We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Benedetta. She did an absolutely amazing job at the Rome Cavalieri and took care of everything — from the music and flowers to the table settings and all the little details in between. Benedetta was incredibly helpful as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was a great liaison between all of our vendors — especially our florist — and made sure everything stayed on track without ever feeling rushed or stressful. Benedetta was the wedding coordinator for our daughter’s destination wedding. My daughter had a very good idea as to what she wanted in her Italian dream wedding, so we didn’t need a traditional wedding planner. She needed a wedding coordinator, somebody that could guide in the process of getting to contact all the vendors, in some cases help find vendors, and in coordinating the whole process the last week leading up to the wedding. Benedetta did a beautiful job. She was very responsive the entire time and was instrumental in dealing with the language barrier between us and the many vendors. She also advised us in all the local regulations and law requirements, and very importantly helped us navigate the transfer of info between our parish in the US and the wedding church in Italy. I have to say: the florist that she secured for the wedding did an incredible job. Every single floral arrangement was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Benedetta helped us in making a dream wedding come true.

The absolute best day of my life!! The attention to detail was perfect!! Benedetta took care of absolutely everything even some of my strange requests like Scottish thistles and gold cutlery!! On the day Benedetta ensured she was with us every step of the way. Hair and make up trial was arranged before the wedding which was fab. The venue was unreal first getting married in the Vatican with the most wonderful opera singer and quartet. The reception was on a rooftop terrace over looking the Vatican with the most amazing band including a saxophonist and violinist . My family and friends also had the best day. My family had a few dietary requirements all of which were met. The meal was the best meal I have probably ever had along with the finest wine. The Bentley was out of this world and pictures stunning. Benedetta made all of my dreams come true and I can’t recommend Benedetta enough.

Myself and my fiancee (now wife!) Contacted Benedetta at Wed In Rome just over a year prior to our proposed wedding date.

We spoke to Benedetta via video call (we are from the UK) and gave some details of what we were looking for. Benedetta took on board all our needs and set about putting plans in place to make our dream day come true.

Over the next year we visited Rome twice, firstly to speak with the priest at Santa Anna and arrange a date for our wedding. Benedetta was invaluable here, taking on board all our needs and answering all our questions. We also visited our proposed reception venue and got a feel for the place. Again, Benedetta helped answer all the questions we had and was great at liaising between the venue and ourselves.

Over the following months we were in regular communication; with Benedettta answering all our questions - and we had lots! We did present Benedetta with challenges, such as our choice of wedding vehicle or chsnges in the wedding meal, however each time Benedetta rose to the challenge and met our needs.

A second visit to Rome allowed my fiancee to partake in a hair and make up trial and allowed us also to iron out any other issues. We also had dinner at our wedding reception venue, arranged by Benedetta. This really put our minds at ease as the food and service was outstanding.

Benedetta could not have been more helpful, always meeting our needs...even going so far as to buy us gold cutlery for our reception... these small touches really made a huge difference.

Paperwork and the legal side of things was fully explained and taken care of by Wed In Rome. Every step of the way was well communicated in this regard.

The day itself was, in a word, perfect. From the cantor and quartet in the church to the saxophonist and and violinist and our reception, down to the flowers for the bridal party, and the centrepieces on the table, every single aspect of what we asked for was met and indeed exceeded our wishes.
