It is with joy and gratitude that I write this review for The Wedding Issue! This exceptional team planned our July 2025 wedding, and I cannot imagine having done it without them. For over a year, they were consistently professional, detail-oriented, personable, trustworthy and impressively organized.
Planning a destination wedding from NYC seemed overwhelming at first, but The Wedding Issue truly made the process seamless. From the start, they guided us through every major decision—helping us choose a location and venue that truly reflected who we are as a couple. Their vendor recommendations were outstanding, and they continuously went above and beyond—coordinating thoughtful touches like arranging companion accommodations for my grandmother or helping us find a videographer a week before the wedding when we changed our mind about the service.
Cultural representation through music was particularly important to us, and they understood that completely. They worked closely with two DJs to ensure our vision came to life perfectly. Every element of the celebration felt intentional and personal.
Their artistry and attention to detail were simply superb. The graphic design for our save-the-dates and invitations was stunning—true works of art—and the same elegant aesthetic carried over beautifully to our wedding website and wedding decor. On the wedding day itself, the floral design and event styling were breathtaking. Guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. A few even asked if we could host a second wedding just so they could relive it!
Throughout the entire day, The Wedding Issue team was calm, supportive and composed—so professional and reassuring. Every detail was accounted for and taken care of by the team.
My husband and I had limited free time to plan the wedding, so we especially appreciated how seamless The Wedding Issue made the entire process. Coming from fast-paced work environments, we value responsiveness, efficiency, and follow-through—and The Wedding Issue absolutely delivered. Their organization, communication, and attention to detail were truly unmatched.

We had the absolute best time working with Francesca and the whole Wedding Issue team! They are incredibly talented, creative, and responsive. Their vendor recommendations and vendor management was top tier. They took away the stress and uncertainty of planning an international wedding. They truly cared about every detail of our welcome party and wedding day, and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of! The execution of our vision, which they were instrumental in curating, was truly unbelievable - to this day we can't believe how incredible our wedding was, and these amazing ladies are to thank for that! -

Inizialmente non eravamo sicuri di volerci far supportare da qualcuno nell’organizzazione del nostro matrimonio ma avevamo necessariamente bisogno di una mano. È bastata la prima call, è stata fiducia a prima vista! Quello che speravamo è che il risultato, la nostra giornata, rendesse perfettamente l’idea di Ginevra&Gabriele e così è stato… tutto rispecchiava le nostre personalità! I nostri ringraziamenti non renderanno mai abbastanza il loro merito. Francesca è empatia, pazienza, ascolto, soluzioni…una vera gemma preziosa. Most incredible wedding planning team!
The whole team at The Wedding Issue helped to create the most phenomenal day of our lives. I cannot praise them enough! From the start, they guided us seamlessly through finding a venue, creating a budget and finding all the vendors that fit our dream for our wedding day. Every vendor recommendation was precisely what we were looking for our Tuscan wedding. They created the vision that we wanted, and this group of woman are just incredible to work with - truly miss having our meetings to talk through details! Kind, confident and impressive - they are a sparkling team of the best wedding planners in Italy (in my opinion!). They handled all my thoughts, ideas, random emails with such grace and truly created the most magical experience for both the wedding planning, as well as our extraordinary three day wedding celebrations! I could not have imagined a more perfect day for our family and friends, and The Wedding Issue made it happen. -

Hiring The Wedding Issue for my wedding as our planners was the best decision I have ever made. There was no request they could not complete, their suggestions came with experience and elegance. Half of my friends who came to my wedding insist they are having a destination wedding now. And I know the planners for them!
I owe Francesca everything. She took care of every detail and if there were any disasters or emergencies, I never knew! I could not recommend her enough. The team at the The Wedding Issue gave me an unforgettable days. I could not be more grateful to them. -

Chiara and the rest of the team were incredible partners when it came to planning & executing our Florence wedding. I live abroad, and they were extremely flexible with scheduling and making themselves available at any time. They were essential in helping find and coordinate with the vendors. They even helped me find a casino company (not a common request in Italy!) As someone who does not speak great Italian it simply would have been impossible without them. They were also great with getting multiple quotes to make sure we were getting the best quality and service. They were heavily involved day-of, making sure everything was perfectly on time. On top of it all, they were lovely people to work with! I cannot say enough great things about their team. -

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with the whole team at The Wedding Issue (Francesca, Illaria, Chiara and Jasscel) for our wedding on June 28 and we cannot recommend them enough! They joined our project after we had already started planning a little bit and did an amazing job jumping right in. Francesca’s calm and supportive presence made the whole planning process much easier, and I truly cannot imagine what this day would have been like without the whole team’s help. From the moment we started working together, the team took the time to truly understand our vision and to make sure every aspect of the day reflected us. From the stationary to the food to playlists to the flow of the day to small cultural traditions we wanted to include to clubbing afterwards, they nailed every detail! For every vendor they presented us with a variety of options, and they always took the time to talk through the choices with us which was helpful. They even found a bilingual French- English officiant for us (no easy feat in Italy, I am sure!). They were always so quick to respond (to both whatsapp and email) whether we had questions for them, questions for a vendor or just overall worries. I know they did so much work behind the scenes with all of the vendors that we aren’t even aware of that truly made our wedding amazing. The day was absolutely perfect -

Francesca and the girls at The Wedding Issue were more than we ever could have hoped for! Planning a wedding from the US in Italy seemed like a daunting task—we didn’t even know where to start. But once we found The Wedding Issue, all our planning stress melted away.
From the moment we began working with them, everything was seamless. They helped us with every detail, from finding the perfect venue to helping select a photographer, and from arranging hair and makeup to curating the food and overall colors and design. Their expertise and connections made the entire process so much easier than we could have ever imagined.
Communication was always easy and accessible, despite the time difference between NYC and Italy, the team made sure to accommodate our schedules with regular zoom calls and emails. We always felt informed and involved, and my emails with too many questions were always answered :)
The wedding weekend itself turned out to be everything I had ever dreamed of and more - my Pinterest board had come to life! The design, the atmosphere, the flow of the day - everything was perfect. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful and flawless celebration. The team handled every detail with such ease and professionalism, allowing us to completely enjoy our special day without a single worry.

My husband and I did a destination wedding in Tuscany, Italy last month. It was two years in the making. We vetted four different wedding planners. I remember the Wedding Issue being the last candidate we interviewed. We were sold from the moment they presented their past work and detailed what they will do for us. The team was very in tuned with our needs and particularly in-touch with what's trendy. They relied on my Pinterest board to give them an idea on the kind of designs we would want for our wedding day and reception. What's really important for us was that they were available to us whenever we had questions, considering that we live in Los Angeles and they're based in Rome. Because of the 9-hour difference, they were very considerate of our time when we do our Zoom calls for planning. Franci, Jasscel and Ilaria, thank you for helping us realize the wedding of our dreams! -

Worth their weight in gold
My now husband and I got engaged late in 2021 and wanted to be married in less than a year - October 2022. We had alot to do in a short time and planned to get married in Italy so figured having local planners to help us would be the way to go. We found the Wedding Issue here on the wedding wire. We loved them because a) they are lovely, friendly girls and b) they offered planning, styling and stationery design as one package which is a pretty unique offering.
Francesca, Jasscel and Ilaria are incredible planners. Francesca offered great advice, Jasscel designed be most beautiful stationery, and together they found us incredible vendors who bought our very particular ideas to life.
Where they really shone was on the wedding weekend itself: we had 3 events - welcome dinner, wedding, and next-day brunch. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. They setup and styled absolutely everything, they wrangled vendors and guests, they kept the events on time. I couldn't have been more calm and relaxed if I tried!
I love these women and I will be forever grateful for their help and support. HIRE THEM. -

We started to plan our wedding by ourselves. We do live abroad Italy and therefore the organisation was from Denmark. We understood 3 months before the wedding that we would have need a support. To be us in loco. The girls saved us by helping with already chosen vendor and complete the full list of missing vendors. Of course they helped to coordinate all of them and to coordinate the day of the wedding. We felt them very close and passionate. The wedding was a success. They are always present and very elegant. Very very recommended. -

We met by chance. Our previous experience hadn't been great and we were hesitating on the next step in our wedding preparations.
And there they arrived, our angels Ilaria Francesca and Jasscel: Three wonderwomen who know how to do their job, because they love it and are able to share their passion from the first moment.
They made sure that our much desired day fully reflected our wishes, from the set-ups to the food and location, everything went well beyond our expectations, they made sure that everything worked perfectly and made it magical by making our guests breathe our feelings.
Each of them with their specific responsibility and attitude, they were available to us at all times, we felt accompanied and reassured that our day was surely going to be truly amazing for us and our guests and made sure we fully experienced the most beautiful day of our life together.

We are a couple from the States, so we were very excited yet hesitant to get married in Italy. The Wedding Issue team walked us through every single step, taking the fear out of it! They found the most wonderful vendors for our big day and were very patient with our million questions. On our wedding day, I feel like I always had a team member by my side. Whatever my husband and I needed they were right there ready to help! We could not wipe the smiles off our faces the whole day!! We loved working with them so much they made it such a fun experience! -
