Our century-old barns have been transformed into upscale lofts with open floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, and sparkling chandeliers — the perfect blend of past and present.

Historic Farmhouse & Guest Amenities
The 3,700 sq. ft. Charleston-style farmhouse features wraparound porches, decks, and a gazebo, all beautifully renovated for modern comfort. A separate 2,000 sq. ft. game room building adds hours of entertainment for guests. Since opening our barn doors in 2013, we’ve continued to enhance the property, one of the first fifteen barns in Virginia to be fully restored for unforgettable celebrations.

All of our properties are decorated by season, creating a naturally beautiful backdrop year-round. Our NEW Gold and Platinum packages include extensive planning support, DJ services, catering (based on a 100-guest estimate), and multiple photography options with generous “allowances” for 2026–2027 weekend weddings.

Our two-story, climate-controlled ADA cedar reception barn includes antique tables, chairs, and curated seasonal décor that create warmth and charm. The adjacent ADA all-weather pavilion features three grand chandeliers, bistro lighting, and flexible spaces for rehearsal dinners, brunches, ceremonies, cocktail hours, activities and more! Rain or shine, we have you covered — with Generac generators throughout the property.
