Chiara has a great network of wedding vendors in the Tuscany region. She was great in helping us select all of our vendors—first she asked us a bit about what we wanted, then she would propose 3-4 options for each vendor and we picked the ones we liked the most. Each and every vendor was super high quality and executed our wedding perfectly! Chiara even went out of her way to find me a hair stylist that knew how to style curly hair as I was nervous about my hairdo for the wedding day, and I couldn’t have been happier.

When we booked our venue (before meeting Chiara) they told us they could organize activities for our guests throughout the weekend—this turned out not to be true, and Chiara was really helpful in finding us contacts that could arrange the activities for us!

On the wedding day, Chiara and her colleagues executed everything perfectly—they helped drive our guests around the venue in golf carts, made sure every detail was exactly as we had asked, and checked in on us throughout the evening to ensure we were having a good time. We didn’t worry about a single thing on our wedding day thanks to Chiara and her team.

Our wedding planner Simona was the best decision we made for our wedding in Tuscany. She guided us every step of the way, texting us daily, and making us feel as if we were the only wedding she was planning. From the beginning she understood our vision and brought everything to life during our two day wedding event, and it was better than anything we could have ever imagined! Regarding vendor recommendations, she had multiple of each vendor to choose from and gave us advice on who she thought we should pick based on what our vision and budget was. She has been in the wedding industry for many years and has good relationships with all of the vendors, making communication very easy between everyone. Over the year of wedding planning, many people would tell me and my now husband “it must be so hard planning a wedding across the world” and we would always respond “no, surprisingly, it’s been very stress free” and that is because of Simona! On the wedding day, she made everything go as smoothly as possible despite Italy’s unpredictable weather forecast and the fear of rain. We are so thankful for her and if you have the chance to hire Simona as your wedding planner I suggest you do so immediately!

Chiara was fantastic throughout the planning process and during the wedding events. We planned our wedding in Tuscany from the USA and Chiara made this process so much easier for us. She guided us through the planning process effectively and did not overwhelm us. Because we were not local, she handled all venue visits and catering tastings and did a a great job documenting them and giving us feedback that helped us make decisions.
