It is with joy and gratitude that I write this review for The Wedding Issue! This exceptional team planned our July 2025 wedding, and I cannot imagine having done it without them. For over a year, they were consistently professional, detail-oriented, personable, trustworthy and impressively organized.

Planning a destination wedding from NYC seemed overwhelming at first, but The Wedding Issue truly made the process seamless. From the start, they guided us through every major decision—helping us choose a location and venue that truly reflected who we are as a couple. Their vendor recommendations were outstanding, and they continuously went above and beyond—coordinating thoughtful touches like arranging companion accommodations for my grandmother or helping us find a videographer a week before the wedding when we changed our mind about the service.

Cultural representation through music was particularly important to us, and they understood that completely. They worked closely with two DJs to ensure our vision came to life perfectly. Every element of the celebration felt intentional and personal.

Their artistry and attention to detail were simply superb. The graphic design for our save-the-dates and invitations was stunning—true works of art—and the same elegant aesthetic carried over beautifully to our wedding website and wedding decor. On the wedding day itself, the floral design and event styling were breathtaking. Guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. A few even asked if we could host a second wedding just so they could relive it!

Throughout the entire day, The Wedding Issue team was calm, supportive and composed—so professional and reassuring. Every detail was accounted for and taken care of by the team.

My husband and I had limited free time to plan the wedding, so we especially appreciated how seamless The Wedding Issue made the entire process. Coming from fast-paced work environments, we value responsiveness, efficiency, and follow-through—and The Wedding Issue absolutely delivered. Their organization, communication, and attention to detail were truly unmatched.

The whole team at The Wedding Issue helped to create the most phenomenal day of our lives. I cannot praise them enough! They created the vision that we wanted, and this group of woman are just incredible to work with - truly miss having our meetings to talk through details! Kind, confident and impressive - they are a sparkling team of the best wedding planners in Italy (in my opinion!). They handled all my thoughts, ideas, random emails with such grace and truly created the most magical experience for both the wedding planning, as well as our extraordinary three day wedding celebrations! Chiara and the rest of the team were incredible partners when it came to planning & executing our Florence wedding. I live abroad, and they were extremely flexible with scheduling and making themselves available at any time. They were essential in helping find and coordinate with the vendors. They even helped me find a casino company (not a common request in Italy!) As someone who does not speak great Italian it simply would have been impossible without them. They were also great with getting multiple quotes to make sure we were getting the best quality and service. They were heavily involved day-of, making sure everything was perfectly on time. On top of it all, they were lovely people to work with! I cannot say enough great things about their team.

The Wedding Issue ladies were the best! It’s not easy to plan a wedding in another country but these ladies made me feel comfortable about every aspect of the planning. They were on top of every detail and provided the best guidance. It was wonderful to have them handle all the vendors for us. Every detail was flawless and they were a joy to work with!
