My husband and I were beyond pleased with our entire wedding experience. We had 40 guests travel from the US to Italy for our dream wedding. Samuele and his team were amazing. We got married at Castello di Meleto and had three full days of events, and he handled every single part of it like an absolute pro. Samuele and Eleonora are not only talented world-class professionals, but they are kind, funny, and thoughtful people – a pleasure to work with. Our 40-person wedding weekend at Villa La Selva this past summer was executed to perfection, and our friends haven’t stopped talking about it (it has now been six months). The beauty and magic of the weekend’s events truly surpassed our expectations. It certainly helped that Samuele and Eleonora have exquisite taste!

They were exceptional, communicative partners in coordinating multiple events for the weekend. We are based in the United States and were nervous about planning an event internationally – we wanted to secure an elegant venue, have incredible food, do a day trip to Siena with a guided tour for our friends, have our guests be comfortable and taken care of in a foreign country, have every detail be perfect, etc. etc. Samuele and Eleonora alleviated all our concerns and were instrumental in executing our vision.

The first step of their process was getting to know us as people, which was really important because it made us feel comfortable working together and helped us overcome some anxieties about planning an event abroad. It also enabled Samuele and Eleonora to plan our events in a way that aligned with our values and preferences. They had a structured process for scouting and choosing a venue that fit our needs from overseas, and they introduced us to their trusted vendors, who we were able to meet on a trip to Italy before our event, and we adored each and every one, from the caterer to the florist to the staff at our venue.

Once the wedding weekend started, Samuele and Eleonora were attentive and available to guide the schedule along and coordinate with vendors and handle last minute needs and questions. We had a bit of a stressful situation shipping some of our items to Italy through DHL, and Samuele stayed incredibly calm and professional and came up with a creative contingency plan immediately so that we could proceed with our weekend plans without a hitch! We cannot recommend Samuele enough after all his work planning our wedding. From venue scouting until the dancefloor was well underway he was with us every step of the way. We had the best weekend, with Samuele planning all three days, and all of our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it. Samuele was so professional from the beginning. Initially we had our entry call and he asked us our criteria etc and sent us a HUGE spreadsheet of venues to review according to our criteria. We went to view 4 of them with him in 1 day and found our venue from that. He is super knowledgeable and helpful with sourcing vendors such as hair/makeup, flowers etc. He sent links to their websites etc so we could see which ones fit our needs best. He handled all communications and payment deadlines etc..

Always super responsive even to last minute requests such as transportation on the day, change of day 2 venue etc.

On the weekend he was there the entire time and really made sure everyone / everything was going smoothly. He took away any stress from us on the day so we could just enjoy the day to the maximum! He is an absolute superstar and I would pick him again in a heartbeat!

It’s very daunting putting your trust in someone in another country to plan your big day, but our day couldn’t have gone any better if we tried! 5 stars all round!
