From the very first call we had with Simona, we knew she was the right fit for us. Her approachable spirit, warm demeanor, and years of experience gave us an immediate confidence that she would bring our vision to life—and we are so glad we trusted that feeling. Simona not only brought our vision to life, but went above and beyond in every detail. Being in New York while planning a wedding in Tuscany with international guests from all over the globe, we needed someone who was going to keep us organized. Simona was always 10 steps ahead of us and took on the project as if it were her own, caring for each step and being thoughtful about things we weren’t even thinking of. She was incredibly helpful over the weekend, calmly handling changes/delays. We truly appreciated how she prioritized the moments where she needed us to make a decision versus telling us not to worry and enjoy ourselves—it was never stressful and she had an incredible knack for timing that helped us relax. Lastly, she created great relationships with our vendors; it was clear they enjoyed collaborating with her and were fully synchronized throughout the weekend. Simona was not only our helper, our translator, and our go-to, but quickly felt like a family member we were so comfortable around. Grazie Simona for making our dreams come true! We wouldn’t change a thing!!! 🤍🙏🏼 -

Wedding Planner September 12th
Chiara was our wedding planner for our recent wedding on September 12th in Tuscany.
Chiara was with us along every step of the way between us heading back over to Italy for tastings and was key to communication with all vendors.
Our day went off without a hitch and the vendors that Chiara organised were nothing but professional.
Our day was magical and any hiccup that arose Chiara and her team were able to take care of.
Chiara made sure our vision was captured and that we were able to make every final decision.
I could not recommend we weddings or Chiara enough and every single one of our guests were blown away -

Oltre l’immaginazione…
Una serata unica, un matrimonio incredibile in una location fantastica. Oltre l’immaginabile, oltre le aspettative, oltre quello che avevamo immaginato e pensato. Il tutto diretto e orchestrato magistralmente da Chiara e le sue collaboratrici. Professionale, carismatica, preparata, precisa e con quel tocco di simpatia che la rende unica. Ci ha permesso di realizzare il nostro sogno, portandoci ad un livello ancora più alto di quello che avevamo pensato guidandoci in ogni cosa dalla preparazione al giorno dell’evento con dedizione e accuratezza. Un immenso grazie per aver reso tutto così speciale. WeWeddings per realizzare i tuoi sogni.. -

Chiara was fantastic throughout the planning process and during the wedding events. We planned our wedding in Tuscany from the USA and Chiara made this process so much easier for us. She guided us through the planning process effectively and did not overwhelm us. Because we were not local, she handled all venue visits and catering tastings and did a a great job documenting them and giving us feedback that helped us make decisions. Our welcome party and wedding turned out even better than what we could have dreamed and this was possible only with Chiara’s help. 10/10!! -

Eccezionali: Chiara è stata presente, attenta, discreta, disponibile..capace di ascoltare e capire, divertente!
Con due sposi pazzerelli come noi è stata impagabile, ha dato suggerimenti azzeccati ed utili, ci ha aiutati nel plannig, nell’analisi dei costi..nel fatidico giorno in cui l’acqua a catinelle rischiava di rovinare tutto! Invece come un ottimo direttore d’orchestra.. ci ha aiutati a suonare la nostra migliore melodia!! 🩷💝❣️..e tutto è stato perfetto! Grazie 🙏🏻 Chiara, grazie Wewedding! -

Chiara and WeWeddings were fabulous from the very first call. We used the full package service which we are so happy we went with! Not only was she kind and flexible but she creates a calm atmosphere around her so naturally that we didn’t feel worried about anything on the lead up to the wedding. We were so impressed by the service we received, any question or change was no issue and Chiara always did her best to resolve any unexpected changes. She introduced us to all the amazing vendors which we would not have found without her and also took us to sight locations and gave us many recommendations. We both were not 100% sure on all the details but even with our vague vision, Chiara was able to capture exactly what we had always envisioned in our heads. The details of the wedding were spectacular and truly without Chiara’s guidance we don’t think it would have turned out the same. Any question about the local area, things to do, advice she was able to help us handle it all. From making sure everything was clear in the walkthrough, checking on the welcome dinner and being there throughout the day of the wedding we were so lucky to have her there. We cannot recommend her enough, she truly is the best! Grazie mille for making our dream wedding come to life- from the start of our journey to the end of the wedding day, it all went perfectly. -

Chiara è stata magnifica, ha capito fin da subito i nostri desideri e ha curato ogni minimo particolare. È stata fondamentale nella comunicazione con tutti i fornitori, ci ha consigliato favolosamente e ha reso il nostro matrimonio un sogno. Gli invitati ci hanno fatto un sacco di complimenti per l'organizzazione. Con una location grande come la nostra è riuscita a scandire tempi alla perfezione. Inoltre Chiara è una bellissima persona, simpatica ed empatica. Insomma se non la scegliete siete pazzi!! -

I cannot recommend Chiara and her team enough, from initial visits to plan the wedding up until the big day it was all fantastic. Chiara was always happy to help arrange everything from nail appointments to parking permits and everything in between, nothing was a problem. Easy to communicate with at all times, when we had an idea or needed help unravelling the legal side. On the day Chiara and her team were always exactly where you needed them to be, on hand and directing the many other suppliers, a complete dream - even when there was a last minute dramatic storm that meant we had to move inside, all of which felt so smooth (because of Chiara’s hard work!) everyone thought it was part of the plan! The highest praise was from the woman who owned the villa we stayed in (and had the reception in), who said she had met many planners from the area for weddings at the villa, but that Chiara worked the hardest by far. I can only agree! Overall I can honestly say our wedding would not have been even half as good without Chiara and weweddings, we will always be grateful for our magical day!
