How does your venue determine the cost of the space?

Based on the number of guests for the wedding ceremony and post celebration.

Yes, our weekend wedding package includes the property for the weekend, tent, dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs and outdoor portable rest rooms.

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?

Included in our pacakge is use of the property and tent for the pre-wedding rehearsal party.

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?

We can arrange the wedding celebrant, on-site management of the logistics the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?

Yes, we provide table linens for the cocktail hour and dinner.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio?

We don't do catering...N/A. The staff would depend on the arrangements with the caterer.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

We provide a list of vendors that have worked here at the Inn for weddings, but will entertain other vendors. We just request that we have a meeting prior to the event and so they can become acquanited with the property and our logistics and requirments.

Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

No and no.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

We require the Inn to be booked for the entire weekend by the wedding party, family or wedding guests.

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?

Yes. They will need to apply for a ABC special use permit for the one day. Easy to apply for on-line.

How many power outlets does the venue have?

Too many to number.

What restrictions (if any) on decorations?

To be reviewed with Innkeeper.

What restrictions (if any) on photography?

None, that I can think of.

Music needs to end at midnight.

This is up to the bride and groom, it's their party.

Within reason...music ending at 10PM. DJ's & bands must be situated inside the tent.

If necessary, we can for a fee. This really isn't applicable to our site. We are a private property with fifteen acres in the heart of the country.

All of our weddings are outside venues under tent. The bride and groom would be responsible for the outside catering, tent rental and portable restrooms.
We do offer event management as well as full package wedding weekends, where we arrange and manage the catering, tent, tables, chairs and lighting as well as flowers.

Here a just a few items they may help you in planning. As basic as they may sound, they are important to be able to sort out and establish a plan. - Know the date, estimated guests and type of ceremony and post wedding celebration you would like when contacting venues. - Establish a total budget for your entire wedding expenses. - Establish an itemized expenses for: Cost per-personfor food & beverages. Cost for venue, musuic, photography & flowers. - If your considering a destination wedding, research the accommodations available to your guests near the ceremony and reception venue. - Have a detailed plan for the day of your wedding. - Make sure you have a "point person" you can trust to know what your expectations are the day of your wedding. Because you should not be thinking of anything, except enjoying your day!!!
