Sinkland Farms is a multilateral wedding venue located in Christiansburg, Virginia. Beginning as a dairy farm, this pastoral paradise has since been transformed into a premier events space by Susan Sink and her family. The Sink family is proud to host some of the county’s finest family gatherings, and the farm was even awarded Best of Virginia 2018 by Virginia Living Magazine. Couples are invited to incorporate the countryside charm of Sinkland Farms into their wedding, bringing loved ones together among the majestic mountainous views.

Facilities and Capacity

This site has three main spaces over which you may spread out your celebration. Beginning in the much-adored Manor House, this stately home is lushly decorated with lively antiques and warm finishes to its overall decor. This facility can be used as a get-ready area for your wedding party. This gives you the opportunity to prepare for your day surrounded by comfort and serenity. By the glorious Tuscan Pond, you will find five acres of beautiful meadows featuring wildflower beds that change with the seasons. Your ceremony can be held on the stoned terrace here, where beyond the Palladian pillars there is a view of the aforementioned duck pond. This creates a charming backdrop against which you can share your vows in the company of your loved ones. The Tuscan Pond has a capacity of up to 250 treasured guests. The facility of The Barn is generously included as a reception area when you choose to hold your ceremony at the Tuscan Pond. The Barn is a 5,000 square foot space with high-reaching exposed beam ceilings. Its most notable feature is the chandelier that hangs from above, constructed entirely from repurposed glass bottles. Attached to this hall is a secondary barn, which serves as a back-up space for outdoor ceremonies in case of weather interruptions.

Services Offered

This venue works closely with an event planner that can aid you in the scheduling of your special day. Hand-crafted benches are also included if you choose to hold your wedding service by the Tuscan Pond. Linens can be provided for the reception, along with a chocolate fountain. Flowers for your ceremony and reception can be delivered by the in-house floral design team. Ample parking is available on-site and this venue wheelchair accessible.
