Working with Sugar Events — especially Daniela and Francesca — was one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first call, they understood our vision in a way that felt almost intuitive, and then somehow elevated it even further. We had a four-day Indian wedding in Lake Como, and Sugar Events handled every single detail with a level of care, creativity, and precision that still amazes us. Vendor sourcing, negotiations, décor, timelines, cultural nuances, last-minute pivots — they handled it all flawlessly and with such genuine warmth. Daniela and Francesca worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the weekend flowed seamlessly. Because of them, we were able to be fully present, knowing everything was handled. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautifully orchestrated the entire experience was, and we owe that entirely to their team. They didn’t just plan our wedding — they made our dream wedding a reality, one that was meaningful, effortless, and breathtaking from start to finish. We truly couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else. And seeing our celebration featured in Vogue India was such a special moment… a testament to how thoughtfully and artfully Sugar Events brought every detail to life. I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible everything was. Danila was my main POC, but everyone - Ana, Melissa, Omar & team were very responsive and helpful. We had an initial call to chat through what I envisioned for day before & day of the wedding, as well as budget, and then they took that and ran with it. We were in close communication leading up to the wedding and as commitments were made with various vendors. It was a BEAUTIFUL 2 days, far better than I could ever have imagined, and it’s all thanks to their expertise with local vendors, venues, and timing/cadence for the day. 12/10 would recommend to anyone considering their services, I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our wedding day & the night before - it was perfect.
