This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Being from Texas and only having been to Florence once, I was nervous about planning a wedding in a foreign country. Then I met Letizia and my whole outlook changed. She was so kind and caring throughout the entire process and wanted everything to be perfect for the wedding. Her relationship with all the vendors we used was an added bonus because it felt like they were equally invested in our happiness as Letizia.

From the very first call we had with Simona, we knew she was the right fit for us. Her approachable spirit, warm demeanor, and years of experience gave us an immediate confidence that she would bring our vision to life—and we are so glad we trusted that feeling. Simona not only brought our vision to life, but went above and beyond in every detail. Being in New York while planning a wedding in Tuscany with international guests from all over the globe, we needed someone who was going to keep us organized. Simona was always 10 steps ahead of us and took on the project as if it were her own, caring for each step and being thoughtful about things we weren’t even thinking of. She was incredibly helpful over the weekend, calmly handling changes/delays. We truly appreciated how she prioritized the moments where she needed us to make a decision versus telling us not to worry and enjoy ourselves—it was never stressful and she had an incredible knack for timing that helped us relax. Lastly, she created great relationships with our vendors; it was clear they enjoyed collaborating with her and were fully synchronized throughout the weekend. Simona was not only our helper, our translator, and our go-to, but quickly felt like a family member we were so comfortable around. Grazie Simona for making our dreams come true! We wouldn’t change a thing!!! 🤍🙏🏼

We had the pleasure of working with Teresa and Corinna for our wedding in Italy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. From our very first meeting, they were both so warm and pleasant, immediately putting us at ease. It was clear from the start that they were highly experienced and knowledgeable, which gave us such confidence throughout the planning process. Despite having a relatively short planning timeline (and plenty of demands from our side!), they were always happy to jump on calls, meet with us, and patiently talk through every detail. They were incredibly responsive and proactive in following up on queries, helping us refine ideas, and ultimately bringing our Tuscan wedding vision to life. Even when we faced some last-minute worries about the weather, they handled everything calmly and efficiently, ensuring the day went smoothly. We truly appreciated their dedication, professionalism, and care. Beyond their skill and organisation, Teresa and Corinna are simply lovely people — warm, genuine, and a joy to work with. We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding such a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

One word to describe Annika: WONDERFUL. If you want a one-of-a-kind event, meticulously planned down to the smallest detail, that guests continue to talk about even months later? Annika is your answer! She has many skills, but those that make her a unique professional are her organization, empathy, sophistication, and above all, creativity. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously attended to. She carefully listened to their needs and desires, offering creative suggestions and practical solutions to make them a reality. She handled every aspect calmly and expertly. The guests were thrilled and appreciated the care and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the event. Annika is the best!

Veronica was absolutely amazing as a wedding coordinator. She took care of every detail and was involved in everything I needed. She made sure small details to the big things were handled and the decisions I had to make were clearly communicated. I didn't really know what to expect when I first found Veronica but I quickly realized that I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. Since I live in the US, having a wedding coordinator in Italy was something I knew I needed but the service Veronica gave was so much more than that. She was available for questions and help all the way up to the event and was available for anything during the events. While I was getting my makeup done I literally saw her running around outside. She was so invested in the event and went above and beyond. She even helped with things outside of the event like dinner reservations for local places. Veronica will treat you like an old friend and make sure your event is everything you want.

We honestly could not have asked for a better wedding planner. After working together with Simona over two years to plan our wedding in Tuscany, we can truly say she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our wedding was spread across three unforgettable days at a beautiful villa, with different events, activities, and décor for each day—all carefully planned by us alongside Simona. She brought everything together so seamlessly, offering guidance, creativity, and calm support at every step. Simona is such a kind, caring, and genuinely lovely person, and you can tell she truly wants every wedding to be perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always available for a call whenever we needed reassurance or advice. Planning a wedding abroad can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process effortless. Her supplier contacts were fantastic, and she helped us navigate the language barrier with total ease, which made such a difference. When we arrived in Italy, we didn’t have to think about a single thing. Everything ran so smoothly—we were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in the safest hands. Simona’s daughter also supported on the wedding days, and together they made such an amazing team. They even captured beautiful content for social media, which is such a special bonus to look back on.

Wow we are truly blow away by Alessandro and his team. Not only did they provide a full day of immaculate music, he also coordinated every moment perfectly, which meant. The talent, the energy, the communication. All flawless. If you are looking for music for your Tuscan wedding, you can not get better than this.

If I could give Sara, Adele and Emanuela more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we began planning our destination wedding in Rome, Italy, we knew we were in incredible hands. Over the course of an entire year, Sara, Adele, and later on Emanuela became so much more than wedding planners—they became trusted partners, problem-solvers, confidantes, and ultimately friends. They flawlessly planned and coordinated our entire 3 day wedding weekend, including two unforgettable welcome events—one at a stunning rooftop venue overlooking Rome and another along the river—as well as our wedding day at the breathtaking Villa. Every event was executed with absolute perfection, and every detail was thoughtfully considered from start to finish. What truly sets these planners apart is not only their organization, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail, but the genuine care they have for their couples and guests. Throughout the planning process, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and consistently went above and beyond in ways we never could have imagined. No challenge was too big, no request was too small, and they handled every situation with positivity, and expertise. The entire weekend felt effortless from our perspective because of the immense amount of work happening behind the scenes. From coordinating vendors and timelines to handling last-minute requests and ensuring every guest felt cared for, they thought of absolutely everything. Looking back, our wedding weekend exceeded every dream we ever had. It was magical, seamless, emotional, and unforgettable—and we owe so much of that to this extraordinary team. Choosing Fabiana and her team for our Tuscany wedding was the BEST decision we made as a couple. The wedding planning process can be so stressful and overwhelming, especially in another country. Fabiana made everything SO easy and understandable. She was organized, answered all of my questions quickly and lessened my very high anxiety during the planning process. She made us able to enjoy planning our wedding and be excited about our day. She had fantastic ideas and options that I would have never thought of (fans, welcome cocktails, ect.) that made all our guests enjoy themselves even more. She was flexible with guest and budget changes and was fantastic with communication. She speaks great English and we had the best time on our wedding day with her and her team. We are SO greatful to have had the privilege of being her clients and we will look back on our wedding photos forever. We are already planning to go back to Italy next year. Don’t bother planning an Italian wedding without Fabiana, your day won’t be the same without her!
