Located in Orange, Virginia, The Pavilion on Lakeland Farms is a rustic and elegant ranch-style wedding venue. The farm’s historic manor house was originally built in the 1870s and has undergone extensive restorations under the current owners. The large grounds now also host the pavilion, which was constructed specifically for event rentals and offers spectacular views of the lawns and rolling hills. The estate welcomes wedding ceremonies, receptions, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners to its dreamy and idyllic Commonwealth location.
Facilities and Capacity
Lush outdoor ceremony sites at The Pavilion at Lakeland Farms include a stone dais, a white wooden gazebo, and numerous settings around the lake. Photo opportunities are plentiful around the grounds and include the bridge over the lake and a wooden swing. For the reception dinner and dancing, the 8,000-square-foot pavilion makes for an unbeatable spot. Upon entering the event space through double front doors, guests will find themselves in a large banquet hall. This building is equipped with a built-in bar and stage, a large front staircase, a front porch, and a second-story balcony. The ballroom seats up to 250 people at round tables and boasts elaborate crystal chandeliers that drape from the ceiling, creating a sophisticated ambience. The second floor is dedicated to accommodating a get-ready suite that contains a makeup and hair styling station with a private bathroom and full shower. A large conference room on this floor can be used to host a day-after luncheon or as a waiting area. Licensed caterers can use the kitchen adjacent to the banquet hall, and members of the wedding party can gather in a separate area as guests arrive. The parking on site is well-lit with wheelchair access, and venue staff can help guide drivers to their parking spaces.
The Pavilion on Lakeland Farm can provide couples with an approved list of vendors to help with all their décor, entertainment, and flower needs. The facility's staff will be present during the event to assist with set up, clean up, and general support. Lakeland Farm also offers couples and their guests the option of staying in the two-story guest cottage for a weekend wedding of relaxation and rejuvenation.
