Erika was absolutely amazing as my wedding hair and makeup artist! I was diligent about finding someone who would be able to enhance my features without making me look like someone I wasn't. Erika did that and more - she did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup, my 5 bridesmaids, and mom. She was efficient, but didn't rush and make us all look fabulous! She was also so easy going and calm that it made the day much better - and made me much more relaxed! I cannot recommend Erika highly enough.

Erika James is just fabulous. Everyone in my wedding party and family could not stop talking about how great Erika is. Not only is Erika an amazing stylist - hair and makeup - but she is an amazing person. Definitely someone you want to have around you and your most special guests on one of the most important days in your life. Erika and her assistant, Jennifer, did hair and makeup for me, my 2 bridesmaids, my mother, my stepmother, my mother-in-law, my sister and my flower girl within 4 - 4 1/2 hours. We started around 7:30am and were finished before noon. Erika also came with me for pre-photos, the ceremony and for post-ceremony photos to keep the makeup fresh and hair in place. Even my dad was impressed with Erika overall, but especially her professionalism and her genuine kindness. My dad is not easily impressed. All of the ladies, and especially me, were very happy with their hair and makeup. I can go on and on about how great Erika is. Highly recommend.

I love love love Erika! She and her assistant did a fabulous job on our hair and makeup. Our ladies looked stunning and were very happy with how they looked. Erika was great and very helpful throughout the entirety of the event, constantly touching everyone up to make sure we looked our best! :)

Erika did my and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup on site for a package price. She did an amazing job. Erika is a self-described perfectionist, so our interests were perfectly aligned - every bride wants to look perfect on her wedding day! :) Erika specializes in creating a natural look that brings out the best of the bride's features. My makeup was flawless and the colors she chose really complimented my skin tone. She was happy to work with my naturally curly hair. She placed it into an updo without first straightening it and then re-curling it, which is the impulse of many stylists when dealing with curly hair. My makeup and hair lasted all night - through rain, humidity, and lots of dancing. Having Erika do my bridesmaids' hair and makeup gave all of us a polished look. I feel so lucky that I was able to book Erika for my big day. I highly recommend her. Do not waste your time and money comparing stylists and going to trials - just hire Erika!
