Elena was incredibly professional and helpful when we contacted her to discuss the possibility of getting married in Italy. She was able to answer our questions in detail and with honesty: we felt like she was telling us the truth rather than just saying what we wanted to hear. After the call, she quickly followed up with a detailed list of stunning places with availability based on our preferred dates and guest numbers. In the end, we were unable to proceed due to budget issues, but we have no doubt that Elena would have planned a beautiful wedding for us. We would highly recommend Elena to anyone looking to get married in Italy!

Everything we ever dreamed of
Elena was the best decision we made when it came to choosing a wedding planner. We had interviewed a few different planners but felt we connected with her the most due to her honesty about absolutely everything (which is so rare with anyone these days) . Elena was able to work with us when we decided to move our wedding date to the same year after changing our mind. We chose instead to have an intimate wedding with just parents and siblings. She was able to accommodate every request we had when looking for vendors to align with our taste and style. Elena went above and beyond the actual week of the wedding by helping us with every single (little or big) thing we needed at our rental property which is we had the wedding ceremony. Elena never said no to us not once! She found a way to make everything work no matter the circumstance. Elena made everything work within our budget and on our time schedule. We cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding day turned out to be . I cried and hugged her at the same time let her know she made our dreams into a reality. Elena was a dream!
I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. We interviewed a few others and I felt an instant connection with her. She is professional, patient, kind, and funny. She was extremely accommodating and never once said no to any of our requests. She provided the best vendors all within budget. She went above and beyond for the wedding weekend including running to the pharmacy for me when I was sick. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor always made us feel at ease. The only negative is that we don't get to have our regular calls with her anymore.

Blessed to have found Elena from Italian wedding Designer, she made our dream wedding in Tuscany come true!
Really don’t know where to begin and how to thank Elena enough! We contacted so many planners and went to meet some in Italy but we were never truly happy as they just couldn’t give us what we wanted. We always felt that we had to compromise towards their needs. That all changed when we were recommended Elena. She went above and beyond for us! She was our everything and we could not have asked for more. We had our dream Tuscan wedding in September 2022 and all of our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t have done any of it without Elena, she was honest and genuinely wanted to make our dream wedding happen.

We reached out to her from Canada as soon as we made the decision to elope with our parents to Tuscany, Italy. She promptly responded to all of our our initial questions with a warmth we felt over email instantly. Through the planning process she had patience with our queries and always provided detailed responses to put us at ease. Her communication with us through email and skype phone calls was seamless. She was efficient at always providing us detailed information from vendors and assisting us with the decision process.
Our day was absolutely magical. Silvia made everything seem effortless, making decisions and coordinating with vendors while we could live in the moment and enjoy the day. She was consistently positive though the entire process making it such a fun experience.

My husband and I worked with Elena to plan our destination wedding in Maremma, Italy, and worked with the larger team during the actual, three-day wedding. We could not be more grateful for their incredible work! If you're planning a wedding in Italy, Elena is the way to go. Not only is she an amazing, talented professional, she’s also a kind, generous and down to earth person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding so much easier for us. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. We literally can’t get over of how perfect was our wedding day was! Every little thing, the IWD team had under control. Even when we hit a couple roadblocks with vendors earlier in our planning process, Elena helped to smooth the path. As the bride, I didn't have a thing to worry about from the moment the rehearsal dinner started to the very last party on the third day. Most awesome team you can get for italy wedding!
Elena & her team ( we met Sylvia ) are very professional, patient, and flexible. They are super responsive to your messages and will try to accommodate your needs & requests in the best possible way. The one year preparation for our destination wedding is smooth, though we face visa challenges which they helped to solve as well !! In the end, our wedding in Lake Como is a dream come true. We did everything virtually, from virtual meeting to virtual venue tour. But in the end, everything is just as beautiful as we have imagined. Even more amazing beyond our wildest imagination. Elena & her team at Italian wedding designer is the best team you can get, in terms of service, price, and everything. They managed all the vendors, recommended the best vendors & venues, reminded you with budget & payment deadlines, helped with every little details, which we know not easy of a task at all. Perfect day and perfect planner!!
Elena went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most amazing and special day. We were planning for two years and without her help and guidance we would definitely be lost.
Elena was always very responsive and communicative. Her experience and passion for wedding planning really showed in all our interactions with her. She helped us choose the best vendors in line with our vision and budget, and on the days of our events she was there from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly.
Elena did more than we could’ve expected to relieve us of so many stresses both in the two years of planning and on the days themselves. Her calm demeanour really helps put you at ease but you can definitely trust that she’ll get stuff done. As well as making sure that we were looked after, she made sure that our guests were well taken care of, and helped us with all the hotel and transport liaisons, etc.
We really can’t recommend Elena highly enough. She was the main reason our day was so perfect and we couldn’t have done it without her.

Linda was so great to work with while planning our destination wedding in Italy. She kept all the details in line so I didn’t have to worry :) she had good relationships with all the vendors which I believe helps make a successful event. She worked with us through some of the changes we had to make, like postponing our event due to covid. Literally nothing went wrong our entire wedding weekend. Even the guests were amazed with how smoothly everything went and how magical it was.

We were recommended Elena's services by our venue, and we couldn't have been more fortunate as such. Even before we officially hired Elena, she provided us with an excellent summary of what we would need to think about as well as what she would offer by way of service. The fact is that she offered us more than we could ever have expected, particularly with the way that we had to reorganize our wedding multiple times due to COVID. She was a rockstar and we would have been completely lost without her. I don’t even know where to begin because our wedding was two years in the making and there are so many good things to say about Elena. She understood our specific vision, and when we pushed her to find certain things she always delivered. She made planning from afar fun and simple, always presenting us with a range of options and helping us with decisions. We are thrilled with the results and we couldn’t have done it without her. She went out of her way to not only help with the wedding but also with the trip as a whole for our guests. Booking transportation, meals, villas, etc. She made herself completely available throughout the 5 days we were in Tuscany. And not only did she go out of her way for us, but for our guests too. Destination wedding in Tuscany
The first time my husband and I visited Tuscany, we immediately knew we had to get married there someday. We're from Singapore and thus knew we had to get a wedding planner on board to help plan our wedding - we were very lucky to have met Silvia very early on in our planning process. She gave us many venue options and gave us sound advice for each option. We visited Italy only once before the wedding to narrow down on the venue and meet the vendors - Silvia and Elena were there to guide us through that process. Silvia also has a great eye for design, colour and floral arrangements - so if that is important to you, she is your go to person.
We had our wedding celebrations over two days and Silvia was there throughout those days ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. We didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying our wedding celebrations those 2 days.

Professional, friendly and bilingual wedding planner in Italy
We have really enjoyed working with Elena, she is smart, savvy and understood our vision and needs to deliver our dream wedding in Italy.
Elena has great English and can converse both verbally and written with ease. She is positive, calm and patient with a relaxed manner which suited our personalities perfectly. She helped to liaise with all of the suppliers and venue for a two day event for 80+ people, it all ran smoothly and to plan.
Elena has been such a joy to work with planning our wedding and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.
We spoke to other Italian planners who seemed a little too pretentious and had their way of doing things, Elena is flexible and helped us in every aspect of our wedding where we needed, even sourcing Chinese lion dancers! She was supportive on the day, but not too conspicuous which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day, we didn't need to worry about anything.
Elena was so genuinely happy for us, we will be keeping in touch with her because she is such an amazing person!

Destination wedding and dream come true!
Finding Elena to plan our wedding was instrumental and the best decision we made. Planning a destination wedding is more than you think. We first thought we could plan this on our own but we quickly knew we were out of our league. We are so fortunate to have spent a year planning with Elena. She is truly a special person and she always will have a piece of our hearts. She gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process. She is so responsive ( we communicated via Skype, email, and WhatsApp). We had so many questions during the planning process, and she worked thought it all with us. We stayed on track and kept to our schedule. She turned our dream into a reality. She assisted with a rehearsal/welcome dinner and the wedding day. Every detail was perfect. She stuck by our side through every moment and consulted us for every decision. Without Elena’s expertise, dedication, and passion, our day would not have been the same. She was on top of every moment and removed our stress. Whenever I thought of something new or get nervous about another detail, she was 10 steps ahead. Dream maker!
Elena was the best investment we made for our wedding! She was incredibly helpful and flexible for the entire process. We expected planning an international wedding to be hard but working with her made it so easy! The time leading up to the wedding, we relied on her expertise a lot. We found her through our venue (Castelo di Montalto), so we'd already booked at the time that we started working with her. We flew over to see the venue and meet with her. Even though it was a short trip, she arranged meetings with caterers and photographers for us. It was a lot to do, but she planned it out so well that it didn't feel overwhelming. Then, as we started narrowing options, she worked with us to get the best value for our budget.
The day of the wedding, I couldn't believe how smoothly everything came together. I felt no stress that day, just happiness seeing this dream come true. It has been three months and our guests can't stop talking about how magical the day was.

We couldn't have planned our destination wedding without this amazing team!
My husband and I visited Lake Como 3 years ago and loved the area. We also love Italian culture and food and knew we wanted to celebrate our special day there. We were so fortunate to have met Silvia from Italian Wedding Designer early on in the planning process. She was extremely instrumental in helping plan our wedding down to the minute details. She was always very flexible and helped research and negotiate prices with vendors. She had a great eye for design and was able to give us great recommendations on the flowers and lighting decor. She even helped plan our welcome party and farewell brunch and was there all weekend to help facilitate.
The weekend flew by so quickly and we had an amazing time celebrating with friends and family. We really couldn't have planned our destination wedding without Silvia and the rest of the amazing team. The venue was beautifully decorated and the wedding day's events were well planned. The team hustled to make sure everything was set up properly and photographers/videographers/caterers/DJ, etc were where they should be.
We miss talking to Silvia now that the wedding has passed, but we know she's busy planning the next round of amazing weddings. We highly recommend booking the team before their schedule fills up for the season!

I don’t know where to start...Elena is just incredible. From the minute I met her she seemed to understand exactly what I wanted my dream wedding to be like and had lots of ideas, she was genuinely excited and that was it for me I didn’t not look anywhere else. I have made the best decision choosing her to be our wedding planner. It really was the most beautiful day of our lives. I have never met anyone who works so hard with the biggest smile on her face. We live in London so Elena and I communicated via email. She nor only planned our wedding day, she organised the rehearsal dinner, she planned welcome drinks for our guests on a rooftop in Florence. She organised a after wedding brunch, booked hotel rooms, booked my nail appointment, when I was bit by a mosquito she was there with a mosquito repellent (didn’t even ask her for it) the list goes on. I can’t thank her enough! Our wedding day was incredible she was there every step of the way and when she saw me in my wedding dress for the first time I saw tears in her eyes. I still here from my guests that this was the most beautiful and romantic wedding they have ever been too and even if they tried they could not fault anything.
