficient to keep on time and get done with our planned schedule! I couldn't be happier with how my hair and makeup turned out, all of my bridesmaids, and MOH/MOG were extremely happy with how they looked. The pictures turned out great. Would highly recommend for your big day!

I cannot recommend working with DC Elite Image enough! From the beginning of the planning process, their team and Melissa specifically were fantastic to work with. She walked me through the pricing structure and options and worked with me to determine what was best for my wedding and bridal party. Sharon and Frenchie were incredible both during my trial and on my wedding day. They listened to all my hair and makeup preferences, gave me tips to prep for the day (even helping me pick extensions to buy), and went above and beyond in every way. My makeup was flawless, glowing, and held all night, and my hair extensions were comfortable and so natural. I truly don’t think I could have felt more beautiful on the day and I cannot thank them enough for their work! Val and Karina were amazing as well and all my bridesmaids looked incredible!

Jennifer was recommended to me by my make-up artist and she did not disappoint! She worked with me to find out what lash style I wanted for my wedding and we did the initial fill 2 weeks before my big day with a touch-up right before the wedding to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them… and they were perfect!! They stayed perfectly for my 2-week tropical honeymoon too, which was an added bonus. I loved the lashes and how great they made me feel, so much so that I am now a regular client. Jen is very flexible with my crazy work schedule and I am so grateful for her. If you are looking for lashes for a special event or want to upgrade your “daily look” she is your go-to girl.

My bridesmaids, mother, and I had our hair done the morning of my wedding at Urban Escapes, by a team led by Susan. It was great! There was tons of space, the stylists had all of their stuff, and plenty of room, and natural light. This was by far a better option than trying to work at home or in a hotel room. Susan also hooked me up with a great makeup artist from a local department store beauty counter who did fabulous work. And they were very responsive to me and personal -- I wasn't talking to assistants and feeling like they were over-scheduled, even though I did a lot last minute. Everyone looked fabulous without being overdone. I highly recommend Urban Escape.
