Fabiana did an absolutely incredible job planning our wedding in Tuscany. She guided us through every detail—from the table settings and flowers to the music, menu, and ceremony—with care and expertise. The venue she recommended exceeded all expectations and was even more magical in person than we ever imagined. Fabiana is both incredibly friendly and highly professional, and she made the experience of planning a destination wedding feel seamless and far less daunting. On the wedding day, she and her team handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment while ensuring the day ran smoothly for both us and our guests. We cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone planning a wedding in Italy.

Meeting the MusicalViolino team was fantastic! Extremely skilled and versatile musicians, suitable for any request. Their very convenient package also includes Wedding Planner assistance (they are even three people!) saving quite a bit. We chose the beautiful white piano for the ceremony accompanied by the string quartet, and for the cocktail hour we completely changed it up, taking advantage of Alessandro's saxophone skills. What else can I say: the guests had fun with their Photo Booth taking endless selfies, Alessandro even acted as the vocalist, cheerfully announcing us at dinner and making the guests sing between courses; at the cake cutting he lit up his LED violin and with the cold fountains (I must say really professional and very tall) he captivated everyone; the music for our first dance, always performed with the illuminated violin, was touching and gave us emotions that will always remain in our hearts. The DJ rocked the party together with Alessandro, making us dance from the aperitif, and at the after party he went all out, even bringing out multicolor LED tubes. In conclusion (although I could praise them for much more), our “Wedding day” was better than we could have imagined, prepared by Giusy, Alessandro, and Simone with care and dedication, recommending the best venues, florists, and photographers, without putting any pressure on us, just giving advice, and for us, they are… highly recommended!

It is very difficult to sit in another country and trying to plan a wedding in Italy. We needed help to find a venue and to plan a visit to Italy where we could visit the different venues. Veronica was very efficient and helpful with the planning and coordination

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Being from Texas and only having been to Florence once, I was nervous about planning a wedding in a foreign country. Then I met Letizia and my whole outlook changed. She was so kind and caring throughout the entire process and wanted everything to be perfect for the wedding. Her relationship with all the vendors we used was an added bonus because it felt like they were equally invested in our happiness as Letizia.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Annika as our wedding planner for our special day in Tuscany. Planning a destination wedding could have been overwhelming, but thanks to her experience, creativity, and professionalism, everything turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined. From the very beginning, she truly listened to us and understood our vision. She guided us through every step — venue selection, vendors, design, timeline — always with care, clarity, and warmth. Her attention to detail was extraordinary, and her calm, reassuring presence made the entire process stress-free. Our wedding day was simply magical. The location, the flowers, the food, the atmosphere — everything was flawless. Many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended! We can’t thank Annika enough for making our dream come true. If you’re planning a wedding in Tuscany, don’t look any further. She is the best!

Serena was the absolute best in helping us plan our dream wedding day! She made all things possible and went above and beyond to meet with us, work with our budget, and make our vision a reality. She connected us with all the vendors and made the day of logistics as smooth as possible. Her assistant, Sara, and the rest of her team are wonderful! When we arrived to Villa Caselsa, she even went out of her way to give us a tour and made sure we had everything we needed. I could not recommend Serena enough!

Chiara has a great network of wedding vendors in the Tuscany region. She was great in helping us select all of our vendors—first she asked us a bit about what we wanted, then she would propose 3-4 options for each vendor and we picked the ones we liked the most. Each and every vendor was super high quality and executed our wedding perfectly! Chiara even went out of her way to find me a hair stylist that knew how to style curly hair as I was nervous about my hairdo for the wedding day, and I couldn’t have been happier. When we booked our venue (before meeting Chiara) they told us they could organize activities for our guests throughout the weekend—this turned out not to be true, and Chiara was really helpful in finding us contacts that could arrange the activities for us! On the wedding day, Chiara and her colleagues executed everything perfectly—they helped drive our guests around the venue in golf carts, made sure every detail was exactly as we had asked, and checked in on us throughout the evening to ensure we were having a good time. We didn’t worry about a single thing on our wedding day thanks to Chiara and her team. As a couple planning our wedding from the US, it was immensely helpful to have someone like Chiara helping us coordinate our wedding and communicate with the other vendors. Grazie Chiara di tutto!!

Words can’t describe how amazing Mari was during our entire wedding planning experience. As a couple from Dallas, Texas, we were planning our dream Italian wedding from the States, which was definitely not an easy task. Mari was a crucial part in making sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire 10 months leading up to our wedding, and has become a dear friend along the way. We had countless Zoom calls every month which ensured our vision come to life for our entire 4 day wedding week, which included a welcome party, cooking class and night out in the city, a magical pizza party rehearsal dinner, and of course our wedding day. She was there for every event, planning and executing every detail, and making sure everything went smoothly. I’m so glad I trusted Mari with every single decision throughout the entire wedding planning process, because she brought our wedding to life beyond what we could have ever hoped for. The relationships she has with the vendors she works with are invaluable – we had the most amazing vendor team cultivated and lead by her. She took all of my creative ideas and made them come to life - from a colorful, wavy table that that matched an even more colorful, wavy wedding aisle, a dinner with whimsical draping and sparkling lights, and a party like no other - every design and detail took your breath away. It was truly because of her creativity in design, attention to deal, and easygoing nature that made all the difference. Wedding day can be stressful, but Mari’s sweet, calm, laid back personality was exactly what I needed, and it was because of who she is that I was able to completely trust her with every decision. It’s one thing planning a wedding from afar and putting together mood boards and color pallettes, but it’s another thing to feel it all come together so seamlessly, to step foot in the villa that doesn’t do pictures justice, and seeing the incredible aisle, dinner table, and party that we created. It was the best day of our lives! I know that Mari will be a forever dear friend to me, and that I will always have her friendship whenever I go back to Italy. You need to hire her – she will make all of the difference.

Working with Ilaria made the wedding planning process so much smoother than it would have been on our own. She worked closely with us to find the perfect vendors who fit not only our style, but also our personalities and priorities. That support made a big difference in keeping everything on track. Not only did she plan our wedding but also our welcome dinner pizza party at The Citrarium at Villa Le Fontanelle, which was such a special way to kick off the weekendFrom the very start, I knew I wanted to have a “market” set up at my welcome party for guests to build their own welcome bags — and Ilaria helped execute and bring that vision to life so beautifully. Guests were in awe of the stunning views and the incredible food. As someone who loves to be creative, I was able to design my own wedding stationery, signage, and personalized details — and with Ilaria’s support, I felt free to really run with it while still knowing everything would come together seamlessly. Like most weddings, there were plenty of decisions and trade-offs along the way, but having Ilaria there to guide us through and manage the details gave us peace of mind. She always answered all of our questions (big or small) quickly, and we never felt like we were waiting on her to move forward with a decision. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves without stressing about logistics — which was priceless. We’re grateful for all the work she put in to help make our celebration so special.

Beautiful Tuscan wedding organised in 2 months from the UK and using Natalias expert knowledge and recommendations. Everything was so much better than anything I could have imagined..wish I could do it all over again!
