If I could give Sara, Adele and Emanuela more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we began planning our destination wedding in Rome, Italy, we knew we were in incredible hands. Over the course of an entire year, Sara, Adele, and later on Emanuela became so much more than wedding planners—they became trusted partners, problem-solvers, confidantes, and ultimately friends. They flawlessly planned and coordinated our entire 3 day wedding weekend, including two unforgettable welcome events—one at a stunning rooftop venue overlooking Rome and another along the river—as well as our wedding day at the breathtaking Villa. Every event was executed with absolute perfection, and every detail was thoughtfully considered from start to finish. What truly sets these planners apart is not only their organization, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail, but the genuine care they have for their couples and guests. Throughout the planning process, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and consistently went above and beyond in ways we never could have imagined. No challenge was too big, no request was too small, and they handled every situation with positivity, and expertise. The entire weekend felt effortless from our perspective because of the immense amount of work happening behind the scenes. From coordinating vendors and timelines to handling last-minute requests and ensuring every guest felt cared for, they thought of absolutely everything. Looking back, our wedding weekend exceeded every dream we ever had. It was magical, seamless, emotional, and unforgettable—and we owe so much of that to this extraordinary team. Hiring Alessandra, Martina, and the Exclusive Italy Weddings team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I had my wedding at La Dogana in April of this year, and Eleonora was the best wedding planner I could have ever asked for. I am a very type-B person and tend to go with the flow, but from the very beginning, Eleonora took the reins and made planning a destination wedding feel effortless. Loretta from Romeo & Juliet helped us plan the perfect wedding for almost two years. We were nervous to get married in Italy as American citizens due to all of the legal work to make it happen, but R&J was there every step of the way from sending us a stateside checklist, to meeting us at the consulate in Rome (which was 4 hours from our actual wedding venue), to legalizing our marriage certificate and sending it home to us after we were already on the plane back to the US. Their team had an absolutely fantastic lineup of recommended vendors and always helped us find solutions to any problems we ran in to. Day of, their team also orchestrated absolutely everything, I truly could not have wished for a more beautiful and perfect wedding weekend in Portovenere. Loretta was just the best, my only negative is that I don't get to work with her anymore now that our wedding is over!

Planning a destination wedding from abroad felt scary, but from day one, Simona made the entire process easier. She was much more than a wedding planner, she was a trusted advisor, guide, and partner throughout the journey. She was incredibly kind and felt like part of the family making the planning so much easier. What truly set Simona apart was how invested she was in creating the perfect experience for us. She spent days with us in Italy touring venues, attending food tastings, and helping us evaluate every detail so we could make the best decisions. Her recommendations for vendors were exceptional, and every vendor she introduced us to exceeded our expectations. Over the course of our entire wedding weekend—from our welcome pizza party, to our wedding day, to our pool party celebration—every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. We absolutely loved working with Mariana at Distinctive Italy Weddings! From our very first conversation, she was warm, incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She had wonderful ideas and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and help us explore all of the possibilities for a beautiful wedding in Italy. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided not to move forward with an Italy wedding because the logistics of bringing a large wedding party and family overseas became more than we could reasonably take on. We truly wish we could have made it work, because Mariana was wonderful throughout the entire process. Even though we did not end up booking, I wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Mariana and the time and attention she gave us. I would absolutely recommend her and Distinctive Italy Weddings to anyone dreaming of a wedding in Italy. You will be in wonderful hands!
