Elisa was my wedding planner on my destination wedding in Rome. The ceremony and wedding was amazing, beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. Elisa showed us the most amazing venue in Rome and provided the best services along the way. Elisa understood our needs and our vision of the whole party and also really helped us when major problems occurred. I would highly recommend her services

When my husband and I decided to host a party in Italy, I went straight to google to find a good planner - because we live in California, and wanted to work with someone who was fluent in the language. I met with a few different planners, in early summer 2024, and Ilaria, from Italian Event Planners, really stood out to me. She was friendly, personable, and made me feel like she and her team could make our dreams a reality. We decided to move forward with Italian Event Planners because they offered the most customizable planning options and had great communication styles. We exchanged many emails back and forth, as well as phone calls and WhatsApp messages, describing our vision for the event. Ilaria was a great resource in the initial stages of planning - sending us venue options to look at and outlining the various pros and cons of each based on what we wanted. My husband and I decided to make a trip to Italy for vacation and to scope out venues before making any big decisions. We coordinated with IEP to spend a few days in Tuscany touring venues that they had shared with us online. After some travel mishaps, we made it to Tuscany where Ilaria and Annachiara picked us up from the train station and drove us all over Tuscany. We were able to tour about 6 sites. They were the most gracious hostesses - driving us around, treating us to lunch, and building a friendship that will last forever. We found the perfect venue for our party, that quickly turned into 3 events, and then we were off to the races. Booking a band, a photographer, hair & make up, and all of the other details that go along with a big event. The party weekend arrived, and once Ilaria and Annachiara showed up we knew that everything was going to be handled with great care! They were professional, great resources, and handled all of the details so that we could enjoy the weekend with our friends and family - from putting the welcome gifts into the guest rooms, to coordinating the payment of the vendors, to decorating the spaces, to driving us between the events and our room, to stringing bistro lights (or as they call them: “Fairy lights”) over the family style dinner table where we hosted our main event - the list goes on! (They also brought the world’s best fixer, Antonio!) The three days were pure magic, a dream come true that neither of us knew we had dreamt. It was so special, and the event wouldn’t have been so beautiful, run so seamlessly, been such a success without the help of the Italian Event Planners team. I would trust them with any event that I host in the future - Italy or anywhere! Ilaria and Annachiara have become part of our family and look forward to more events in our future!

We had a perfect experience with Just Amore. Everything to the smallest detail was perfectly planned, which meant that we were very relaxed and confident on the day of the wedding, despite our wedding being very big. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Benedetta. She did an absolutely amazing job at the Rome Cavalieri and took care of everything — from the music and flowers to the table settings and all the little details in between. She coordinated the entire event flawlessly and even stayed until the very end of the night to make sure everything ran smoothly. In the lead-up to the wedding, her communication was excellent and so reassuring — she always made us feel on track, never stressed, and completely supported. Thanks to Benedetta, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was in the best hands. Highly, highly recommend her.

Risceglieremmo The Wedding Issue ANCORA, ANCORA E ANCORA!!! Inizialmente non eravamo sicuri di volerci far supportare da qualcuno nell’organizzazione del nostro matrimonio ma avevamo necessariamente bisogno di una mano. È bastata la prima call, è stata fiducia a prima vista! Quello che speravamo è che il risultato, la nostra giornata, rendesse perfettamente l’idea di Ginevra&Gabriele e così è stato… tutto rispecchiava le nostre personalità! Our path to finding Claudio and Gabriele was not at all what I had originally envisioned. As a typical type A ICU nurse, I had my heart set on a cruise wedding with family and friends. We even tested our first cruise to be sure we could “stomach” the ship and booked the wedding while still on board. With just a handful of family and friends—five rooms total—it was small but exactly the size we wanted. Unfortunately, the planning process with the cruise line quickly became stressful. The off-ship coordinator didn’t show up for our first meeting, response times were painfully slow (48 business hours meant more like 8 days if a holiday was not involved), and our choices kept being shifted around. Eventually, they even told us they couldn’t marry us officially because we “would not be in international waters.” I couldn’t shake the feeling that they weren’t invested in a wedding of our size. That’s when I started searching for planners in Rome or along our other stops. A quick Google search led me to QDC Weddings. From our very first meeting with Claudio and Gabriele, I knew they were the right choice. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly, responses were prompt, and—most importantly—there was complete transparency throughout the process. For the first time, I didn’t feel the need to lean into my type A tendencies. I trusted them fully. Our wedding day turned out more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Giovanna helped us plan our dream 60-person wedding weekend in Rome. From the first call to our trips out to Italy, she was kind, patient and incredibly supportive. She organised full venue-hunting itineraries, even driving us around, and guided us through every detail until we found the perfect spot: Palazzo Brancaccio. After that, she moved quickly to propose suppliers, shape the look and feel of the day, and manage communication and time zones — keeping everyone aligned, even when we kept changing our minds! She was also very helpful with the huge amount of paperwork required for our legal ceremony On the day itself, Giovanna and Silvia made everything run seamlessly. They honoured every detail we’d asked for, kept the timeline tight without pressure, handled any hiccups quietly, and let us stay present and enjoy it. In short, our ceremony and party were more beautiful than we imagined, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Giovanna and Silvia!

From the very first meeting, Ilaria impressed us with her professionalism and creativity. Finally, her sensitivity to cultural details was remarkable – I am Irish and my wife Tunisian – she really took time to understand our traditions and incorporated them seamlessly into the celebration and made both our families super happy!
