Benedetta through WedinRome is seriously the best of the best. I was a little nervous being American and getting married outside of the country while communicating with someone I’ve never met, but I was truly blessed. Our day could not have been more perfect. She was so kind, helpful, caring, and on top of things! She made sure I was happy with everything and was so supportive. She even drove me to my hair trial and stayed with me. She also goes out of her way to make sure her client is happy. She went out and bought flowers for my hair that same day. Her work amazes me. She gave me and my husband the best day of our lives. I 100% recommend her to anyone anywhere!❤️

We had the absolute best time working with Francesca and the whole Wedding Issue team! They are incredibly talented, creative, and responsive. Their vendor recommendations and vendor management was top tier. They took away the stress and uncertainty of planning an international wedding. They truly cared about every detail of our welcome party and wedding day, and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of! The execution of our vision, which they were instrumental in curating, was truly unbelievable - to this day we can't believe how incredible our wedding was, and these amazing ladies are to thank for that!

Our path to finding Claudio and Gabriele was not at all what I had originally envisioned. As a typical type A ICU nurse, I had my heart set on a cruise wedding with family and friends. We even tested our first cruise to be sure we could “stomach” the ship and booked the wedding while still on board. With just a handful of family and friends—five rooms total—it was small but exactly the size we wanted. Unfortunately, the planning process with the cruise line quickly became stressful. The off-ship coordinator didn’t show up for our first meeting, response times were painfully slow (48 business hours meant more like 8 days if a holiday was not involved), and our choices kept being shifted around. Eventually, they even told us they couldn’t marry us officially because we “would not be in international waters.” I couldn’t shake the feeling that they weren’t invested in a wedding of our size. That’s when I started searching for planners in Rome or along our other stops. A quick Google search led me to QDC Weddings. From our very first meeting with Claudio and Gabriele, I knew they were the right choice. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly, responses were prompt, and—most importantly—there was complete transparency throughout the process. For the first time, I didn’t feel the need to lean into my type A tendencies. I trusted them fully. Of course, I fact-checked things at first, but time and again they proved to be absolutely spot-on with venues, vendors, and options. Our wedding day turned out more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I was relaxed, comfortable, and able to enjoy every moment with our loved ones because I knew the experts had everything in hand. Claudio and Gabriele delivered not just the wedding we hoped for, but one that exceeded our dreams in every way. They are true artists who elevate every detail, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with them, trust their vision—you’ll end up with a wedding even better than you imagined.

Giovanna helped us plan our dream 60-person wedding weekend in Rome. From the first call to our trips out to Italy, she was kind, patient and incredibly supportive. She organised full venue-hunting itineraries, even driving us around, and guided us through every detail until we found the perfect spot: Palazzo Brancaccio. After that, she moved quickly to propose suppliers, shape the look and feel of the day, and manage communication and time zones — keeping everyone aligned, even when we kept changing our minds! She was also very helpful with the huge amount of paperwork required for our legal ceremony On the day itself, Giovanna and Silvia made everything run seamlessly. They honoured every detail we’d asked for, kept the timeline tight without pressure, handled any hiccups quietly, and let us stay present and enjoy it. In short, our ceremony and party were more beautiful than we imagined, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Giovanna and Silvia!

People say your wedding is the best day of your life. I honestly didn’t understand what that meant until now. We had the most beautiful ceremony and epic party, all thanks to Ilaria’s INCREDIBLE work and support! This wedding was planned entirely from abroad, often times we were so busy moving countries we were not the most responsive, even so Ilaria pushed everything forward, found the best vendors, great prices, and delivered the wedding of our dreams.
